Abstract
The invention provides a network conference preparation system, a method, computer equipment and a storage medium in advance, wherein the system comprises: preparing a server, a client, a central server and a communication module; the preparation server, the client and the central server transmit data through the communication module; the preparation server is used for detecting whether the hardware equipment and the network transmission channel of the client are abnormal or not before the start of the network conference and feeding back the abnormality to the client; the client is used for creating or joining a network conference and correspondingly adjusting the hardware equipment and the network transmission channel according to the detection of the preparation server; the central server is used for carrying out the network conference. The invention can detect the hardware equipment and the network transmission channel in the client in advance and process the abnormal conditions in time, thereby ensuring that the hardware equipment and the network transmission channel are both in a normal state and leading the network conference to start on time.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of office management systems, in particular to a system and a method for preparing a network conference in advance, computer equipment and a storage medium.
Background
With the continuous development of social economy, information exchange is more frequent. Enterprises, institutions and the like may gradually develop across regions in the development process, and at the moment, a network conference is generated for better and better communication. A web conference refers to a conference in which people located at two or more locations have a face-to-face conversation via a communication device and a network. The network conference has the advantages of perfect data, audio and video transmission, comprehensive conference management and the like, and provides functions of interactive demonstration, chatting, technical and client support, remote learning and the like.
However, the network conference in the prior art still has disadvantages because the transmission is comprehensive, which causes collision to easily occur; because of real-time performance, the conference is usually not prepared sufficiently, so that an emergency situation such as a hardware device failure or an abnormal network signal often occurs when an actual conference starts, and a lot of time may be required for debugging the device or detecting the network signal, which results in wasted conference time.

A method for preparing a network conference in advance comprises the following steps: a first client establishes a network conference, and a second client joins the network conference; a preparation server acquires user permissions of the first client and the second client, calls hardware equipment and network transmission settings of the first client and the second client, generates corresponding detection data and respectively sends the detection data to the first client and the second client; the first client and the second client are respectively adjusted according to the detection data, and state information of the hardware equipment and the network transmission setting in a normal state is sent to the preparation server; and the preparation server acquires the state information, determines the readiness and sends a normal state prompt to the central server.
A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the network conference preparation method in advance in the above embodiments when executing the program.
A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the network conference preparation-in-advance method described in the above-described embodiments.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of specific embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, there is provided a network conference preparation-ahead system including a preparation server 10, a client 20, a center server 30, and a communication module 40; preparing data transmission among the server 10, the client 20 and the central server 30 through a communication module 40; the preparation server 10 is used for detecting whether the hardware equipment and the network transmission channel of the client 20 are abnormal before the network conference is started and feeding back the abnormality to the client 20; the client 20 is configured to create or join a network conference, and perform corresponding adjustment on the hardware device and the network transmission channel according to the detection of the preparation server 10; the central server 30 is used for network conferencing.
In the embodiment, data transmission is performed among the preparation server 10, the client 20 and the central server 30 through the communication module 40, the preparation server 10 is used for detecting whether the hardware device and the network transmission channel of the client 20 have abnormality before the network conference is started, and feeds back to the client 20, the client 20 is used to create or join the network conference and correspondingly adjust the hardware devices and the network transmission channels according to the detection result of the preparation server 10, the central server 30 is used to perform the network conference, by preparing the server 10 to detect hardware devices and network transmission channels in the client 20 in advance and sending the detection result to the client 20, the client 20 adjusts the devices or networks with abnormality in time, therefore, the hardware equipment and the network transmission channel are ensured to be in normal states, and the network conference can start on time.
As shown in fig. 2, the preparation server 10 is provided with an authority acquisition module 11, a calling module 12 and a detection module 13; the authority acquiring module 11 is used for acquiring the authority of the client 20; the calling module 12 is used for calling the hardware device of the client 20; the detection module 13 is configured to detect whether there is an abnormality in the hardware device and the network transmission channel, and generate detection data.
The permission acquiring module 10 may acquire hardware devices and software functional permissions required for performing a network conference, including but not limited to using a microphone, a video recording screen, network transmission, and the like; the calling module 12 can call hardware devices such as a microphone, a camera, a sound box, an earphone, a display and the like.
In one embodiment, the detection module 13 includes: a track combination determining unit 131, an analog signal generating unit 132, a traversing test unit 133 and a detection data generating unit 134; the track combination determining unit 131 is configured to detect whether audio and video playing is synchronous; the analog signal generating unit 132 is configured to generate an analog signal to be transmitted to the client 20, and check whether the data connection of the client 20 is normal; the traversal test unit 133 is configured to perform traversal test on the hardware device and the network transmission channel of the client 20; the detection data generation unit 134 is configured to generate detection data. The generated detection data may be transmitted to the client 20 according to the communication module 40.
Specifically, the calling module 12 calls a camera and a microphone of the client 20, the client 20 collects a video signal and an audio signal, transcodes the video signal and the audio signal respectively to obtain corresponding digital signals, transmits the digital signals to the preparation server 10, the preparation server 10 decodes the digital signals, and finally the rail combination determining unit 131 detects whether the video and the audio are played synchronously and judges whether the audio and the video are on the same rail.
Specifically, the analog signal generating unit 132 may generate an analog signal, transmit the analog signal to the client 20, and the client 20 feeds back information of successful reception, thereby verifying normality of software and signals of the client 20.
Specifically, the traversal detecting unit 133 may detect the hardware device and the network transmission channel of the client 20 in a binary tree traversal manner, and may use any one of a pre-order traversal, a middle-order traversal, a post-order traversal, and a hierarchical traversal in a binary tree traversal method.
As shown in fig. 3, the client 20 is provided with an adjusting module 21, a track setting module 22 and a simulation conference module 23, where the adjusting module 21 is configured to adjust the hardware device and the network transmission channel according to the detection data; the track setting module 22 is used for setting and regulating a track; the analog conference module 23 is used to transmit analog conference information to the preparation server 10.
Wherein, the track setting module 22 includes: a track display unit 221, a track recommendation unit 222 and a track regulation and control unit 223; the track display unit 221 is configured to display the input and output audio and video tracks; the track recommendation unit 222 is configured to perform track recommendation on audio and video according to the transmitted data; the track control unit 223 is configured to control the tracks of the audio and video according to the detection data.
Specifically, the simulated conference module 23 may transmit the simulated conference information to the preparation server 10, and the preparation server 10 performs detection to determine whether the network conference condition is met; after the simulation conference is finished, the preparation server 10 detects the operation of the conference, and if the operation is smooth, the preparation server may send information on whether to save the setting to the client 20, and the client 20 may confirm that the setting is saved so that the next network conference can be smoothly performed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the client 20 includes an initiator end 24 and a participant end 25, the initiator end 24 includes a conference creating module 241, an authority setting module 242, a conference setting module 243, and an invitation module 244, the conference creating module 241 is used for creating a web conference, the authority setting module 242 is used for setting participant end authority, the conference setting module 243 is used for setting a conference type, a conference start time, and a conference-allowed time, and the invitation module 244 is used for inviting the participant end 25 to enter the web conference; the participant terminal 25 includes a conference joining module 251, a track trial module 252, a conference reminding module 253, and a journey reservation module 254, where the conference joining module 251 is used to join the web conference, the track trial module 252 is used to test whether the audio and video tracks are abnormal, the conference reminding module 253 is used to send reminding information before the conference starts, and the reservation module 254 is formed to remind the collision when there is a time collision between the conferences.
The permission setting module 242 may set the permissions of the clients 20, for example, set one client as a conference manager, and the conference manager may set the personnel permission to open a video stream or a voice stream when entering a conference. Certainly, the permission setting module 242 may also perform corresponding granting to different clients, for example, a is a department manager, that is, a report is about to be made for a project, and a granting speaking function may be given to the client of a; b is an administrative assistant, which needs to make meeting records and invite participants to enter the network meeting and can endow the client of B with the function of inviting the participants.

In the embodiment, a first client creates a network conference, a second client joins the network conference, a quasi server acquires user permissions of the first client and the second client, calls hardware equipment and network transmission settings of the first client and the second client, detects whether the equipment is abnormal or not, generates corresponding detection data, sends the detection data to the first client and the second client, the first client and the second client correspondingly adjust the equipment or the network in the abnormal state according to the detection data to ensure that the equipment and the network are in the normal state, sends the normal state information to a preparation server, the preparation server acquires the state information to determine that the conference is ready, sends the state normal prompt to a central server, and can directly and smoothly carry out the network conference without extra time for debugging the equipment when the conference time arrives, so that the network conference can be performed on time.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 6. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a network conference preparation-ahead method.

In one embodiment, a storage medium is also provided, which stores a computer program comprising program instructions, which when executed by a computer, which may be part of the above-mentioned network conference preparation-in-advance system, cause the computer to perform the method according to the preceding embodiment.
