Detailed Description
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 5. The rack system of the present embodiment includes a plurality of racks and a joint connecting the racks.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a rack 10 according to the present embodiment as viewed from the front side. The rack 10 is a structure having an opening portion on the front side and a regular hexagon in front view, and includes a bottom plate 11 located on the rear side and 6 side plates 12 extending forward from each side of the bottom plate 11. That is, the rack 10 has a substantially regular hexagonal tubular shape with the bottom plate 11 as a bottom surface.
The flange extends from the front end of each side plate 12 in parallel with the bottom plate 11. Flanges extending from the respective side plates 12 are connected to each other to form a front flange portion (flange portion) 13. The front flange portion 13 has a regular hexagonal shape which is one turn larger than the bottom plate 11.
A flange extends from the periphery of the bottom plate 11 to form a rear flange 14 having the same size as the front flange 13.
Further, a second flange portion (flange portion) 15 having the same size as the front flange portion 13 and the rear flange portion 14 is formed between the front flange portion 13 and the rear flange portion 14 at a position close to the front flange portion 13. The front flange portion 13, the rear flange portion 14, and the second flange portion 15 are parallel to each other, parallel to the bottom plate 11, and perpendicular to the side plate 12 extending in the front-rear direction of the shelf 10.
On the outer peripheral surface of the rack 10, ribs 16 used for connecting the racks to each other protrude from the connecting portions of the side plates 12 corresponding to the vertices of the regular hexagonal shape of the bottom plate 11. In the front view of the shelf 10, each rib 16 extends in a direction connecting the center of the regular hexagon of the bottom plate 11 with the apex of its own projection. The ribs 16 are provided between the front flange portion 13 and the second flange portion 15 and between the second flange portion 15 and the rear flange portion 14, and extend in the front-rear direction of the shelf 10.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the shelf 10 viewed from the rear side. On the rear side of the bottom plate 11, 2 wall hanging pieces 21 are provided in parallel with the bottom plate 11 at a distance from the bottom plate 11. The wall-hanging member 100 having a shape corresponding to the wall-hanging piece 21 is fixed to the wall using a screw or the like, and the rack 10 is slid from above the wall-hanging member 100 to engage the wall-hanging piece 21 with the wall-hanging member 100, whereby the rack 10 can be set on the wall surface.
In the rack 10 of the present embodiment, all the portions are integrally formed by injection molding of resin.
Fig. 3 shows a joint according to the present embodiment. The shelving system of the present embodiment includes 2 types of joints, i.e., a first joint 30 and a second joint 40.
The first tab 30 is substantially disc-shaped, has 3 grooves 31 provided at equal intervals, and has 3 gripping portions 32 capable of gripping the rib 16. Therefore, the first joint 30 has a shape in which 3 sectors having a central angle of 120 ° are integrally connected at the central portion.
The second joint 40 is a fan-shaped plate having a central angle of 240 °, has grooves 41 at positions having a central angle of 60 ° and at positions having a central angle of 180 °, and has 2 clamping portions 42 capable of clamping the ribs 16. Therefore, the second joint 40 has a shape in which the central portions are integrally connected with each other with 2 sectors each having a central angle of 60 ° sandwiching one sector each having a central angle of 120 °.
The thickness of the first joint 30 including the clamping portion 32 and the second joint 40 including the clamping portion 42 is slightly smaller (for example, about 1mm smaller) than the distance between the front flange portion 13 and the second flange portion 15. The radius of each sector of the first joint 30 and the second joint 40 is substantially equal to the projection length of the rib 16.
The operation of the rack system according to the present embodiment configured as described above when used will be described.
First, the wall hanging member 100 is used to install the first rack 10 on the wall surface in the above-described manner.
Next, the other racks 10 are connected to the rack 10 provided on the wall surface.
The first joint 30 is used when the plurality of racks 10 are connected to each other in a state where they are arranged without a gap. The first joint 30 is inserted between the front flange portion 13 and the second flange portion 15, the rib 16 is inserted into the groove 31, and the rib 16 and the first joint 30 are engaged with each other.
Fig. 4 schematically shows the joint formed by the first joint 30. Since the depth of the groove 31 is substantially the same as the length of the rib 16, 3 racks can be connected with almost no gap by inserting and engaging the rib 16 of each rack 10A, 10B, 10C into the groove 31 of the first joint 30 as shown in fig. 4. If necessary, another first joint 30 may be disposed between the second flange portion 15 and the rear flange portion 14 to improve the coupling strength.
The second joint 40 is used at a portion where only 2 racks are connected, such as an edge portion of a plurality of connected racks.
As shown in fig. 5, after the ribs 16 of the 2 racks 10D and 10E to be connected are inserted into the grooves 41 of the second joint 40 and engaged with each other, the second joint 40 is hidden behind the front flange portions 13 of the racks 10D and 10E and is not visible from the front. By using the second joint 40, the coupled state of the peripheral edge portions of the plurality of coupled racks can be maintained without affecting the appearance.
The number of the racks to be engaged with the wall hanging member 100 may be appropriately set in consideration of the total number of the racks to be connected and the like. That is, not all the racks may be engaged with the wall hanging member 100.
As described above, according to the rack system of the present embodiment, since the rack 10 having the rib 16 and the first and second joints 30 and 40 having the clamping portions are provided, the plurality of racks can be easily connected by simply engaging the rib 16 with the clamping portions of the joints.
Further, since the distance between the pair of flange portions, i.e., the front flange portion 13 and the second flange portion 15, provided on the rack 10 is substantially the same as the thickness of the first joint 30 and the second joint 40, if the rack 10 is coupled with the joints positioned between the pair of flange portions, the joints do not move in the front-rear direction after the coupling. As a result, the connection state is kept stable.
In addition, since the joint for connecting the racks is independent of the rack and does not form a part of the rack, the rack 10 can be provided in a completed state. As a result, it is not necessary to assemble and connect the structures together as in the invention described in patent document 1, and installation and connection can be performed extremely easily, and the number of racks can be reduced extremely easily even after installation.
While one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the description of the above embodiment, and various modifications may be added to or subtracted from each component without departing from the scope of the present invention. Several modifications are exemplified below, but not all of them are possible and other modifications are possible. These modifications may be combined as appropriate.
In the present invention, the number of linkers may be only 1. In the above embodiment, although the appearance is changed to some extent, the first joint may be provided only because the connected state of the peripheral edge portions of the rack can be maintained by the first joint. As a result of disposing the second joints at the connecting portions of the plurality of shelves connected without a gap, even if all the adjacent shelves are not connected by the same joint, the overall connected state can be maintained by connecting the unconnected shelf to another shelf, and the like, and therefore, only the second joints may be provided.
The position where the pair of flange portions is provided may be any position in the front-rear direction of the rack. For example, the second flange portion 15 may be provided at a position close to the rear flange portion 14, and the second flange portion 15 and the rear flange portion 14 may be a pair of flange portions, or a third flange portion may be further provided, and the second flange portion 15 and the third flange portion may be a pair of flange portions.
The rack according to the present invention is not limited to the rack having a hexagonal front view. Racks with a square front view and racks with an equilateral triangle front view can also be joined together without gaps by the structure of the invention. The joint 50 shown in fig. 6 has 4 grooves 51 and 4 clamping portions 52, and is an example of a suitable joint when connecting racks having a square front view without a gap. The joint 60 shown in fig. 7 has 6 grooves 61 and 6 clamping portions 62, and is an example of a suitable joint when connecting racks having an equilateral triangle in front view without a gap.
In the present invention, the structure for attaching the stand to the wall surface is not limited to the structure having the wall hanging member 100. Various known structures may be used as the structure for attaching the rack to the wall surface.
In the shelving system of the present invention, a typical mode is one in which a plurality of shelves and joints are provided and a user can freely construct a desired connected shelf. However, in order to meet the demand for additional racks after purchase, the racks and the joints may be sold as a single unit. Even in such a case, shelves and joints sold individually are components constituting the shelf system of the present invention.
