Disclosure of Invention
(1) Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, adapt to the practical needs, and provide a folding mechanism and a folding method of a wrapping substrate for a lithium battery so as to solve the technical problems.
(2) Technical scheme
In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a folding mechanism for wrapping a substrate for a lithium battery comprises a supporting plate and a first support, wherein the first support is arranged on the upper surface of the supporting plate, a first pressure rod is hinged to the first support, and the first pressure rod extends in a direction far away from the first support; a through groove vertically penetrates downwards from the upper end surface of the first pressure rod, inclined pressing blocks are respectively arranged on two side walls of the through groove, a first inclined plane is arranged at the upper part of each inclined pressing block, and a second inclined plane is arranged at the lower part of each inclined pressing block; a first push rod is hinged to one end, different from the first support, of the through groove, and a forming block is arranged at the lower end of the first push rod; the upper end surface of the supporting plate is provided with a clamping assembly and is positioned right below the first pressure lever; the clamping assembly comprises two clamping plates, and the outer sides of the clamping plates are respectively provided with an inclined push block; the clamping plate bottom end face is abutted to the upper end face of the supporting plate and is in sliding connection with the upper end face of the supporting plate, the bottom of the inclined push block moves along the first sliding groove, a tension spring is arranged in the first sliding groove, one end of the tension spring is fixedly connected to the side wall of the inclined push block, the other end of the tension spring is fixedly connected to the side wall of the first sliding groove, and the two clamping plates are separated from each other under the initial state through the tension spring.
The one end of keeping away from first support on the first depression bar is equipped with the second support, and articulated on this second support have a second depression bar, and this second depression bar includes the body of rod, has seted up the bar groove on this body of rod to it has the second push rod to articulate in the bar inslot, and this second push rod middle part articulates in the fork inslot of the outermost end of first depression bar, and fills up between first depression bar and second depression bar and be equipped with first pressure spring.
A second sliding groove is transversely formed in one end, far away from the first support, of the supporting plate, a sliding block is connected in the second sliding groove in a sliding mode, and a second pressure spring is arranged in the second sliding groove; the upper end of the sliding block is provided with a front pushing face, the side part of the sliding block facing the second pressure spring is provided with a baffle, the middle part of the baffle is provided with a guide groove, and the bottom end of the second push rod is positioned in the guide groove.
The clamping plate upper end surface upwards extends and is provided with a fan-shaped material guide plate, and an arc transition surface is arranged at the joint of the bottom of the fan-shaped material guide plate and the clamping plate.
A positioning rod is horizontally arranged on the first support, and a rotary driving plate is arranged at the outer end of the positioning rod.
The forming block comprises a block body, the block body faces the clamping plates and is provided with a deflection guide surface and a forming surface, and the middle part of the deflection guide surface is opposite to the clamping position between the two clamping plates.
The bottom of the supporting plate is provided with an L-shaped charging chute which is arranged between the two clamping plates.
The L-shaped charging chute comprises a long groove and a short groove, wherein a support piece is arranged in the long groove and is connected to the supporting plate in a sliding mode.
(3) Has the advantages that:
A. placing a wrapping substrate for the lithium battery to be folded between the two clamping plates, and automatically dropping the wrapping substrate on the supporting plate; then, the first pressure rod is pressed downwards and swings around the first support, the two inclined pressing blocks in the through groove extrude the two inclined pushing blocks below the first pressure rod, the two inclined pushing blocks move oppositely along with the continuous swinging of the first pressure rod around the first support, the gap is gradually reduced, and finally the lithium battery wrapping substrate is clamped through the clamping plate; in-process that the parcel substrate is pressed from both sides tightly gradually by the grip block for the lithium cell, articulate the first push rod on first depression bar and drive the shaping piece and put down, and promote the parcel substrate for the lithium cell, fix a position the parcel substrate for the lithium cell, then, at the in-process of continuing to press from both sides tight parcel substrate for the lithium cell through the grip block, the shaping piece is exerted pressure through the continuation of first depression bar, partly formation extrusion of the extrusion grip block on the parcel substrate for the lithium cell, and then, at the last by final clamp of parcel substrate for the lithium cell, also in step by the folding design of shaping piece extrusion, thereby, realized the tight purpose of going on with folding simultaneously of clamp to the parcel substrate for the lithium cell, therefore, can improve production efficiency greatly.
B. For the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery with larger thickness or the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery with higher hardness, the wrapping substrate is not easy to be extruded, folded and deformed by the shaping block; therefore, can directly push down the second depression bar, drive first depression bar swing through the second depression bar, utilize first depression bar push down the swing, and press from both sides the parcel substrate for the lithium cell tightly the back, the second depression bar continues to push down, and support on the baffle of sliding block rear side through second push rod lower extreme top, and form the promotion forward to the sliding block, and utilize the anterior preceding pushing surface of sliding block to promote forward to first push rod, and then, promote first push rod to drive before the shaping piece top, and then, form folding deformation with the edge of parcel substrate for the lithium cell, and reach the requirement of production, the degree of difficulty of folding deformation has been reduced, utilize lever principle to save physical power, and efficiency is improved.
C. When the shaping block pushes towards the lithium battery wrapping substrate, firstly, the lithium battery wrapping substrate is contacted through the deviation guide surface, so that the lithium battery wrapping substrate generates deviation towards the shaping surface, then, the shaping block continues to push forwards, finally, the extrusion of the shaping surface is utilized, the lithium battery wrapping substrate is shaped, the requirement of folding shaping is met, and the shaping efficiency is high.
D. Before the parcel substrate is extruded for the lithium cell, at first fall in the backup pad up end, because the parcel substrate is not identical with L type charging chute shape before the extrusion is folding for the lithium cell, so can not drop in advance, after being folded at the parcel substrate for the lithium cell, and coincide with L type charging chute, can drop in the L type charging chute automatically, not only solved and got the material degree of difficulty, and, with L type charging chute suitable deformation according to the circumstances, also can automatic check the fashioned quality of parcel substrate for the lithium cell, can not fall when the shape is not up to standard.

a folding mechanism for wrapping a substrate for a lithium battery comprises a supporting plate 1 and a first support 2, wherein the first support 2 is arranged on the upper surface of the supporting plate 1, a first pressure rod 3 is hinged on the first support 2, and the first pressure rod 3 extends in a direction far away from the first support 2; a through groove 31 vertically penetrates downwards from the upper end surface of the first pressure lever 3, two lateral walls of the through groove 31 are respectively provided with an inclined pressing block 32, the upper part of the inclined pressing block 32 is provided with a first inclined surface 321, and the lower part of the inclined pressing block is provided with a second inclined surface 322; a first push rod 4 is hinged to one end of the through groove 31, which is different from the first support 2, and a forming block 5 is arranged at the lower end of the first push rod 4; the upper end face of the supporting plate 1 is provided with a clamping assembly 6 and is positioned right below the first pressure lever 3; the clamping assembly 6 comprises two clamping plates 61, and the outer sides of the clamping plates 61 are respectively provided with an inclined push block 62; the bottom end face of each clamping plate 61 is abutted against the upper end face of the corresponding support plate 1 and is in sliding connection with the upper end face of the corresponding support plate, the bottom of the inclined push block 62 moves along the first sliding groove 63, a tension spring 64 is arranged in the first sliding groove 63, one end of the tension spring 64 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the inclined push block 62, the other end of the tension spring 64 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the first sliding groove 63, and the tension spring 64 enables the two clamping plates 61 to be separated from each other in the initial. The one end of keeping away from first support 2 on the first depression bar 3 is equipped with second support 7, and it has second depression bar 8 to articulate on this second support 7, and this second depression bar 8 includes the body of rod 81, has seted up bar groove 82 on this body of rod 81 to it has second push rod 83 to articulate in bar groove 82, and this second push rod 83 middle part articulates in the fork inslot of the outermost end of first depression bar 3, and fills up between first depression bar 3 and second depression bar 8 and be equipped with first pressure spring 84. A second sliding groove 11 is transversely formed in one end, far away from the first support 2, of the supporting plate 1, a sliding block 12 is connected in the second sliding groove 11 in a sliding mode, and a second pressure spring 13 is arranged in the second sliding groove 11; the upper end of the sliding block 12 is provided with a front pushing surface 121, the side of the sliding block 12 facing the second pressure spring 13 is provided with a baffle 122, the middle of the baffle 122 is provided with a guiding groove, and the bottom end of the second push rod 83 is located in the guiding groove. For the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery with larger thickness or the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery with higher hardness, the wrapping substrate is not easy to be extruded, folded and deformed by the shaping block 5; therefore, can directly push down second depression bar 8, drive first depression bar 3 swing through second depression bar 8, utilize first depression bar 3 to push down the swing, and press from both sides the parcel substrate for the lithium cell tightly the back, second depression bar 8 continues to push down, and support on the baffle 122 of sliding block 12 rear side through second push rod 83 lower extreme top, and form the promotion to sliding block 12 forward, and utilize the preceding pushing surface 121 of sliding block 12 front portion to promote first push rod 4 forward push, and then, promote first push rod 4 to drive the preceding top of shaped block 5, and then, form folding deformation with the edge of parcel substrate for the lithium cell, and reach the requirement of production, the degree of difficulty of folding deformation has been reduced, utilize lever principle to save physical power, and efficiency has been improved.
The upper end surface of the clamping plate 61 extends upwards to form a fan-shaped material guide plate 65, and an arc transition surface is arranged at the joint of the bottom of the fan-shaped material guide plate 65 and the clamping plate 61. The packaging substrate is favorable for leading the packaging substrate for the lithium battery into the station, is accurate and quick, and cannot be blocked.
A positioning rod 9 is horizontally arranged on the first support 2, and a rotary driving plate is arranged at the outer end of the positioning rod 9. The positioning precision and the adjusting range of the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery are improved, and the folding mechanism is suitable for folding the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery with more size ranges.
The forming block 5 comprises a block body 51, the block body 51 faces the clamping plates 61 and is provided with a deflector surface 52 and a forming surface 53, wherein the middle part of the deflector surface 52 is opposite to the clamping position 66 between the two clamping plates 61. When the shaping block 5 is pushed towards the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery, firstly, the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery is contacted through the deviation guide surface 52 to enable the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery to generate deviation towards the direction of the shaping surface 53, then, the shaping block 5 is pushed forwards continuously, and finally, the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery is shaped by utilizing the extrusion of the shaping surface 53, so that the requirement of folding and shaping is met.
An L-shaped charging chute 14 is arranged at the bottom of the supporting plate 1, and the L-shaped charging chute 14 is arranged between the two clamping plates 61.
The L-shaped chute 14 comprises a long groove 141 and a short groove 142, wherein a support member 15 is arranged in the long groove 141, and the support member 15 is slidably connected to the support plate 1. In order to solve the problem that the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery is inconvenient to take out after being folded and deformed, an L-shaped charging chute 14 is arranged on the supporting plate 1; before the parcel substrate is extruded for the lithium cell, at first fall in 1 up end of backup pad, because the parcel substrate is not identical with L type charging chute 14 shape before the extrusion is folding for the lithium cell, so can not drop in advance, after the parcel substrate is folded for the lithium cell, and coincide with L type charging chute 14 back, can drop in L type charging chute 14 automatically, not only solved and got the material degree of difficulty, and, with L type charging chute 14 appropriate deformation according to the circumstances, also can the fashioned quality of parcel substrate for the automatic check lithium cell, can not fall when the shape is not up to standard.
The invention also provides a folding method of the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery, which adopts the folding mechanism of the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
firstly, a wrapping substrate for a lithium battery to be folded is placed between two clamping plates 61 and automatically falls on a supporting plate 1; then, the first pressure lever 3 is pressed downwards and swings around the first support 2, the two inclined pressing blocks 32 in the through groove 31 extrude the two inclined pushing blocks 62 below, the two inclined pushing blocks 62 move oppositely along with the continuous swinging of the first pressure lever 3 around the first support 2, the gap is gradually reduced, and finally the lithium battery is clamped by the wrapping substrate through the clamping plate 61; in-process that the parcel substrate is pressed from both sides tightly by grip block 61 gradually at lithium cell, articulate first push rod 4 on first depression bar 3 and drive shaping piece 5 lower hem, and promote the parcel substrate for lithium cell, with parcel substrate location for lithium cell, then, in the in-process of continuing to press from both sides tight parcel substrate for lithium cell through grip block 61, shaping piece 5 is exerted pressure through the continuation of first depression bar 3, partly form to extrude grip block 61 on the parcel substrate for lithium cell and squeeze, and then, when the parcel substrate is finally pressed from both sides tightly at lithium cell, shaping piece 5 is also in step by the extrusion folding design, thereby, realized pressing from both sides tight and folding the purpose of going on simultaneously of carrying on the parcel substrate for lithium cell, consequently, can improve production efficiency greatly.

For the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery with larger thickness or the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery with higher hardness, the wrapping substrate is not easy to be extruded, folded and deformed by the shaping block 5; therefore, can directly push down second depression bar 8, drive first depression bar 3 swing through second depression bar 8, utilize first depression bar 3 to push down the swing, and press from both sides the parcel substrate for the lithium cell tightly the back, second depression bar 8 continues to push down, and support on the baffle 122 of sliding block 12 rear side through second push rod 83 lower extreme top, and form the promotion to sliding block 12 forward, and utilize the preceding pushing surface 121 of sliding block 12 front portion to promote first push rod 4 forward push, and then, promote first push rod 4 to drive the preceding top of shaped block 5, and then, form folding deformation with the edge of parcel substrate for the lithium cell, and reach the requirement of production, the degree of difficulty of folding deformation has been reduced, utilize lever principle to save physical power, and efficiency has been improved.
When the shaping block 5 is pushed towards the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery, firstly, the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery is contacted through the deviation guide surface 52, so that the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery generates deviation towards the direction of the shaping surface 53, then, the shaping block 5 is pushed forwards continuously, and finally, the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery is shaped by utilizing the extrusion of the shaping surface 53, so that the requirement of folding shaping is met, and the shaping efficiency is high.

For example, the present invention also provides a folding method of a wrapping substrate for a lithium battery, which comprises the steps of:
the preparation step S0 is executed:
step S01: providing a folding mechanism of the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery;
step S02: the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery to be folded is placed between the two clamping plates 61 and automatically falls on the upper end face of the supporting plate 1, and the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery does not coincide with the shape of the L-shaped charging chute 14 before being extruded and folded, so that the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery cannot fall in advance;
the folding step S1 is performed:
step S11: the first pressure lever 3 is pressed downwards and swings around the first support 2, the two inclined pressing blocks 32 in the through groove 31 extrude the two inclined pushing blocks 62 below, the two inclined pushing blocks 62 move oppositely along with the continuous swinging of the first pressure lever 3 around the first support 2, the gap is gradually reduced, and finally the lithium battery is clamped by the wrapping substrate through the clamping plate 61;
step S12: in the process that the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery is gradually clamped by the clamping plate 61, the first push rod 4 hinged to the first press rod 3 drives the forming block 5 to swing downwards and push the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery to position the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery, then, in the process that the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery is continuously clamped by the clamping plate 61, the forming block 5 continuously applies pressure through the first press rod 3 to extrude a part of the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery, which protrudes out of the clamping plate 61, so as to form extrusion, blending and further, when the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery is finally clamped, the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery is synchronously extruded, folded and formed by the forming block 5;
step S13: after the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery is folded and is matched with the L-shaped charging chute 14, the wrapping substrate automatically falls from the L-shaped charging chute 14.
Or performing a folding step S2:
step S21: directly pressing the second pressing rod 8 downwards, driving the first pressing rod 3 to swing through the second pressing rod 8, pressing and swinging the first pressing rod 3 downwards, clamping the lithium battery wrapping substrate, then continuously pressing the second pressing rod 8 downwards, pushing against a baffle 122 on the rear side of the sliding block 12 through the lower end of the second push rod 83, pushing the sliding block 12 forwards, pushing the first push rod 4 forwards through a front pushing surface 121 on the front part of the sliding block 12, further promoting the first push rod 4 to drive the shaping block 5 to push forwards, and further forming folding deformation on the edge of the lithium battery wrapping substrate;
step S22: after the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery is folded and is matched with the L-shaped charging chute 14, the wrapping substrate automatically falls from the L-shaped charging chute 14.
The extrusion and blending steps of the shaping block are as follows: the deflection guide surface 52 is in contact with the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery, so that the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery deflects towards the direction of the forming surface 53, then, the forming block 5 is pushed forwards continuously, and finally, the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery is shaped by utilizing the extrusion of the forming surface 53, so that the requirement of folding forming is met.
The folding method of the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery has the same beneficial effects as the folding mechanism of the wrapping substrate for the lithium battery.
