A readily stowable helmet according to claim 1 wherein: the damping mechanism (5) comprises a fixing column (51), a first collision ring groove (511), a second collision ring groove (512), a head support (52), a damping spring (53), a first fixing sleeve (531), a first limiting column (532), a second fixing sleeve (533) and a second limiting column (534), the inner top of the helmet body (2) is fixedly connected with the fixing column (51), the fixing column (51) is close to the top end and the bottom end, the first collision ring groove (511) and the second collision ring groove (512) are formed in the positions, the bottom of the fixing column (51) is fixedly connected with the head support (52), the two sides of the top of the head support (52) are fixedly connected with the second fixing sleeve (533), the inner bottom of the second fixing sleeve (533) is fixedly connected with the second limiting column (532), the inner bottom of the second fixing sleeve (533) is fixedly connected with the damping spring (53), the top of the damping spring (53) is fixedly connected with the, the helmet body (2) is fixedly connected to the top of the first fixing sleeve (531), and the first limiting column (532) is fixedly connected to the inner top of the first fixing sleeve (531).

10. A readily stowable helmet according to claim 8 wherein: six fixing columns (51) are arranged, and the three fixing columns are respectively arranged on two sides between the helmet body (2) and the head support (52).
