A first limiting portion 4121 for preventing the blocking portion 511 from moving reversely is disposed on one side of the second groove portion 412 close to the first working position of the hook, and a first hook limiting position 4122 and a second hook limiting position 4123 are disposed on the second groove portion 412 at positions on both sides of the first limiting portion 4121, respectively (as shown in fig. 7 to 12); and the edge position of the first groove portion 411 near the first end of the slider 4 is set to the hook second working position.
In a preferred embodiment, the first and second groove portions 411, 412 and the shaped block 42 are arranged on top of the slider 4, and the second end of the elastic telescopic part 3 is arranged on the bottom of the slider 4.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 to 12, a second limiting portion 422 is disposed at a position close to the second limiting position 4123 of the hook at the first end of the shaped block 42 for preventing the stopping portion 511 from moving reversely.
In one specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 to 12, the first limiting portion 4121 and the second limiting portion 422 are respectively configured as a tip, which facilitates the movement of the stopping portion 511 from the first working position of the hook to the first limiting position 4122 of the hook and the movement of the stopping portion 511 from the second limiting position 4123 of the hook to the first working position of the hook.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, when the stopping portion 511 is set in the hooking first working position, the slider 4 is subjected to a pulling force by the hook 51 equal to the elastic force by the elastic expansion portion 3, the slider 4 remains stationary, the heating device accommodating portion 2 is locked inside the housing 1, and the charging device is in the closed state. The heating device 21 accommodated in the heating device accommodating part 2 can be charged as needed.
When the charging device is opened, a first pressing operation force is applied to the second side of the heating device accommodating portion 2, the balance state of the slider 4 is broken (as shown in fig. 8), the slider 4 slides in a direction close to the second side inner wall of the housing 1, the stopping portion 511 is restrained by the first limiting portion 4121, the stopping portion 511 moves from the first working position of the hook to the first limit position 4122 of the hook (as shown in fig. 9), at this time, the stopping portion 511 abuts against the groove edge at the first limit position 4122 of the hook, the stopping portion 511 cannot move continuously, and if the first pressing operation force is continuously applied, the heating device accommodating portion 2 cannot slide in a direction close to the second side inner wall of the housing 1 continuously. After the stopping portion 511 moves to the first limit position 4122 of the hook, the first pressing operation force is cancelled, and at this time, the slider 4 is under the elastic action of the elastic stretching portion 3, and the stopping portion 511 is located at the first limit position 4122 and cannot provide the pulling force. The slider 4 slides in the direction away from the inner wall of the second side of the housing 1 under the action of the elastic force applied by the elastic telescopic portion 3, the stopping portion 511 moves to the second working position of the hook (as shown in fig. 10), at this time, the stopping portion 511 abuts against the edge of the groove at the second working position of the hook, the stopping portion 511 cannot move continuously, the heating device accommodating portion 2 is ejected and locked outside the housing 1, and the charging device is in an open state. The heating device 21 whose charging is completed may be taken out or the heating device 21 to be charged may be put into the heating device accommodating portion 2 as necessary.
When the charging device is turned off, a second pressing operation force is applied to the second side of the heating device accommodating portion 2, the slider 4 can overcome the elastic force applied by the elastic expansion portion 3 to slide in the direction close to the inner wall of the second side of the housing 1, the stopping portion 511 moves to the hook second limit position 4123 (as shown in fig. 11), at this time, the stopping portion 511 abuts against the edge of the groove at the hook second limit position 4123, the stopping portion 511 cannot move continuously, and if the second pressing operation force is continuously applied, the heating device accommodating portion 2 cannot slide in the direction close to the inner wall of the second side of the housing 1 continuously. After the stopping portion 511 moves to the hook second limit position 4123, the second pressing operation force is cancelled, the slider 4 slides in the direction away from the second side inner wall of the housing 1 under the action of the elastic force applied by the elastic stretching portion 3, the stopping portion 511 is constrained by the second limit portion 422, the stopping portion 511 moves to the hook first working position (as shown in fig. 12) from the hook second limit position 4123, the heating device accommodating portion 2 is locked inside the housing again, and the charging device is in the closed state. The heating device 21 put in the heating device housing part 2 can be charged as necessary. The ejection lock completes one cycle of operation. Elastic expansion portion 3 not only can provide the power that pops out heating device accommodating part 2, can provide the first power feedback that presses operating force and second and press operating force moreover to can increase the operation feel when charging device opens and/or closes, increased object for appreciation nature simultaneously, be favorable to marketing. Preferably, the third side of the heating device receptacle 2 is disposed opposite the first side of the heating device receptacle 2.
In a specific embodiment, the first pressing operation force and the second pressing operation force are respectively greater than the elastic force applied by the elastic stretchable portion 3. Through the interaction of the first pressing operation force and/or the second pressing operation force and the elastic force of the elastic expansion part, the heating device accommodating part 2 can move stably, and the operation hand feeling is optimized.
In a specific embodiment, the distance from the stopping portion 511 to the first hook limit position 4122 from the first hook working position is 1 to 3 mm; and/or the stopping part 511 is moved to the first working position by the hook second limit position 4123 by a distance of 1-3 mm.
In a specific embodiment, a first one-way means 8 (as shown in fig. 8-12) is provided between the first end of the shaped block 42 and a position on the second groove portion 412 near the first hook limit position 4122, the first one-way means 8 being located between the first hook operating position and the first hook limit position 4122 for preventing the blocking portion 511 from moving reversely from the first hook limit position 4122 to the first hook operating position, and facilitating the blocking portion 511 to move forward along the loop enclosed by the first groove portion 411 and the second groove portion 412.
In a particular embodiment, between the position where the second end of the shaped block 42 is connected to the first slot portion 411 and the second slot portion 412, second one-way means 9 (shown in fig. 10) are provided for preventing the blocking portion 511 from moving backwards from the second operating position of the hook to the first extreme position 4122 of the hook, enabling further facilitated forward movement of the blocking portion 511 along the circuit enclosed by the first slot portion 411 and the second slot portion 412.
In a preferred embodiment, a second opening is provided on a third side of the heating device receptacle 2, through which the heating device 21 can be inserted into the heating device receptacle 2. The third side wall of the housing 1 is provided as the top side wall of the housing. The bottom outer wall (fourth side wall) of the heating device accommodation portion 2 is slidably connected to the bottom inner wall (fourth side wall) of the case 1.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, an elastic sheet 10 is disposed between the top side wall of the housing 1 and the slider 4, a first end of the elastic sheet 10 is connected to the top side wall of the housing through a second fixing shaft 7, a second end of the elastic sheet 10 is fastened to the top side wall of the housing 1, a strip-shaped elastic protrusion 101 is disposed on one side of the elastic sheet 10 close to the slider 4, a free end of the elastic protrusion 101 is in elastic contact with the hook 51, in the sliding process of the slider 4, the elastic protrusion 101 can move up and down, the hook 51 can be always attached to the slider 4, so that the sliding stability of the slider 4 is improved, and further, the operation of the heating device accommodating portion 2 can be more stable.
In a specific embodiment, the pop-up lock further includes a guide rail portion 11 (shown in fig. 4) provided inside the housing 1 and cooperating with the slider 4, enabling the heating device accommodating portion 2 to have a certain movement locus. The heating device housing 2 is linearly movable along a predetermined trajectory by the common constraint of the rail portion 11 and the slider 4.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 15, a first guide portion 43 is provided on a first side of the slider 4, and a second guide portion 44 is provided on a second side of the slider 4. The guide rail part 11 comprises a first rail body 111 and a second rail body 112 which are arranged at an interval, the first guide part 43 is in sliding fit with the first rail body 111, and the second guide part 44 is in sliding fit with the second rail body 112, so that clamping stagnation and deviation of the sliding block 4 can be prevented.
In a specific embodiment, the first guide portion 43 and the second guide portion 44 are both elongated protrusions. The first rail body 111 and the second rail body 112 are respectively provided with a groove body matched with the long protrusions of the first guide part 43 and the second guide part 44, and the long protrusions of the first guide part 43 and the second guide part 44 are respectively arranged in the groove bodies of the first rail body 111 and the second rail body 112 in a sliding manner.
In a specific embodiment, the number of the pop-up locking portions is plural, and the plural pop-up locking portions are provided at intervals inside the housing 1, and can facilitate the movement of the heating device accommodating portion 2 into or out of the housing 1.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the number of the pop-up locking portions is two, and the two pop-up locking portions are spaced apart from each other in the housing 1 at positions close to the fifth side wall and the sixth side wall, so that the movement of the heating device accommodating portion 2 into or out of the housing 1 can be facilitated.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a battery 12 is provided inside the housing 1 for charging the heating device 21.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a control board 13 is disposed inside the housing 1 for controlling an external power source to charge the battery 12 and the battery 12 to charge the heating device 21.
On the basis of the charging device, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the smoking device provided by the invention comprises a heating device 21 and a charging device. When the elastic expansion part 3 is compressed, the heating device accommodating part 2 is locked in the shell 1, and the heating device 21 is accommodated in the heating device accommodating part 2 for charging; or the elastic expansion part 3 is expanded, the accommodating part of the heating device 21 is ejected out of the casing 1 through the first opening and locked, and the heating device 21 is taken out or accommodated.
In a specific embodiment, the battery 12 charges the heating device 21 through the heating device charging Assembly 14 and a PCBA (Printed Circuit Board + Assembly) disposed within the housing 1. The heating device charging assembly 14 includes a first electrical connection interface 141 (shown in fig. 1) disposed on an inner wall of the housing 1 and a second electrical connection interface 142 (shown in fig. 3) disposed on the heating device 21, the first electrical connection interface 141 and the second electrical connection interface 142 mating with each other (shown in fig. 1).
In a specific embodiment, when the first electrical connection interface 141 and the second electrical connection interface 142 are connected (as shown in fig. 1), the control board 13 controls the battery 12 to output power, and charges the heating device 21 through the first electrical connection interface 141 and the second electrical connection interface 142.
In a specific embodiment, after the heating device 21 is fully charged, the control board 13 detects that the heating device 21 is completely charged, and the control board 13 cuts off the power output of the battery to finish charging the heating device 21.
In a specific embodiment, the heating device 21 is provided with a signal transmission circuit, when the battery 12 charges the heating device 21, the signal transmission circuit is turned on, and the control board 13 outputs a control signal to the charging device for changing the heating time and the heating temperature of the heating device 21, so that the charging effect of the heating device 21 can be improved.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a USB charging interface 15 for connecting a USB charging wire is provided on a side wall of the housing 1, and an external power supply is controlled by the control board 13 to complete charging of the battery 12.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a display screen 16 for displaying status information is provided on a side wall of the housing 1, and the status information of the smoking device can be observed through the display of the display screen 16.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a control key 17 for controlling the display of the display screen 16 is disposed on a side wall of the housing 1. The control key 17 is pressed down, the control panel 13 controls the display screen 16 to display state information, and the flexibility is good.
In a specific embodiment, the status information includes a remaining charge of the battery 12, a charging status of the heating device 21, a bluetooth connection status of the smoking apparatus, a malfunction diagnosis of the smoking apparatus, and/or vibration information of the smoking apparatus.

Claims (16)

1. A charging device, comprising:
a housing having a first opening disposed at a first side of the housing;
the outer wall of the heating device accommodating part is in sliding contact with the inner wall of the shell, and a cavity for accommodating a heating device is arranged in the heating device accommodating part; and the number of the first and second groups,
an eject lock portion provided inside the housing for ejecting and locking the heating device accommodating portion, the eject lock portion including:
the first end of the elastic telescopic part is fixedly connected with the shell, the second end of the elastic telescopic part is connected with the heating device accommodating part through a sliding block, and the sliding block is arranged in the shell in a sliding manner; and
the locking part comprises a hook, the first end of the hook is rotatably connected with the shell, and the second end of the hook is slidably arranged in the sliding block and used for locking the sliding block and the heating device accommodating part;
when the elastic telescopic part is compressed, the heating device accommodating part is locked in the shell and is used for accommodating the heating device for charging; or
When the elastic telescopic part extends, the heating device accommodating part is ejected out of the shell through the shell opening and locked outside the shell, and is used for taking out or accommodating the heating device;
the first end of the sliding block is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the first side of the accommodating part of the heating device, the second end of the elastic telescopic part penetrates through the first end of the sliding block and is arranged in the sliding block, the first end of the elastic telescopic part is sleeved outside the first fixed shaft, the connecting end of the first fixed shaft is fixedly connected with the side wall of the second side of the shell, and the second side of the shell is arranged opposite to the first side of the shell;
a stopping part is arranged at the second end of the hook, a groove and a special-shaped block are arranged on one side of the sliding block, and the stopping part is arranged in a loop enclosed by the groove and the special-shaped block in a sliding manner; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the groove comprises a first groove part and a second groove part communicated with the first groove part, the first groove part is close to the first end of the sliding block, and the second groove part is close to the second end of the sliding block;
the special-shaped block is arranged in the second groove part, a concave part is arranged at the first end of the special-shaped block, the concave part is arranged at a first working position of the hook, a first limiting part for preventing the stopping part from moving reversely is arranged on one side, close to the first working position of the hook, of the second groove part, and a first limiting position and a second limiting position of the hook are respectively arranged at positions, located on two sides of the first limiting part, of the second groove part; and is
The edge position of the first groove part close to the first end of the sliding block is set to be a second working position of the hook;
a first one-way device is arranged between the first end of the special-shaped block and the position, close to the first limit position of the hook, of the second groove part, and the first one-way device is positioned between the first working position of the hook and the first limit position of the hook and used for preventing the stopping part from reversely moving to the first working position of the hook from the first limit position of the hook;
a second one-way means is provided between the second end of the shaped block and the location where the first and second groove portions are connected for preventing the stop from moving in reverse from the second operating position of the hook to the first extreme position of the hook.
2. A charging arrangement as claimed in claim 1, in which a second stop is provided at the first end of the profiled block adjacent a second limit position of the hook to prevent reverse movement of the stop.
3. A charging arrangement as claimed in claim 2, in which the first and second retaining portions are each provided as a point.
4. The charging device according to claim 2, wherein when the stopping portion is disposed at the first working position of the hook, the slider is subjected to a pulling force by the hook equal to an elastic force by the elastic expansion portion, the slider remains stationary, the heating device accommodating portion is locked inside the housing, and the charging device is in a closed state;
when the charging device is opened, a first pressing operation force is applied to the second side of the heating device accommodating part, the sliding block slides towards the direction close to the inner wall of the second side of the shell, the stopping part is restrained by the first limiting part, and the stopping part moves from the first working position of the hook to the first limiting position of the hook; after the stopping part moves to the first extreme position of the hook, the first pressing operation force is cancelled, the sliding block slides in the direction away from the inner wall of the second side of the shell under the action of the elastic force exerted by the elastic telescopic part, the stopping part moves to the second working position of the hook, the accommodating part of the heating device is ejected out and locked outside the shell, and the charging device is in an open state;
when the charging device is closed, a second pressing operation force is applied to the second side of the heating device accommodating part, the sliding block overcomes the elastic force applied by the elastic telescopic part and slides towards the direction close to the inner wall of the second side of the shell, and the stopping part moves to the second limit position of the hook; the stopping portion is moved to the second limit position of the hook, the second pressing operation force is cancelled, the sliding block slides in the direction far away from the inner wall of the second side of the shell under the action of the elastic force applied by the elastic stretching portion, the stopping portion is restrained by the second limit portion, the stopping portion is moved to the first working position of the hook from the second limit position of the hook, the accommodating portion of the heating device is locked inside the shell, the charging device is in a closed state, and the ejecting locking portion completes one working cycle.
5. The charging device according to claim 4, wherein the first pressing operation force and the second pressing operation force are respectively greater than an elastic force exerted by the elastic expansion and contraction portion.
6. A charging device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the stop is movable from the first working hook position to a first extreme hook position by a distance of 1-3 mm; and/or
The stopping part moves from the second limiting position of the hook to the first working position by a distance of 1-3 mm.

A charging arrangement as claimed in claim 4, in which a second opening is provided in a third side of the heating means receiving portion, a bottom outer wall of the heating means receiving portion being in sliding contact with a bottom inner wall of the housing, the first end of the hook being pivotally connected to the third side wall of the housing, the third side wall of the housing being provided as a top side wall of the housing.

The charging device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the first end of the hook is connected to the top side wall of the housing through a second fixed shaft, the first end of the second fixed shaft is fastened to the top side wall of the housing, and the first end of the hook is rotatably connected to the second end of the second fixed shaft.
9. The charging device according to claim 8, wherein a spring plate is disposed between the top side wall of the housing and the slider, a first end of the spring plate is connected to the top side wall of the housing through the second fixing shaft, a second end of the spring plate is fastened to the top side wall of the housing, an elastic protrusion is disposed on one side of the spring plate close to the slider, and a free end of the elastic protrusion is in elastic contact with the hook for allowing the hook to be tightly attached to the slider.
10. A charging arrangement as claimed in claim 9, in which the first and second channel portions and the profiled block are each provided at the top of the slider, the second end of the resilient concertina being provided at the bottom of the slider.
11. A charging device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said eject lock portion further comprises a rail portion provided inside said housing and cooperating with said slider, said elastic expansion portion being provided as a spring.
12. A charging arrangement as claimed in claim 11, in which a first guide portion is provided on a first side of the slider and a second guide portion is provided on a second side of the slider, the guide track portion comprising first and second spaced rails, the first guide portion being in sliding engagement with the first rail and the second guide portion being in sliding engagement with the second rail for preventing jamming and deflection of the slider.
13. The charging device according to claim 12, wherein the first guide portion and the second guide portion are both elongated protrusions, grooves that are engaged with the elongated protrusions of the first guide portion and the second guide portion are respectively provided on the first rail body and the second rail body, and the elongated protrusions of the first guide portion and the second guide portion are respectively slidably provided in the grooves of the first rail body and the second rail body.
14. A charging device according to claim 1, wherein the number of the ejection lock portions is plural, and plural ejection lock portions are provided at intervals inside the housing.
15. A charging arrangement as claimed in claim 1, in which the heating means is arranged to heat a cold tobacco rod.
16. A smoking apparatus comprising the heating device and the charging device according to any one of claims 1 to 15; when the elastic expansion part is compressed, the heating device accommodating part is locked in the shell, and the heating device is accommodated in the heating device accommodating part for charging; or
When the elastic telescopic part extends, the heating device accommodating part pops out and is locked outside the shell through the first opening, and the heating device is taken out or accommodated.
