Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
In order to make the technical solutions better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only partial embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Example 1:
the embodiment provides an advertisement push method based on a block chain, which is applied to a video node, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step S102: and receiving a video playing request of the user node based on the second intelligent contract of the block chain.
It should be noted that the advertisement push method provided by the present application is based on a block chain technology, and the video node provides the advertisement and the video, and the user node plays the advertisement and the video. The video node and the user node are used as nodes in the block chain to reach an agreement in advance, and a second intelligent contract is established, wherein the second intelligent contract is an intelligent contract for offsetting the pre-positioned advertisement by the advertisement duration and is used for paying the advertisement offset duration which is watched by the user to the user node according to the advertisement which is watched by the user in advance in the idle time. An intelligent contract is a computer protocol that, once formulated and deployed, enables self-enforcement and self-verification. From a technical point of view, an intelligent contract may be considered a computer program that defines rules and logic for transactions, and that autonomously performs all or part of the operations associated with the contract and generates corresponding evidence that may be verified to demonstrate the effectiveness of performing the contract operations. The logic flow of all terms associated with a contract is established prior to deploying an intelligent contract.
Optionally, before receiving a video playing request of the user node based on the second intelligent contract of the blockchain, the method may further include:
and paying the advertisement offset duration acquired by the user to the user node based on the first intelligent contract, wherein the advertisement offset duration to be offset is a part or all of the advertisement offset duration.
In this embodiment, a first intelligent contract is deployed in advance in the blockchain, and the first intelligent contract is an intelligent contract for obtaining the advertisement duration, and the contract can enable a user to watch the advertisement in advance in spare or scattered time, and accumulate the duration records of watching the advertisement, so as to obtain the advertisement offset duration paid by the video node.
Optionally, before paying the advertisement cancellation duration obtained by the user to the user node based on the first intelligent contract, the method may further include:
creating a first intelligent contract and a second intelligent contract in a block chain, wherein the first intelligent contract is used for paying the advertisement offset duration watched by a user to a user node according to the advertisement watched by the user in advance in the idle time; and the second intelligent contract is used for offsetting the advertisement duration to be offset paid by the user node to the corresponding duration of the pre-advertisement of the video when the user requests to watch the video.
In this embodiment, after the video node and the user node have agreed in advance, the first intelligent contract and the second intelligent contract may be created by any node in the block chain and run on the block chain, for example, may be created by the video node.
Optionally, paying the user node for the advertisement cancellation duration obtained by the user based on the first smart contract may include:
setting a first transaction, wherein the first transaction is used for indicating that the advertisement offset duration watched by the user is paid to the user node if the first transaction is established;
pushing an advertisement invitation to a user node according to the first transaction;
and after the user node receives the advertisement invitation and plays the advertisement, writing the advertisement offset duration obtained by the played advertisement into the first transaction, signing the first transaction and then sending the signed first transaction to the user node.
In this embodiment, when a user node joins a block chain, the video node sets a first transaction for each user node, so that users of the user nodes can watch advertisements in advance in free or scattered time. After the first transaction is set, the video node may send an advertisement invitation to the user node, or the user node may actively request the video node to view an advertisement, for example, the user may request to view the advertisement by clicking an advertisement link specially set on a video website on a browser, and in this case, the step of sending the advertisement invitation to the user node through the video node is not required.
In a particular embodiment, the first smart contract may include the following:
(1) p sets a first transaction Tcommercial{Φ,[M→U]};
Wherein P represents a video service provider of the video node, U represents a user of the user node watching a program, and phi represents a first transaction TcommercialThere is no need to have "transaction input". M is a parameter representing the length of time the advertisement is viewed. M → U represents that P pays U M units of advertisement cancellation duration, for example: the unit may be seconds. T iscommercial{Φ,[M→U]P represents the length of time for which P pays M units of advertisement cancellation to U once the first transaction is established. Since this is a transaction with only two parties, so long as both parties U and P are paired with TcommercialSignature and TcommercialIs broadcast to the blockchain indicating that the transaction is established.
In this embodiment, P sets a first transaction for each user joining the blockchain, where the transaction includes the identifier of the user.
(2) P pushes advertisement invitation to U;
wherein, P pushes advertisement invitation to U, which may be through short message, APP notification message, etc., and the form is not limited. In order to further improve the advertisement pushing effect, the advertisement can be pushed according to the interest or the demand of the user, and different types of advertisement invitation lists can be provided for the user to select so that the user can watch the interested advertisement in free time, and meanwhile, the click rate of the advertisement can be improved.
(3) U accepts the invitation and plays the advertisement whenever it is deemed convenient;
the U can click the advertisement link contained in the short message or APP notification message at any time to accept the invitation and play the advertisement, for example, the U can accept the invitation and play the advertisement by utilizing the scattered time of waiting for vehicles at a platform or the vacant time before waiting for meals to be sent to a dining table when a restaurant has meals.
(4) The following procedure is performed
if the advertisement is finished
P calculates the equivalent time length m of the advertisement after the completion of the playing
M=m
P to TcommercialAfter signing, the signature is sent to U
end if
When the U accepts the advertisement invitation of the P or directly clicks the advertisement link on the video website, the advertisement starts to be watched. U may do this whenever it is deemed convenient. When the advertisement is played, P calculates the equivalent time length M of the advertisement which is played, and writes the equivalent time length M into a first transaction, namely, M is assigned to a parameter M, and P is assigned to TcommercialAnd sending the signature to the U.
(5) U to TcommercialThe signature is appended and broadcast into the blockchain.
Wherein, P calculates the advertisement time length played to U, and this time length is not necessarily the actual time length, i.e. the measurement unit is not necessarily the actual unit such as time, minute, second, and may only be the P-defined measurement unit. P filling the calculated duration into transaction TcommercialTo TcommercialAfter signature, the signature is sent to U, and the U is paired with TcommercialAfter adding its own signature and broadcasting it to the blockchain, it is equivalent to declaring that the first transaction is established, i.e., that U obtains a value M. U may accumulate M values by performing this contract with P multiple times.
Step S104: and receiving the advertisement duration to be counteracted paid by the user node based on the second intelligent contract, and offsetting the corresponding duration of the pre-advertisement of the video by using the advertisement duration to be counteracted so as to reduce or avoid the user from watching the pre-advertisement of the video.
Optionally, receiving the advertisement duration to be cancelled paid by the user node based on the second intelligent contract, and cancelling the corresponding duration of the pre-advertisement of the video by using the advertisement duration to be cancelled may include:
sending the advertisement duration consumed by the video to the user node according to the video playing request;
receiving a second transaction which is sent by the user node and signed by the user node, wherein the second transaction is used for indicating that the advertisement time length to be offset is paid to the video node, and the advertisement time length to be offset is less than or equal to the advertisement offset time length owned by the user;
offsetting the advertisement time length required to be consumed by the video by using the advertisement time length to be offset;
if the advertisement duration to be counteracted is greater than or equal to the advertisement duration that the video needs to consume, sending the video to the user node;
the second transaction is signed and broadcast into the blockchain.
Optionally, if the advertisement duration to be cancelled is less than the advertisement duration that the video needs to consume, the method further includes:
calculating the difference value between the advertisement time length to be counteracted and the advertisement time length required to be consumed by the video;
and pushing the advertisement with the duration matched with the difference value to the user node.
In this embodiment, the user node may accumulate the advertisement cancellation duration through the first intelligent contract, and use a part or all of the duration as the advertisement duration to be cancelled, so as to be used for cancelling the corresponding duration of the pre-advertisement of the video, where the advertisement duration to be cancelled is generally equal to the advertisement duration that the video needs to consume.
In a particular embodiment, the second intelligent contract may include the following:
(a) requesting to play a video from the P by the U;
(b) p sends advertisement time duration m to U
(c) U sets the second transaction Tbuy{[IU],[m1→P]Sending the signed result to P
(d) The following procedure is performed
If(m1≥m)
P sends video stream to U and sends TbuyBroadcast to block chains with signatures appended
else
P is according to (m-m)1) Value of select advertisement video stream to U
if the advertisement is finished
P sends video stream to U and sends TbuyBroadcast to block chains with signatures appended
end if
end if
When U requests P to watch the video program, P informs U of the advertisement time length, namely m value, consumed by the video program currently requested by U. U then sets a second transaction to pay P the value of M, where [ IU]Indicating that the transaction can only take the value of M owned by U as input, i.e., the value of M present in the transaction cannot exceed the amount actually owned by U. If T isbuyM in (1)1Less than M required for P, which generally means that U has not accumulated a sufficient number of M values in advance, although it is not excluded that U intentionally retains a certain M value, but this does not affect the subsequent execution of the contract. Then P would require U to view an advertisement that fills the insufficient portion M. This is to make the whole contract complete, not to be rendered non-executable due to special circumstances. But as long as U accumulates enough M values in advance, it will follow M1Paths of > m execute contracts. Of course, normally, U does not pay out the value of M required for redundant P, i.e. typically M1Is equal to m. Set the condition to m1And m, the whole contract is complete, so that the condition that the contract cannot be executed due to special conditions is avoided. T transmitted by P to UbuyAfter appending the signature and broadcasting it to the blockchain, it is equivalent to declaring that U consumes the value m1The value of M (1).
In the embodiment, it is assumed that the user a considers that the user needs to see the pre-advertisement before watching the video each time, the experience is not good, and then an intelligent contract is signed with the video service provider b. The intelligent contract comprises two parts, namely a first intelligent contract and a second intelligent contract. And the first clicks the advertisement link on the service page of the second directly when the first deems convenient, so that the M value is obtained through the first intelligent contract. When the first needs to watch the video program, the second intelligent contract avoids the prepositive advertisement of the video program, namely, the video program can be watched immediately after being clicked, and the video program can be watched without waiting for the completion of the advertisement.
According to the advertisement push method based on the block chain, provided by the embodiment of the invention, when a user of a user node requests to watch a video, the corresponding time of the pre-advertisement of the video can be offset through the paid advertisement time to be offset, which is obtained when the user watches the advertisement in advance in spare or scattered time, so that the user can completely avoid or reduce advertisement information needing to be watched when watching the video, the user experience is greatly improved, and the problem that the user experience is greatly reduced due to the overlong advertisement watching time in the existing advertisement push method under certain conditions is solved.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 2, this embodiment provides an advertisement push method based on a blockchain, which is applied to a user node, and the method includes:
step S202: sending a video playing request to the video node based on a second intelligent contract in the block chain; and the number of the first and second groups,
step S204: and paying the duration of the advertisement to be counteracted to the video node based on the second intelligent contract so that the video node counteracts the corresponding duration of the pre-advertisement of the video by the duration of the advertisement to be counteracted based on the second intelligent contract, thereby reducing or avoiding the user from watching the pre-advertisement of the video.
Optionally, before sending the video playing request to the video node based on the second intelligent contract in the block chain, the method may further include:
and acquiring the advertisement offset time paid by the video node based on the first intelligent contract of the block chain, wherein the advertisement offset time to be offset is a part or all of the advertisement offset time.
Optionally, obtaining the advertisement cancellation duration paid by the video node based on the first intelligent contract of the blockchain may include:
receiving an advertisement invitation pushed by a video node;
playing the advertisement according to the user instruction;
receiving a first transaction which is sent by a video node and signed by the video node, wherein an advertisement offset duration obtained after the advertisement is played is written in the first transaction;
the first transaction is signed and broadcast into the blockchain.
Optionally, paying the video node for the advertisement duration to be cancelled based on the second smart contract may include:
receiving the advertisement time length which needs to be consumed by the video sent by the video node;
setting a second transaction, wherein the second transaction is used for indicating that the advertisement time length to be offset is paid to the video node if the second transaction is established, and the advertisement time length to be offset is less than or equal to the advertisement offset time length owned by the user;
and signing the second transaction and then sending the second transaction to the video node so as to trigger the video node to offset the advertisement duration to be offset by the corresponding advertisement duration needing to be consumed.
Example 3:

6. An advertisement push method based on a block chain is applied to a user node, and is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
sending a video playing request to the video node based on a second intelligent contract in the block chain; and the number of the first and second groups,
and paying the length of the advertisement to be counteracted to a video node based on the second intelligent contract so that the video node counteracts the corresponding length of the pre-advertisement of the video by using the length of the advertisement to be counteracted based on the second intelligent contract, thereby reducing or avoiding the user from watching the pre-advertisement of the video.
7. The blockchain-based advertisement push method according to claim 6, wherein before the second smart contract in the blockchain sends the video playing request to the video node, the method further comprises:
and acquiring the advertisement offset time paid by the video node based on a first intelligent contract of the block chain, wherein the advertisement offset time to be offset is a part or all of the advertisement offset time.
8. The blockchain-based advertisement pushing method according to claim 7, wherein the obtaining of the advertisement cancellation duration paid by the video node based on the first smart contract of the blockchain comprises:
receiving an advertisement invitation pushed by the video node;
playing the advertisement according to a user instruction;
receiving a first transaction which is sent by the video node and signed by the video node, wherein an advertisement offset duration obtained after the advertisement is played is written in the first transaction;
the first transaction is signed and broadcast into a blockchain.
9. The blockchain-based advertisement pushing method according to claim 8, wherein the paying the video node for the advertisement duration to be cancelled based on the second smart contract comprises:
receiving the advertisement time length which needs to be consumed by the video and is sent by the video node;
setting a second transaction, wherein the second transaction is used for indicating that the advertisement time length to be offset is paid to a video node if the second transaction is established, and the advertisement time length to be offset is less than or equal to the advertisement offset time length owned by the user;
and signing the second transaction and then sending the signed second transaction to the video node so as to trigger the video node to offset the advertisement duration to be offset by the corresponding advertisement duration needing to be consumed.
10. The advertisement push system based on the blockchain is characterized by comprising a video node and a user node which are connected by the blockchain;
the video node is used for providing advertisements and videos and executing the block chain-based advertisement pushing method of any one of claims 1-5;
the user node is configured to play the advertisement and the video, and execute the block chain-based advertisement push method according to any one of claims 6 to 9.
