and the data analysis device is respectively connected with the sitting timing device, the rising timing device and the reminding device and is used for collecting user behavior signals and time data and analyzing and processing the data according to a preset program so as to control the starting and stopping of the sitting timing device, the rising timing device and the reminding device.
The sitting timing device and the rising timing device are timers or MCUs with timing functions. The data analysis device is an MCU. The MCU, i.e., a micro control unit, also called a single-chip microcomputer or a single-chip microcomputer, properly reduces the frequency and specification of the cpu, and integrates the peripheral interfaces such as the memory, the counter, the USB, the a/D conversion, the UART, the PLC, the DMA, etc., and even the LCD driving circuit on a single chip to form a chip-level computer, which performs different combination control for different applications. sixthly), analyzing the signal value, if the signal value is larger than or equal to the lower limit value of the signal, indicating that the user is still in a sitting state, returning to the step five), and continuing to perform sedentary reminding until the user gets up; if the signal value is smaller than the signal lower limit value, indicating that the user turns into a rising state, and entering a seventh step);
seventhly) the reminding device is closed to close the sedentary reminding;
eighthly), closing the sitting timing device, and starting the body-starting timing device to start body-starting timing;
nine) analyzing the signal value and the rising time, if the signal value is smaller than the signal lower limit value and the rising time is smaller than the rising set value, indicating that the user is always in the rising state and does not reach the rising standard, returning to the step eight), and continuously carrying out the rising time; if the signal value is smaller than the signal lower limit value, the rising time is larger than or equal to the rising set value, the user is shown to reach the rising standard, and the step ten) is carried out; if the signal value is larger than or equal to the signal lower limit value, indicating that the user enters a sitting state, and returning to the step three);

A method of claim 3, wherein between step seven) and the next step of turning off the sitting timer, signal value and heating time analysis is performed, if the signal value is greater than or equal to the lower signal limit value and the heating time is less than the heating set value, it indicates that the user is still sitting on the seat and the heating time standard is not met, and the step seven) is returned to continue heating; if the signal value is greater than or equal to the signal lower limit value and the heating time is greater than or equal to the heating setting value, indicating that the user is still in a sitting state and reaches the heating time standard, closing the heating function and entering the step ten); and if the signal value is smaller than the signal lower limit value, indicating that the user turns into a rising state, and directly entering the step eight).

6. An apparatus for sedentary reminders, comprising:
the sensor is used for judging the rising of the body when the measured signal value is smaller than the lower limit value of the signal by setting the lower limit value of the signal; when the measured signal value is greater than or equal to the lower signal limit value, determining that the seat is seated;
a sitting timing device which is connected with the sensor, preset a sitting set value, and when the sitting is determined, the sensor triggers the sitting timing device to start sitting timing; when the sitting timing device is judged to start up, the sensor triggers the sitting timing device to pause the sitting timing; and according to the analysis result of the subsequent data analysis device, carrying out data zero clearing or accumulated timing on the sitting timing device;
the rising timing device is connected with the sensor, a rising set value is preset, and when the rising timing device is judged to be seated, the sensor triggers the rising timing device to suspend rising timing; when the rising is judged, the sensor triggers the rising timing device to start rising timing; and according to the analysis result of the subsequent data analysis device, carrying out data zero clearing or accumulated timing on the rising timing device;
the reminding device is used for starting to directly remind the human body after receiving the reminding signal; and
and the data analysis device is respectively connected with the sitting timing device, the rising timing device and the reminding device and is used for collecting user behavior signals and time data and analyzing and processing the data according to a preset program so as to control the starting and stopping of the sitting timing device, the rising timing device and the reminding device.
