The invention provides a circuit checking system and a circuit checking method, which comprise the following steps: a signal generator connected to the input end of the line to be tested for generating a modulation signal; the signal detector is connected to the output end of the line to be detected and used for demodulating the output signal of the line to be detected; and the signal blocker is at least arranged between the input end of the line to be detected and the input signal of the circuit to prevent the modulation signal from running out of the line to be detected. Background
With the progress of science and technology, electronic circuits have penetrated into the aspects of our daily lives; and as the functions realized by the electronic circuit are more and more, the electronic circuit comprises more and more devices, and the connecting line is more and more complicated. In case of a fault of the electronic circuit, the faulted device needs to be searched through maintenance and replaced to ensure normal and stable work of circuit equipment, and the complex circuit structure brings greater difficulty to circuit maintenance.
In circuit maintenance, power-off detection and power-on detection are generally divided. The power failure detection is to detect the power failure of the whole circuit, so that the circuit can only be checked whether the circuit is broken or not, and the working state of the circuit cannot be detected. The power-on detection is carried out in a working state, so that the voltage can be detected, but the position of the power-on detection is not known definitely, and the power-on detection is not a signal line to be checked; resulting in poor maintenance accuracy and large workload.
Therefore, how to implement circuit maintenance in power-on and power-off states and improve maintenance accuracy has become one of the problems to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a circuit inspection system and method for solving the problems of poor circuit inspection accuracy, large workload, etc. in the prior art.
To achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a circuit line inspection system, comprising:

As shown in fig. 1, the signal generator 11 is connected to an input end of a line to be tested in the circuit, and generates a modulation signal for detection.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the line to be tested includes a signal line formed by sequentially connecting the first functional module 2 and the second functional module 3. In actual need, the lines to be tested (including different functions and numbers) may be defined according to the components to be tested, which is not limited to this embodiment. Specifically, the signal generator 11 includes a modulation module, and in this embodiment, the modulation module receives a power signal and a modulation signal, and modulates the power signal and the modulation signal to obtain the modulation signal. In this embodiment, the line inspection system 1 of the circuit is applied to a power circuit, the power signal is used as a carrier signal, the frequency of the power signal is less than 100Hz, and the voltage is less than 400V. In practical applications, the carrier signal may be specifically set based on a specific circuit, which is not limited to this embodiment. The modulation signal is a high-frequency signal, in this embodiment, the frequency of the modulation signal is greater than 100Hz and less than 10KHz, and in actual use, the frequency of the modulation signal does not coincide with the frequency of the carrier signal and the frequency of the electromagnetic interference, which is not limited by this embodiment.
It should be noted that any circuit structure capable of implementing signal modulation is suitable for the modulation module of the present invention, and is not repeated herein.
As shown in fig. 1, the signal detector 12 is connected to the output end of the line to be tested, and is configured to receive the output signal of the line to be tested and demodulate the output signal of the line to be tested.
Specifically, the signal detector 12 includes a demodulation module, and in this embodiment, the demodulation module receives the output signal of the line to be tested, and demodulates the output signal of the line to be tested into a power signal and a demodulation signal. The output signal of the line to be tested is the output signal of the modulation signal after passing through the functional module, based on different functional modules, the output signal of the line to be tested and the modulation signal show corresponding relations, and whether the line to be tested has a fault can be judged based on the corresponding relations. In this embodiment, the modulation signal passes through the first functional module 2 and the second functional module 3 to obtain the output signal of the line to be tested.
It should be noted that any circuit structure capable of implementing signal demodulation is applicable to the demodulation module of the present invention, and is not repeated herein.
As shown in fig. 1, the first signal blocker 131 is at least disposed between the input end of the line under test and the input signal of the circuit to prevent the modulation signal from exiting the line under test.
Specifically, the first signal blocker 131 includes a dc blocking module and an ac blocking module, and is configured to block dc signals and ac signals flowing into the line to be tested and not used for testing.
Specifically, as an implementation manner of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the first signal blocker 131 is disposed at the input end of the first functional module 2, and is configured to prevent the modulation signal from running out of the line to be tested, so as to influence the working states of other lines; and simultaneously, other signals except the modulated signal are blocked from entering the first functional module 2, so that the test result is prevented from being influenced.
Specifically, as another implementation manner of the present invention, the first signal blocker 131 can be disposed in front of any module that is located in front of the first functional module 2 on the signal trace, as long as the operation of other branches is not affected.
It should be noted that the first signal blocker 131 may be disposed at any position between the input end of the line to be tested and the input signal (not shown) of the circuit as required to prevent the modulation signal from escaping from the line to be tested, and the specific position is not limited.
Example two
As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a circuit trace-checking system, which is different from the first embodiment in that the circuit trace-checking system further includes a second signal blocker 132.
As shown in fig. 2, the second signal blocker 132 is disposed between the output end of the line under test and the output signal of the circuit to prevent the modulation signal from exiting the line under test.
Specifically, as an implementation manner of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, an output end of the line to be tested (i.e. an output end of the second functional module 3) is connected to a third functional module 4, and the second signal blocker 132 is connected to an output end of the third functional module 4 to prevent the modulation signal from exiting the line to be tested and further affecting working states of other lines; and simultaneously blocking the influence of other signals at the output end of the line to be tested on the line to be tested. If a branch exists, the branch and the line to be tested are two independent wires, and the output end of the branch is connected with the output end of the third functional module 4 and then is used as the input signal of the next-stage module, then if the second signal blocker 132 is not present, the output signal of the line to be tested may enter the branch, and further the working state of the branch is affected; meanwhile, the output signal of the branch circuit influences the line to be detected, and further influences the detection result.
Specifically, as another implementation manner of the present invention, the second signal blocker 132 is connected to the output end of the second functional module 3 to prevent the modulated signal from exiting the line to be tested.
It should be noted that the second signal blocker 132 may be disposed at any position between the output end of the line to be tested and the output signal (not shown) of the circuit as required to prevent the modulation signal from escaping from the line to be tested, and the specific position is not limited.
EXAMPLE III
The present embodiment provides a circuit line inspection method, which includes:
blocking a line to be tested under the condition of power-on or power-off;
applying a modulation signal to the input end of the line to be tested;
detecting an output signal of the line to be detected, and demodulating the output signal of the line to be detected;
and judging whether the line to be detected has a fault or not based on the demodulated signal obtained after demodulation.
The method specifically comprises the following steps:
