5. The cold-dispelling, appetite-stimulating, caries-preventing dairy product of any one of claims 1-4 wherein the fresh milk is fresh cow's milk or fresh goat's milk.
6. The method for preparing the decayed tooth preventing milk product for dispelling cold and stimulating appetite is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
1) sterilizing fresh milk to obtain sterilized milk;
2) dissolving xylitol in warm water, and stirring to obtain a solution A;
3) crushing and sieving pericarpium citri reticulatae and fennel to obtain powder B;
4) dissolving the powder B in the solution A obtained in the step 2), and uniformly stirring to obtain a solution C;
5) fully mixing the solution C with the sterilized milk prepared in the step 1) to obtain a milk product;
6) and 5) refrigerating and storing the milk product prepared in the step 5).
