Background
The music therapeutic instrument is an instrument for converting melody changes of audio files into vibration frequencies with the same change rule and performing vibration auxiliary therapy on acupuncture points on the body surface of a human body, the classification and processing of the adopted audio files are different from the traditional audio files, and the different places are mainly embodied in that Music Vibration Therapy (MVT) is a recently recognized technology using music (for listening) and is coordinated with tactile vibration massage (with oscillation rhythm and/or waveform frequency matched with the music rhythm and/or waveform frequency and/or harmoniously coordinated with the music rhythm and/or waveform frequency to some extent) directly applied to the body. Most patients are interested in using music vibration therapy because it is a pleasant, fun, distracting and comfortable treatment modality, unlike many invasive and potentially unpleasant medical procedures, which can play an important role in promoting patient acceptance of treatment.
Speakers or transducers are currently used which are placed within a cushion, mattress, chair, lounge, table or soft furniture, and are typically used in conjunction with an audio speaker for synchronized listening (e.g., provided by a headset) to provide a combined, synchronized haptic and auditory experience. Help in pain control, relaxation and anxiety relief, blood flow improvement, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, treatment of arthritic conditions and general health improvement. Various vibration/sound characteristics can be manipulated to achieve a particular physiological and psychological experience.
The working principle of the music therapeutic apparatus is generally summarized as follows: a loudspeaker with high power is adopted; one mode is a self-owned mode, and the other mode can be connected with a mobile phone or a tablet to play music, and changes the vibration size along with the change of music melody; the therapeutic purpose can be achieved by listening to music or vibrating. Most of audio files are stored in a cloud server, the existing transmission mode of the audio files is that a music therapeutic apparatus sends identification information carrying the audio files to be downloaded to the cloud server, the encryption mode of the multimedia files corresponding to the identification information of the audio files, the length information of encryption keys and the encryption keys are obtained from the internet, the whole audio files are encrypted on line, and the audio files are transmitted to the cloud server. The online encryption mode enables the audio file to be low in obtaining efficiency, the decryption process to be complex, the encryption key is obtained from the internet and is easy to crack, and the data security is low.

The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a block diagram of a transmission system of an audio file according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the transmission system may include:
high in the clouds server 1 and a plurality of music therapeutic instrument 2, each music therapeutic instrument 2 links to each other with high in the clouds server 1 respectively, wherein:
the target music therapeutic apparatus 2 is used for sending an audio file acquisition request to the cloud server 1; reading a target decryption key from a preset offset of a target ciphertext audio file returned by the cloud server; decrypting the target ciphertext audio file by using the target decryption key to obtain a target initial audio file; playing the target initial audio file; wherein the target musical therapy apparatus 2 is one of a plurality of musical therapy apparatuses 2;
the cloud server 1 is used for analyzing the audio file acquisition request to obtain a target ID of the target music therapeutic apparatus 2 and a target audio prescription batch required by the current patient; searching a target ciphertext audio file obtained by encrypting the target ID and the target audio prescription batch from a pre-stored audio library; the target ciphertext audio file is obtained by encrypting the file content with the preset rule length at the head of the target initial audio file by using the target ID and the target audio prescription batch; and sending the target ciphertext audio file to the target music therapeutic apparatus 2.
The transmission system of the audio file provided by the embodiment of the invention can comprise a cloud server 1 and a plurality of music therapeutic apparatuses 2, and each music therapeutic apparatus 2 is in communication connection with the cloud server 1. When the target music therapeutic apparatus 2 belonging to one of the plurality of music therapeutic apparatuses 2 alleviates and treats the corresponding disease of the current patient, if the diagnosis and treatment stage of the current patient can be based on, the target music therapeutic apparatus 2 is used to send an audio file acquisition request to the cloud server 1. The cloud server 1 analyzes the audio file acquisition request to obtain a target ID of the target music therapeutic apparatus 2 and a target audio prescription batch required by the current patient. The cloud server 1 may encrypt the file content of the target initial audio file with the head portion preset with the rule length by using the target ID and the target audio prescription batch to obtain the target ciphertext audio file. And an audio library for storing each ciphertext audio file can be pre-established, after the target ID of the target music therapeutic apparatus 2 and the target audio prescription batch required by the current patient are obtained, the cloud server 1 can search the pre-stored audio library for the target ciphertext audio file obtained by encrypting the target ID and the target audio prescription batch, and send the target ciphertext audio file to the target music therapeutic apparatus 2.
The storage position of a target decryption key in a target ciphertext audio file can be preset in the target music therapeutic apparatus 2, after the target music therapeutic apparatus 2 receives the target ciphertext audio file, the target decryption key can be read from the preset offset of the target ciphertext audio file returned by the cloud server, the target decryption key is used for decrypting the target ciphertext audio file to obtain a target initial audio file, the target initial audio file is played, and therefore the target initial audio file is used for carrying out physiotherapy operation on a current patient along with vibration with corresponding strength.
If the current patient has arm muscle pain, the wavelength and intensity of the audio files can be adjusted according to the muscle state of the patient after the patient is treated by the music therapeutic apparatus 2 for multiple times, for example, the mode of playing 5 audio files in sequence is applied as the first audio prescription batch, and the physical therapy of arm muscle is performed on the patient by combining the first audio prescription batch and the vibration with corresponding intensity at first. public int getHeaderMixLength(){
return 1024+soft_id+soft_batch;
}
