FIG. 2 schematically illustrates a flow chart of a method of periodic delivery of an item according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the method includes operations S201 to S202.
In operation S201, a consumption frequency of items purchased by a user account having a personal attribute within a preset time period is acquired.
In operation S202, when the consumption frequency of the article is greater than the preset frequency, it is determined that the article is a periodically delivered article, so as to deliver the periodically delivered article according to the order information of the user.
In the disclosed embodiment, since the user having personal attributes has a limited demand for the number of daily quick-wear items by himself, there is a limitation in the kinds and the number of items in purchase. According to the actual requirements of users with personal attributes, specific articles are provided for specific groups of people so as to meet the actual requirements of the users. The selected preset time period may be to acquire shopping information of the user within one year, for example, to count a history of the laundry detergent purchased by the user with personal attributes within one year time to obtain the consumption frequency of the laundry detergent by the user. When the consumption frequency is greater than the preset value, for example, the consumption frequency of the laundry detergent by a single user is calculated to exceed 1 kg/month, the system may judge that the user with personal attributes has a certain periodic demand for the article, and may set the article as a periodic delivery article. Meanwhile, the length, volume and weight of the periodically delivered items satisfy the preset range, for example, when the weight and volume of laundry detergent purchased by the user are too large, the user is reluctant to select to purchase a plurality of items at a time due to inconvenience in storing and carrying the items by the user, and thus such an inconvenient item to store and carry is set as the periodic item, and the merchant platform may periodically deliver an appropriate amount of the item to the user to satisfy the real demand of the user having personal attributes. The preset frequency of the article and the length, volume and weight of the article satisfy the preset range, and those skilled in the art can set the frequency according to the actual requirement, and the embodiment of the disclosure does not limit this, but only exemplifies it.
The method shown in fig. 2 is further described with reference to fig. 3A-3E in conjunction with specific embodiments.
Fig. 3A schematically illustrates a flow chart of a method of obtaining consumption frequency of an item according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3A, acquiring a consumption frequency of an item purchased by a user account with a personal attribute within a preset time period includes:
operation S301, counting the purchase time and the purchase quantity of all the same items purchased within a preset time period;
operation S302, comparing the time for purchasing the same item twice, respectively, to obtain a plurality of time differences;
operation S303, respectively calculating ratios of the time difference to the previous purchase quantity to obtain purchase frequencies of a plurality of articles in singular; and
in operation S304, an average value of the purchase frequency of a plurality of single quantity items is calculated, and the consumption frequency of the items is obtained.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, for the same item purchased by the user account having the personal attribute, the purchase time and the purchase amount for purchasing the same item are counted. When the user makes a second purchase of the item, the difference between the second purchase time and the first purchase time may be considered as the consumption time of the item by the user. And calculating the consumption frequency of the user for the single item according to the quantity of the items purchased each time. Specifically, a ratio of a consumption time to the number of items purchased last time is taken as a consumption frequency of the single item by the user. Assuming that the user purchases the item for a plurality of times in one year, a plurality of consumption times of the item and consumption frequencies of a plurality of singular items can be obtained through statistics, and finally, average consumption frequencies of the singular items can be obtained.
It should be noted that, in the actual statistical process, the statistical objects are a large number of user accounts with personal attributes, historical shopping records of all known user accounts with personal attributes in different preset time periods are obtained, statistical calculation is performed on the consumption frequency of the same type of articles, the shopping records of multiple users are taken as the calculation basis, the statistical range is expanded, and the accuracy of the calculation result is improved.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the actual purchase demand of a user with personal attributes on a certain class of articles is statistically obtained on the basis of the historical purchase records of all known user accounts with personal attributes, and the merchant platform can provide purchasing and distribution services in a targeted manner according to the actual purchase demand, so that an article pool for regularly delivering articles is expanded, more regular delivery choices meeting the actual demand are provided for the user, and the problem of accumulating excessive articles at one time when the user purchases a plurality of articles in a single order to enjoy discount is avoided.
Fig. 3B schematically illustrates a flowchart of a method of identifying attributes of a user account according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, before the obtaining of the consumption frequency of the items purchased by the user account with the personal attribute in the preset time period, attributes identifying the user account are included, where the attributes include a personal attribute and a family attribute. The user with personal attribute may specifically be a user living by a single person, such as an ungraded user living alone, and the user with family attribute may be a user living by multiple persons, such as a user living together with married family members. For users with family attributes, the demand for daily fast-moving goods is obviously more visible than users with personal attributes because of the lives of multiple persons. When the electric article table carries out a great discount of a plurality of discounts, a user with a family property can more easily choose to purchase a plurality of articles to enjoy the discount. However, for the user having personal attribute, since the frequency of the consumable supply for the item is much less than that of the user having family attribute, there is a problem of stocking an excessive amount of items by purchasing a plurality of items at a time, and therefore, the user having personal attribute must not give up purchasing a plurality of items for offering. Through the embodiment, the users with the personal attributes are identified, and targeted delivery service is provided so as to meet the actual requirements of the users with the personal attributes.
As shown in fig. 3B, identifying attributes of the user account includes:
operation S305, acquiring all the receiving addresses of the multiple user accounts and the consignees corresponding to the receiving addresses;
operation S306, determining whether the user accounts have the same receiving address, and if the user accounts have the same receiving address, performing operation S307;
operation S307, determining whether the consignees corresponding to the same consignee address of the multiple user accounts are the same;
in operation S308, if the recipients corresponding to the same receiving addresses of the multiple user accounts are different, the multiple user accounts have personal attributes.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, receiving information of a plurality of users is obtained, wherein the receiving information comprises receiving addresses and receivers corresponding to the receiving addresses. When a plurality of user accounts are identified and obtained to have the same receiving address, whether the consignees corresponding to the same receiving address are the same or not is judged, and if the consignees corresponding to the same receiving address are different, the user accounts are considered to have personal attributes. For example, if receiving information with receiving addresses of a cell a is identified and obtained for a plurality of user accounts and the receivers corresponding to the cell a in the plurality of receiving information are all determined to be different, it may be considered that the plurality of users are only different users living in the same cell, and the plurality of users have no relationship with each other, and it may be considered that the plurality of users have personal attributes.
Fig. 3C schematically illustrates a flowchart of a method of identifying attributes of a user account according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3C, identifying attributes of the user account further includes:
operation S309, acquiring all the receiving addresses of the single user account and the consignees corresponding to the receiving addresses;
operation S310, determining whether a single user account has the same receiving address, and if the single user account has the same receiving address, performing operation S311;
operation S311, determining whether the consignees corresponding to the same consignee address of the single user account are the same;
in operation S312, if the consignees corresponding to the same consignee address of the single user account are different, the single user account has a family attribute.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the receiving information of a single user is obtained, and the receiving information includes a receiving address and a receiver corresponding to the receiving address. When receiving information that a single user account has a plurality of same receiving addresses is identified and obtained, whether the receivers corresponding to the same receiving addresses are the same or not is judged, and if the receivers corresponding to the same receiving addresses are different, the user accounts are considered to have family attributes. For example, if a plurality of receiving information items having a receiving address as an a cell address of a single user account are identified and obtained, and a receiver corresponding to the a cell address in the plurality of receiving information items is determined to be different, it may be considered that different receivers in the single user account are family members living together, for example, in the receiving information item of a single user account, the receiving addresses are all the a cell addresses, and the corresponding receivers are the self, or a partner, or a child, or a parent, and it is considered that the single user has a personal attribute.
Fig. 3D schematically illustrates a flow chart of a method of identifying attributes of a user account according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3D, identifying attributes of the user account further includes:
operation S313, determining a similarity between an item purchased by the user account with unknown attributes and an item purchased by the user account with personal attributes, and determining a similarity between an item purchased by the user account with unknown attributes and an item purchased by the user account with family attributes;
in operation S314, when the similarity between the user account with unknown attribute and the item purchased by the user account with personal attribute is smaller than the similarity between the user account with unknown attribute and the item purchased by the user account with family attribute, the user account with unknown attribute has personal attribute.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the attribute of the unknown attribute user is determined by judging the shopping similarity between the unknown attribute user and the known attribute user. The embodiment of the disclosure provides a method for calculating similarity: the method comprises the steps of obtaining three types of users, namely a user account with unknown attributes, a user account with personal attributes and a user account with family attributes, purchasing the top50 articles with the largest amount in the last year, and calculating the similarity of the purchased top50 articles.
Specifically, the account a is a user account with unknown attributes, the account B is a user account with family attributes, and the account C is a user account with personal attributes. Data samples corresponding to the top50 items corresponding to the user A are (A1: Num _ a1, A2: Num _ a2, … and A50: Num _ a50), data samples corresponding to the top50 items corresponding to the user B are (B1: Num _ B1, B2: Num _ B2, … and B50: Num _ B50), data samples corresponding to the top50 items corresponding to the user C are (C1: Num _ C1, C2: Num _ C2, … and C50: Num _ C50), the same items purchased from the top50 items of the A and the B are defined as intersection items N, and different items are defined as items M which are not in the intersection. The distance between the users A and B is calculated by the following specific method: summing the absolute values of the quantity difference purchased by the users A and B for each item in the aggregate item N, then adding the sum of the quantity of purchased items in M, and then dividing the sum by the sum of the quantity of purchased items N and M to obtain the similarity of the users A and B so as to realize the distance normalization processing. And similarly, calculating to obtain the similarity of the user A and the user C. And comparing the similarity between the user A and the user B with the similarity between the user A and the user C, and when the similarity between the user A and the user B is smaller than the similarity between the user A and the user C, considering that the distance between the user A and the user B is closer, and the user A has the same family attribute as the user B. And when the similarity between the user A and the user B is greater than the similarity between the user A and the user C, the user A is considered to be closer to the user C, and the user A has the same personal attribute as the user C.
Fig. 3E schematically illustrates a flow chart of a method of delivering the periodically delivered items, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3E, the dispensing of the periodically delivered items includes:
operation S315, acquiring the number of periodic sending cycles and the number of periodic sending articles in the order information;
operation S316, determining whether the periodic transmission period is 1, if the periodic transmission period is 1, performing operation S317, and if the periodic transmission period is greater than 1, performing operation S318;
operation S317 of performing general distribution of the periodically delivered items;
in operation S318, an interim delivery is made according to the number of cycles and the quantity of the items.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after selecting to send the articles regularly, the user can still select to complete the distribution once according to the common distribution mode or select to carry out the distribution in a periodic quantitative manner according to the actual requirement.
