Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the door phone 1 includes a housing, a main control substrate 16 and an antenna substrate 2, the housing includes a face shell 11, a mounting plate 12 and a rear cover 13, the mounting plate 12 is provided with an antenna mounting groove 121 and a display mounting groove 122 at the front side, the display mounting groove 122 is located above the antenna mounting groove 121, a display screen 15 is provided in the display mounting groove 122, the display screen 15 is set toward the front side, i.e., arranged toward the user side, the antenna substrate 2 is provided in the antenna mounting groove 121, the mounting plate 12 is provided with a camera above the display mounting groove 122, the face shell 11 is made of plastic, tempered glass or acrylic, the face shell 11 is located at the front side of the mounting plate 12 and covers the antenna mounting groove 121, the display mounting. The housing is provided with a fingerprint module 14 at one horizontal side of the antenna mounting groove 121.
The main control substrate 16 is arranged on the rear side of the mounting plate 12, the main control substrate 16 is positioned on the rear side of the display screen 15 based on the thickness direction, the rear cover 13 is connected on the rear side of the mounting plate 12, and the rear cover 13 covers the main control substrate 16.
The main control substrate 16 is provided with a main control chip, a wireless communication processing module and a card reading processing module, the wireless communication processing module and the card reading processing module are respectively connected with the main control chip, in this embodiment, the wireless communication processing module is a WiFi and bluetooth two-in-one module, the card reading processing module is an RFID card reading module, and the main control chip is further connected with the display screen 15 and the camera.
The antenna substrate 2 is provided with a first end face 21 and a second end face 23, the first end face 21 and the second end face 23 are arranged oppositely, the antenna substrate 2 is provided with an RFID antenna 22 on the first end face 21, the RFID antenna 22 is located in the middle and is arranged in a coil, the antenna substrate 2 is provided with a 2.4G antenna 231 on the second end face 23, the RFID antenna and the 2.4G antenna can also adopt other conventional antenna forms except for those shown in the drawing, the RFID antenna 22 is arranged forwards, namely, the RFID antenna and the display screen are arranged towards the same direction, and the RFID antenna 22 and the 2.4G antenna 231 are respectively arranged on the antenna substrate 2 in a copper-clad mode.
The antenna substrate 2 is further provided with a plurality of resistors and a plurality of diodes on the first end face 21, the plurality of resistors and the plurality of diodes are respectively connected with the RFID antenna 22 and the 2.4G antenna 231 through copper-clad wiring, the antenna substrate 2 is provided with a plurality of wiring terminals on the second end face 23, the plurality of wiring terminals are distributed in a straight line, the plurality of wiring terminals comprise a positive terminal, a negative terminal, an antenna terminal 221, an antenna terminal 222, a grounding terminal and an antenna terminal 232, the antenna terminal 221 and the antenna terminal 222 are respectively connected with two ends of the RFID antenna 22, the antenna terminal 221 and the antenna terminal 222 are communicated with the first end face 21 and the second end face 23 through copper-clad counter bores, and the 2.4G antenna 231 is connected with the antenna terminal 232. On the projection of the thickness direction of the antenna substrate 2, the plurality of connection terminals are located on one side of the RFID antenna 22, the plurality of resistors and the plurality of diodes are located on one side of the plurality of connection terminals, the plurality of resistors and the plurality of diodes are located on the edge of the antenna substrate 2, and the plurality of resistors and the plurality of diodes are soldered on the first end surface 21.
The antenna mounting groove 121 is provided with a through hole 123, the plurality of wiring terminals are respectively connected with the main control substrate 16 through a plurality of wires, wherein the antenna terminal 221 and the antenna terminal 222 are connected with the card reading processing module through two first wires (not shown), so that the RFID antenna 22 is connected with the card reading processing module, the antenna terminal 232 is connected with the wireless communication processing module through a second wire, so that the 2.4G antenna 231 is connected with the wireless communication processing module, and the first wire and the second wire both adopt shielding wires, and in the position arrangement, in the projection of the thickness direction of the antenna substrate 2, the antenna substrate 2 is separately arranged from the main control substrate 16, so that the interference is reduced.
In view of the universality of the 2.4G antenna, the wireless communication processing module can adopt a Bluetooth processing module or a WiFi module, and the wireless communication of the door phone can also be realized.
It can be seen from above that, through with RFID antenna and 2.4G antenna with set up on an antenna substrate for this case entrance machine can realize the card punching and unblank and wireless communication interconnect in limited structural space, then makes the structure can further miniaturize and the platyzization.
Claims (10)
1. An entrance machine with integrated arrangement of an RFID antenna and a 2.4G antenna comprises:
the display screen is arranged on the shell towards the front side;
the main control substrate is arranged in the shell and provided with a main control chip, a wireless communication processing module and a card reading processing module, and the wireless communication processing module and the card reading processing module are respectively connected with the main control chip;
the antenna substrate is provided with a first end face and a second end face, the first end face and the second end face are arranged oppositely, the antenna substrate is provided with an RFID antenna on the first end face, the antenna substrate is provided with a 2.4G antenna on the second end face, the RFID antenna is arranged towards the front side, the RFID antenna is connected with the card reading processing module through a first conducting wire, and the 2.4G antenna is connected with the wireless communication processing module through a second conducting wire.

the RFID antenna is arranged on the antenna substrate in a copper-clad mode.
