An intelligent management device for electronic information based on a computer is characterized by comprising a computer main body (1), a first fixing plate (11), a movable plate (12), a second fixing plate (13), a supporting plate (14), a first fixing rod (15), a first movable rod (16), a sleeve (17), a first fixing block (18), a hinge (19), a second movable rod (20), a locking rod (21), a first fixing shaft (22), a first groove (23), a limiting block (24), a second fixing rod (25), a second groove (26), a second fixing shaft (27), a baffle ring (28), a fixing ring (29), a first through hole (30), a second through hole (31), a spring (32), a third fixing rod (33) and a second fixing block (34), wherein the computer main body (1) is arranged at the center of the top of the second fixing plate (13), and is provided with a plurality of functional modules, the plurality of functional modules comprise an encryption module, a decryption module and a storage module, two central ends of two sides of the second fixed plate (13) are respectively rotatably connected with two central ends of the bottom of one side of the movable plate (12) opposite to the movable plate (19) through hinges (19), one side of the movable plate (12) is close to the top and the bottom of corner positions and is respectively fixedly connected with one end of a first fixed shaft (22), the first fixed shaft (22) is rotatably connected with one end of a locking rod (21), a first groove (23) is formed in the bottom of the other end of the locking rod (21), the first groove (23) is clamped with a second fixed rod (25), one end of the second fixed rod (25) is respectively fixedly connected with the top and the bottom of the central part of one side of the first fixed plate (11), the other end of the second fixed rod (25) is fixedly connected with the central part of one side of a limiting block (24, the center one end of the two sides of the second groove (26) is respectively fixedly connected with the two ends of a second fixed shaft (27), the center of the second fixed shaft (27) is rotatably connected with the center of one end of a second movable rod (20), a second through hole (31) is formed in the center of the other end of the second movable rod (20), the two sides of the bottom of the second fixed plate (13) are respectively fixedly connected with the top of a support plate (14), the two positions of the center of the top of one side of the support plate (14) are respectively fixedly connected with one sides of a first fixed block (18) and a second fixed block (34), the first fixed block (18) is positioned at the center of one side adjacent to the support plate (14) and fixedly connected with one end of a sleeve (17), the inner wall of the center of the other end of the sleeve (17) is fixedly connected with one side of a baffle ring (28), the other side of the baffle ring (28) is attached to one, the center of the fixing ring (29) is welded at the center of the first movable rod (16), the spring (32) is sleeved at one end of the center of the first movable rod (16), one end of the first movable rod (16) penetrates out of the other end of the sleeve (17), and one end of the first movable rod (16) is fixedly connected with one side of the first fixing rod (15).

The computer-based intelligent management device for electronic information according to claim 1, wherein a display screen (2) is installed at the center of one side of the computer main body (1), an input module (3) and a display module (4) are installed at the center and the top end of the center of the display screen (2), a feedback module (10) and the storage module (9) are installed at the bottom end of the center of the display screen (2), the storage module (9) is located above the feedback module (10), a matching module (5) and an output module (6) are installed at one side of the bottom end of the center of the display screen (2), the matching module (5) is located above the output module (6), the encryption module (7) and the decoding module (8) are installed at the other side of the bottom end of the center of the display screen (2), and the encryption module (7) is located above the decoding module (8), the plurality of functional modules comprise the input module (3), the display module (4), the matching module (5), the output module (6), the encryption module (7), the decoding module (8), the storage module (9) and the feedback module (10).
3. The intelligent management device for electronic information based on computer as claimed in claim 2, wherein the center of the opposite side of the supporting plate (14) is fixedly connected with two ends of the third fixing rod (33), respectively.
4. The intelligent management device for computer-based electronic information according to claim 2, characterized in that the display screen (2) is a touch display screen.

The intelligent management device for electronic information based on computer as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first fixed block (18) and the second fixed block (34) are provided with a first through hole (30) at the center of the adjacent side of the supporting plate (14), the other end of the first movable rod (16) passes through the first through hole (30) on the first fixed block (18), and the other end of the first movable rod (16) passes through the first through hole (30) on the second fixed block (34).

The intelligent management device for electronic information based on computer as claimed in claim 2, wherein the rotational connection of the locking lever (21) and the first fixed shaft (22) and the rotational connection of the second movable lever (20) and the second fixed shaft (27) are coated with lubricating oil.
7. A method for using a computer-based electronic information intelligent management device, which is implemented by the computer-based electronic information intelligent management device according to any one of claims 2-6, comprising the steps of:

in the fourth step, when the computer main body (1) is not needed, the locking rod (21) is rotated reversely along the first fixing shaft (22) so as to release the locking of the movable plate (12), then the movable plate (12) is rotated reversely, then the second movable rod (20) is rotated along the second fixing shaft (27), then the first fixing rod (15) is pulled in the direction opposite to the first fixing block (18), so that the first movable rod (16) is driven to move in the direction opposite to the first fixing block (18), and then the fixing ring (29) is driven to move in the direction opposite to the first fixing block (18), so that the spring (32) is compressed, at the moment, the second through hole (31) at the other end of the second movable rod (20) is aligned with the first through hole (30), the first fixing rod (15) is loosened, so that the fixing ring (29) is driven to move in the direction of the first fixing block (18) under the elastic force of the spring (32), then the first movable rod (16) is driven to move towards the first fixed block (18), so that one end of the first movable rod (16) penetrates through the first through hole (30) and the second through hole (31) in the first fixed block (18), and the movable plate (12) is locked and fixed.
