Detailed Description
The following describes the detailed implementation of the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating and illustrating the invention, are not intended to limit the invention.
It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present invention and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other.
In the embodiments of the present invention, unless otherwise indicated, terms of orientation such as "upper, lower, top, bottom" or "upper, lower, top, bottom" are used generally with respect to the orientation shown in the drawings or with respect to the positional relationship of the various components with respect to one another in the vertical, vertical or gravitational directions.
The invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in connection with exemplary embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 12, a first exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a top-suction type range hood including a smoke collecting hood 2, a smoke collecting plate 3, and a control panel 4.
The smoke collecting cover 2 is provided with a smoke collecting cavity, the bottom of the smoke collecting cavity is provided with a smoke inlet, and cooking steam (smoke or water vapor) can sequentially pass through the smoke inlet and the smoke collecting cavity upwards to enter the smoke ventilator. The smoke collecting plate 3 can be completely covered or partially covered with the oil smoke inlet and can be turned out towards the lower front part during smoking so as to completely open the oil smoke inlet; when smoking is stopped, the smoke collecting plate 3 is turned back and upward to cover the oil smoke inlet again. In addition, the control panel 4 is hidden in the front end area of the bottom of the smoke collecting cavity, when the range hood needs to be controlled, the control panel 4 can be turned down so that the user operation interface faces to the user, and keys or a touch screen and the like can be arranged on the user operation interface; at the time of stoppage, the control panel 4 is turned up to the built-in state.
When smoking, the smoke collecting plate 3 turned downwards and forwards can collect cooking steam in the rear area, so that the steam is reduced to be scattered outwards, the steam is guided to flow into the oil smoke inlet, discomfort or scalding caused by direct-blowing of a large amount of high-temperature steam to a user is avoided, and the user can concentrate on cooking without avoiding the steam. In addition, the smoke collecting plate 3 and the control panel 4 are turned out downwards when the range hood works so as to present different appearances when the range hood is stopped, so that compared with the traditional range hood, the top-suction type range hood of the exemplary embodiment has changeable and novel appearance, is high in aesthetic feeling, meets the pursuit of partial users on the aesthetic feeling of household appliances, and is beneficial to improving the use experience.
Specifically, the control panel 4 includes built-in end faces 4a and exposed end faces 4b at both ends. The inner end surface 4a is a tip surface of the control panel 4 in the inner state, and the tip surface is embedded in the smoke collecting chamber. The exposed end surface 4b is a bottom end surface of the control panel 4 in the stored state, and is exposed and visible when the user looks up at the range hood.
Because the user operation interface has more circuit structures, the user operation interface needs to be well protected so as to avoid the failure caused by high-temperature steam, external pollutants and the like. Therefore, the user operation interface can be provided on the built-in end surface 4a, and when the range hood needs to be operated, the control panel 4 can be turned out downward and backward, ensuring that the user operation interface is directed forward, i.e., toward the user. So set up, under the shut down state, user operation interface is built-in album cigarette intracavity all the time, can avoid external pollution, and when smoking, be equivalent to drawing in cigarette board 3 and control panel 4 reverse roll out, user operation interface is because the place ahead, and self can keep away from high temperature steam, and control panel 4 plays the effect of stopping steam in addition, can avoid forming high temperature damage better.
The turning-out angles of the smoke collecting plate 3 and the control panel 4 can be set at will, so long as the user operation interface is ensured to face the user after turning-out and the smoke collecting plate 3 plays a role in collecting smoke. For example, when smoking, the smoke collecting plate 3 can be turned out to be vertical to the horizontal plane, and in order to enlarge the interception range of the smoke collecting plate 3, the maximum turning-out angle of the smoke collecting plate 3 can be set to be not less than 90 °.
The front-back distance between the control panel 4 and the smoke collecting plate 3 is not too large, otherwise, the structural compactness of the range hood is affected, the whole size of the range hood is increased, however, when the control panel 4 and the smoke collecting plate 3 are turned out, if too compact, the control panel 4 can limit the maximum turning-out angle of the smoke collecting plate 3, and the smoke collecting effect is affected. Therefore, in order to achieve both the compactness and the smoke gathering effect, a limiting inclined surface 4c may be formed on the surface of the control panel 4, and in the turned-out state of the smoke gathering plate 3 and the control panel 4, the limiting inclined surface 4c is located at the bottom end of the control panel 4 and is inclined upward and rearward, at this time, the outer side plate surface of the smoke gathering plate 3 and the limiting inclined surface 4c are parallel to each other, and more specifically, the front and rear ends of the limiting inclined surface 4c are respectively connected to the inner side end surface 4a and the exposed end surface 4b. By arranging the limiting inclined surface 4c, the turning-out action of the smoke collecting plate 3 is avoided, and the maximum turning-out angle of the smoke collecting plate 3 is enlarged, so that the smoke collecting capability is enhanced.
The control manner of the smoke collecting plate 3 and the control panel 4 is not limited in this exemplary embodiment, and may be set according to actual needs of users. For example, if the association between the flip-out actions is differentiated, the linkage control or the independent control may be adopted. If the sequence of the turning-out actions is distinguished, the smoke collecting plate 3 can be set to turn out along with the control panel 4, or the control panel 4 can be set to turn out along with the smoke collecting plate 3, or the top-suction type range hood can be set to control the control panel 4 and the smoke collecting plate 3 to turn out synchronously. And under the condition of linkage control or mutual independent control, the three different turning-out sequences can be realized.
Under the condition that the smoke collecting plate 3 and the control panel 4 are controlled independently, the top-suction type range hood can be further arranged to trigger the smoke collecting plate 3 to turn out or cover by controlling the control panel 4. Hereinafter, a top-suction type range hood having an air cleaning mode in the present exemplary embodiment will be described, and the control method can be applied to a process of switching the range hood from the air cleaning mode to a smoke filtering mode, which will be explained in detail later.
Through simplifying the control mode, the top-draft range hood can be more intelligent. For example, a gesture sensing trigger 4d may be provided in the top-suction range hood, the gesture sensing trigger 4d being in communication with a controller of the range hood. When a user makes a specific gesture in the sensing area of the gesture sensing trigger 4d, the controller receives a signal from the gesture sensing trigger 4d, so that at least the control panel 4 can be controlled to flip out. After the control panel 4 is turned out, the turning out of the smoke collecting plate 3 can be further controlled through a user operation interface. Of course, for easier control, the control panel 4 and the cigarette gathering plate 3 can be controlled to turn over completely by the gesture sensing trigger part 4 d.
Further, the gesture sensing trigger portion 4d may be disposed on the exposed end surface 4b of the control panel 4 or other conspicuous places on the surface of the range hood, so as to be more convenient for the user to operate.
While more judgment of aesthetics is based on subjective impressions, relatively compact designs tend to be less outdated and more acceptable to the general public. Therefore, if factors such as aesthetic feeling and audience range are considered, when the control panel 4 is in the concealed state and the smoke collecting plate 3 is in the covered state, the bottom surfaces of the control panel 4 and the smoke collecting plate 3 can be arranged to be vertically flush, and the high flatness can effectively improve the aesthetic property of the range hood.
During actual cooking, cooking steam can be condensed in the range hood after being sucked by the range hood and is uniformly guided into the oil collecting cup for temporary storage, and the oil collecting cup is required to be detached for cleaning due to the fixed capacity of the oil collecting cup. But to the dismouting of collection oil cup, not every user can be well known, and to the great collection oil cup of volume, the dismouting clearance degree of difficulty is not little, can produce adverse effect to user's use experience.
In order to solve the above problems, the top-suction type range hood may further include a liquid collecting container 5, a liquid discharging port 5a, and a control switch. The liquid collecting container 5 is used for collecting condensed liquid (oil or condensed water) in the range hood, so that the condensed liquid is temporarily stored in the accommodating cavity of the range hood, and the liquid collecting container 5 can be arranged at the rear end of the smoke collecting cavity, for example, in the bottom rear end area of the smoke collecting cavity. The liquid drain port 5a is formed on the outer wall of the liquid collecting container 5 and communicates with the cavity of the liquid collecting container 5, preferably, the liquid drain port 5a is formed on the bottom wall of the liquid collecting container 5, which is more beneficial to drain condensed liquid when opened. The control switch is used to manually control the opening or closing of the liquid discharge port 5a, and for example, the control switch may be a key 8 of a key-type switching valve, a valve body of which is provided in the liquid discharge port 5a and the key 8 may be provided at a conspicuous position which is convenient for the user to press. When the key 8 is pressed, the valve body opens the liquid outlet 5a, and condensate is discharged outside; when the pressing force is removed, the key 8 is automatically reset, and the valve body recloses the liquid outlet 5a.
Therefore, due to the liquid outlet 5a and the control switch, when the liquid collecting container 5 is cleaned, the condensed liquid temporarily stored can be quickly discharged outwards without detaching the liquid collecting container integrally, so that the cleaning difficulty is reduced, and the user experience is effectively improved.
In order to clean the condensed liquid discharged outside, a movable container which can be detachably installed can be additionally arranged on the top-draft range hood, a user can detach the movable container to manually receive the condensed liquid discharged from the liquid outlet 5a, then pour the condensed liquid into a water tank to finish cleaning, and the movable container can be reinstalled on the top-draft range hood after being used. For example, a housing hook may be provided on the range hood housing and a container hook may be provided on the movable container, thereby hanging the movable container on the range hood housing.
Or, the liquid outlet 5a can be communicated with the sewer pipe, when the key 8 is pressed, the valve body opens the liquid outlet 5a, condensed liquid is directly discharged to the sewer pipe through the outside of the liquid outlet 5a, and the user only needs to press the key 8 in the whole process, so that other additional operations are not needed, and the cleaning step is further simplified.
The liquid collecting container 5 can be arranged as a detachable container no matter whether the sewer pipe is connected or not, and can be detachably arranged in the top-suction type range hood. With this arrangement, the liquid collecting container 5 can be removed at a proper time for deeper cleaning.
In general, the top-suction type range hood is provided with a filter screen plate 6 covering a fume inlet, so that fume or steam is formed as condensed liquid to adhere thereto when passing therethrough, and a liquid collecting container 5 is provided so as to be able to collect the condensed liquid on the filter screen plate 6.
In order to allow the user to easily access the key 8, it is necessary to place it in a conspicuous position close to the user. For example, when the liquid collecting container 5 is disposed at the rear end of the smoke collecting chamber, the key 8 may be disposed in front of the liquid collecting container 5, for example, may be specifically disposed at the bottom of the filter screen plate 6.
Since the liquid collecting container 5 is usually not arranged under the screen plate 6 in a covering manner to ensure the normal ventilation of the screen plate 6, if the complete collection of the condensed liquid on the screen plate 6 is to be ensured, a flow guiding structure is also required to be arranged in the top-suction range hood, and the flow guiding structure is specifically arranged between the screen plate 6 and the liquid collecting container 5 and can guide the condensed liquid on the screen plate 6 into the liquid collecting container 5.
Further, the filter screen plate 6 may be configured as a folded plate, and a plurality of filter screen plate high positions and a plurality of filter screen plate low positions may be formed alternately in the lateral direction, and the flow guiding structure includes a plurality of flow guiding grooves 7 disposed directly under the plurality of filter screen plate low positions in a one-to-one correspondence. Because the filter screen plate surface between the filter screen plate high position and the filter screen plate low position is the inclined plane and a plurality of filter screen plate high positions and a plurality of filter screen plate low positions are arranged in succession along horizontal direction, condensate on the filter screen plate 6 can flow to the filter screen plate low position along this inclined plane to fall into corresponding guiding gutter 7. Normally, the liquid collecting container 5 is disposed below the filtering screen 6, so that the flow guiding groove 7 can be disposed to extend along the front-rear direction and incline downward toward the liquid collecting container 5, so that the condensed liquid in the flow guiding groove 7 can be further guided into the liquid collecting container 5, thereby realizing complete collection of the condensed liquid on the filtering screen 6 and avoiding pollution caused by dripping onto the kitchen table.
In addition, a heating element can be arranged on the smoke collecting plate 3, and in the turned-out state of the smoke collecting plate 3, the heating element can continuously heat the rear wall of the smoke collecting plate 3 so as to prevent cooking steam from condensing on the rear wall of the smoke collecting plate 3. For example, the smoke collecting plate 3 can be arranged as a hollow sandwich plate, and the heating element is arranged in the sandwich cavity of the hollow sandwich plate, so that the condensation preventing effect can be achieved, direct contact with high-temperature steam can be avoided, the service life can be prolonged, and the structure is more compact.
In order to enrich the functions of the top-suction type range hood, an air purification mode can be additionally arranged in the top-suction type range hood, namely, the top-suction type range hood can be switched between an air purification mode and a range hood mode, the air purification mode and the range hood mode belong to one of the working modes of the top-suction type range hood, and the specific working mode can be not limited to the working modes. Specifically, in the range hood mode, the smoke gathering plate 3 and the control panel 4 are flipped out. In the air purification mode, the fume collecting plate 3 does not act to cover the fume inlet, but does not completely cover the fume inlet, so that air can enter the fume exhaust fan through part of the opening of the fume inlet, and the control panel 4 is turned out. And, normally, in the stop state (i.e. the non-working mode of the top-suction type range hood), the fume collecting plate 3 partially covers the fume inlet, and the control panel 4 is hidden in the bottom front end area of the fume collecting cavity.
Therefore, the top-draft range hood respectively presents the appearance which is convenient for users to distinguish under the oil smoke suction mode, the air purification mode and the shutdown state, and has novel appearance and aesthetic feeling compared with the traditional range hood, thereby being beneficial to improving the use experience.
Further, the top-suction type range hood may further include a display screen, where the display screen may be disposed on at least one of the smoke collecting hood 2, the smoke collecting plate 3 and the control panel 4, and may display mode reminding marks that may be distinguished from each other in an air purifying mode and a smoke absorbing mode of the range hood, respectively, and the user operation interface in the control panel 4 may be displayed in the display screen or may be disposed independent of the display screen (especially when the user operation interface includes control components such as keys).
Through setting up above-mentioned structure, the mode that the user accessible observation display screen presented reminds the sign to judge the mode that current lampblack absorber was located fast, improves user's control degree and monitoring degree to the lampblack absorber. When the display screen presents the mode reminding mark, the aesthetic feeling of the range hood can be improved, and therefore user experience is improved.
Further, the display screen may cover the panel surface of the smoke collecting plate 3 and/or the control panel 4, for example, the display screen may cover only the panel surface of the smoke collecting plate 3 or only the panel surface of the control panel 4, or may cover both the panel surface of the smoke collecting plate 3 and the panel surface of the control panel 4. In addition, the mode alert identification may be distributed throughout the entire screen presentation of the display screen. So set up, the mode reminds the sign to have great presentation area, and the conspicuity is higher, more is convenient for the user observe and distinguish lampblack absorber current working pattern.
The present exemplary embodiment does not limit the specific form of the mode alert flag as long as different operation modes of the range hood can be easily distinguished. For example, the mode reminding identifier can be at least one of a pattern reminding identifier, a text reminding identifier, a lamplight reminding identifier and a color reminding identifier, such as a lamplight reminding identifier with a starry sky pattern, and the like, and the combined reminding identifiers are more beneficial to enhancing aesthetic feeling and distinguishing degree.
In addition, still can set up sound card module in the top-draft range hood, under air purification mode, this sound card module sets up to can send the sound and reminds, for example, different sound such as pronunciation are reminded, the music is reminded and is reminded the mode, and the sound is reminded and can be used alone, also can cooperate above-mentioned pattern to remind sign, characters to remind sign, light to remind sign or color to remind the sign to show jointly.
For more intellectualization, an air quality sensor and a controller can be arranged in the top-draft range hood, the air quality sensor is still electrified to keep normal operation even in a stop state, and the controller is arranged to correspondingly control the opening and closing of the air purification mode according to the sensing result of the air quality sensor. The air quality sensor comprises a formaldehyde sensor, a PM2.5 sensor, a TVOC sensor, a temperature and humidity sensor and the like, and can be arranged singly or in any combination.
In addition, when cooking is completed, the oil smoke suction mode is immediately turned off, and the air purification mode is turned on along with the turning off of the oil smoke filtering mode, so that the air in the kitchen is deeply purified, and the kitchen environment is quickly restored to a fresh and clean state.
It was mentioned above that in case the smoke gathering plate 3 and the control panel 4 are controlled independently of each other, the top suction range hood may be configured to trigger the smoke gathering plate 3 to be flipped out or folded by manipulating the control panel 4. Under this setting, when the top-suction type range hood needs to be switched from the air purification mode to the oil-smoke suction mode, the control panel 4 can be directly controlled to trigger the smoke collecting plate 3 to be turned out, so that the mode switching is realized.
Because the frequency of use of the air cleaning mode is high, the air cleaning filter element 14 in the top-draft range hood should be detachable and washable or replaceable to ensure the air cleaning effect. For example, a filter insert hole may be provided in the top wall of the smoke collecting chamber, and the air cleaning filter 14 may be detachably inserted into the filter insert hole. In order to improve the convenience of disassembly, the air purification filter element 14 can be disassembled in a spring-type manner, for example, a magnetic rebound device 15 (similar to a rebound device applied to a door cabinet) can be fixedly installed above the top wall of the cavity of the smoke collecting cavity, the shell of the air purification filter element 14 is made of a magnetic material, and when the air purification filter element 14 is installed or disassembled, the disassembly can be realized only by pressing the shell to be in contact with the magnetic rebound device 15, so that the disassembly is quite simple and quick.
According to the current European full house energy efficiency standard, the development trend of the range hood gradually transits from an external exhaust mode to an internal exhaust mode (namely, an internal circulation range hood), namely, the range hood gradually develops to exhaust indoors. Therefore, the top-suction type range hood in the present exemplary embodiment may be provided as an internal circulation type range hood and provided with an exhaust port toward indoor exhaust, thereby improving product competitiveness in order to accommodate different markets.
It should be noted that, the top-suction type range hood may be a fully concealed type range hood embedded in the cabinet 9, or may be installed in other different manners, which is not limited in this exemplary embodiment. For a fully concealed range hood, fig. 11 shows the appearance thereof in a range hood mode, fig. 12 shows the appearance thereof in an air cleaning mode, and fig. 10 shows the appearance thereof in a stopped state, when the range hood is fully concealed in the cabinet 9, and preferably, the bottom surfaces of the control panel 4 and the fume collecting plate 3 are vertically flush and not lower than the bottom end of the cabinet 9.
The casing and the fume collecting hood of the traditional range hood cannot be easily disassembled after production, so that when the traditional range hood is installed in actual household use, the large whole machine volume is required to be provided with cooperation of multiple people, but nevertheless, the traditional range hood cannot be installed in a quick positioning way all the time, so that the installation efficiency is low, and the fault tolerance rate is low. Especially, for the top-draft range hood or the installation in European and American markets, higher labor cost can be generated, and the market competitiveness of the product is not improved.
To solve the above-mentioned problems, as shown in fig. 13 to 26, a second exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides an auxiliary assembly for a top-suction type range hood (which can be used for the aforementioned top-suction type range hood) having a long plate shape and including a mounting rail 10, an end edge auxiliary positioning plate 11 and a bottom edge auxiliary positioning plate 12, the two plate surfaces of the auxiliary assembly being a side plate surface of the cooker side and a fixed side plate surface, respectively, which faces the range hood when the auxiliary assembly is fixedly mounted on the lateral side wall of the cabinet 9, and the fixed side plate surface faces the lateral inner side wall surface of the cabinet 9.
Specifically, the mounting rail 10 is arranged along the plate length direction of the sub-assembly. The bottom edge auxiliary positioning plate 12 is located below the mounting slide rail 10, but is not connected with the mounting slide rail 10, i.e. the bottom edge auxiliary positioning plate 12 can be spaced or abutted against the mounting slide rail 10, and the bottom edge auxiliary positioning plate 12 comprises a bottom edge positioning flange 12a which is flanged from the bottom edge thereof towards the fixed side plate surface. The end edge auxiliary positioning plate 11 is detachably abutted with the installation sliding rail 10 and the bottom edge auxiliary positioning plate 12 along the length direction of the plate, so that the installation sliding rail 10, the end edge auxiliary positioning plate 11 and the bottom edge auxiliary positioning plate 12 form an integral fixing structure, and when the end edge auxiliary positioning plate 11 is detached from the installation sliding rail 10, the bottom edge auxiliary positioning plate 12 can be taken away from the position below the installation sliding rail 10. The edge auxiliary positioning plate 11 is provided with an edge positioning flange 11a, and the edge positioning flange 11a is turned out from the outer edge of the edge auxiliary positioning plate 11 in the plate length direction toward the fixed side plate surface.
If the auxiliary assembly parts are needed to be used for positioning and installing the top-suction type range hood, the transverse outer end of the top-suction type range hood is provided with a sliding groove which is in sliding fit with the installation sliding rail 10.
At the time of installation, the end edge positioning flange 11a is first abutted against the front end face of the lateral side wall of the cabinet 9, and the bottom edge positioning flange 12a is abutted against the bottom end face of the lateral side wall of the cabinet 9, in order to achieve the positioning of the installation slide rail 10, and then the installation slide rail 10 is fixed to the lateral side wall of the cabinet 9 (specific examples will be described below by the fixing structure on the installation slide rail 10). Next, the sliding groove at the lateral outer end of the top-suction type range hood is aligned with the mounting sliding rail 10, so that the range hood is pushed into the range hood mounting cavity of the cabinet 9 from the front side opening of the cabinet 9, and the mounting sliding rail 10 is fixedly connected with the sliding groove after being pushed in place, so that the mounting is completed.
Through setting up auxiliary assembly spare, installer need not to measure the actual mounted position of top-draft range hood and can accurate location installation to can realize single installation, effectively reduce installer's quantity, improve installation effectiveness and reduce cost.
When the top-suction type range hood is a fully concealed range hood embedded in the cabinet 9 or the overall appearance is more concise, the end edge auxiliary positioning plate 11 and the bottom edge auxiliary positioning plate 12 can be detached after the auxiliary assembly parts are fixedly installed, namely, only the installation sliding rail 10 is left to be fixedly installed on the lateral side wall of the cabinet 9, and then the range hood is installed in the cabinet 9.
To simplify the processing and reduce the production cost, two end edge auxiliary positioning plates 11 symmetrically connected to both ends of the mounting slide rail 10 and the bottom edge auxiliary positioning plate 12 may be provided on the same auxiliary assembly. Before the auxiliary assembly is mounted on the lateral left wall of the cabinet 9, one of the end edge auxiliary positioning plates 11 of the auxiliary assembly needs to be removed and then positioned and mounted according to the above-mentioned mounting steps. It should be noted that, when only one of the end edge auxiliary positioning plates 11 is removed, the other end edge auxiliary positioning plate 11 is still fixedly connected with the mounting rail 10 and the bottom edge auxiliary positioning plate 12, so that the mounting rail 10, the non-removed end edge auxiliary positioning plate 11 and the bottom edge auxiliary positioning plate 12 remain integrally fixed. Similarly, before the auxiliary assembly is mounted on the right lateral wall of the cabinet 9, one of the end edge auxiliary positioning plates 11 of the auxiliary assembly is removed and then positioned and mounted according to the above-mentioned mounting steps. However, for two auxiliary fittings mounted on the left and right sides of the cabinet 9, respectively, the edge auxiliary positioning plates 11 attached to opposite ends of the mounting rail 10 should be removed in advance.
It can be seen that the auxiliary assembly parts having the symmetrical structure can be universally installed on the lateral left and right side walls of the cabinet 9, so that only one set of production mold is required to be configured, thereby simplifying the processing and reducing the cost.
Because the two auxiliary assembly parts on the left side and the right side need to be respectively detached in advance when the two auxiliary assembly parts are installed, the end edge auxiliary positioning plates 11 connected to the opposite ends of the installation sliding rail 10 can be arranged on the end edge auxiliary positioning plates 11 to avoid error detachment. Specifically, on the same auxiliary assembly, the mounting prompt signs on the two end edge auxiliary positioning plates 11 are distinguished from each other.
For example, the two edge auxiliary positioning plates 11 may be provided with "LEFT" and "RIGHT" marks, respectively, at this time, before the auxiliary assembly is installed on the lateral LEFT side wall of the cabinet 9, the edge auxiliary positioning plate 11 with the "RIGHT" mark is removed, the installation slide rail 10 and the edge auxiliary positioning plate 11 with the "LEFT" mark connected thereto are LEFT, and then the installation is performed according to the above-mentioned installation steps. Similarly, before installing the auxiliary assembly on the RIGHT lateral wall of the cabinet 9, the edge auxiliary positioning plate 11 with the "LEFT" sign is removed, leaving the mounting slide rail 10 and the edge auxiliary positioning plate 11 with the "RIGHT" sign connected thereto, and then positioned and installed according to the above-described installation procedure.
The end edge auxiliary positioning plate 11 and the mounting sliding rail 10 and the end edge auxiliary positioning plate 11 and the bottom edge auxiliary positioning plate 12 can be connected through the breakable weak connection parts 13, and an installer can directly grasp the end edge auxiliary positioning plate 11 by hands and break the weak connection parts 13 to detach the end edge auxiliary positioning plate. For example, referring to fig. 15, the weak connection portion 13 is a plurality of broken lines which may be arranged in the plate width direction of the auxiliary assembly, and at this time, a plurality of solid portions (i.e., the weak connection portion 13) and a plurality of hollowed portions are alternately formed between the end edge auxiliary positioning plate 11 and the mounting rail 10 and between the end edge auxiliary positioning plate 11 and the bottom edge auxiliary positioning plate 12 in this order, and the whole strength of the weak connection portion 13 is not too high due to the existence of the plurality of hollowed portions, which is not difficult to break by hand.
In a simple structure, the mounting slide rail 10 is provided with a plurality of outer connection holes 10a arranged at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the plate, and the mounting slide rail 10 can be fixedly mounted on the lateral side wall of the cabinet 9 by providing a plurality of cabinet connection holes corresponding to the plurality of outer connection holes 10a one by one on the lateral side wall of the cabinet 9 and connecting the outer connection holes 10a and the cabinet connection holes by using fasteners (such as bolts, rivets, etc.). Further, the outer connecting hole 10a may be provided with a large hole depth so that the fastener is integrally hidden in the hole after penetrating.
In addition, the auxiliary fitting may be manufactured by a variety of different processes, such as integral injection molding, integral casting, etc., and the present exemplary embodiment is not limited.
With continued reference to fig. 13-26, a third exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides an embedded mounting structure of a top-suction range hood (applicable to the aforementioned top-suction range hood), part of which is described above, including a cabinet 9, a fume collecting hood 2, and the aforementioned mounting rail 10. Wherein, cupboard 9 includes front side open-ended lampblack absorber installation cavity, and the lateral side wall of cupboard 9 is the cavity lateral side wall in lampblack absorber installation cavity, and the lateral outside wall of collection petticoat pipe 2 is formed with the collection petticoat pipe spout that extends along the fore-and-aft direction, and installation slide rail 10 is along the lateral inside wall of fore-and-aft direction ground fixed mounting on cupboard 9.
According to the above, the fume collecting hood 2 can be extended into the fume exhaust fan installation cavity from the front side opening through the sliding cooperation of the fume collecting hood sliding groove and the installation sliding rail 10, so that the top-suction fume exhaust fan is further fixed with the installation sliding rail 10, and the installation sliding rail 10 can stably support the top-suction fume exhaust fan.
Further, the embedded mounting structure may further comprise a casing 1 detachably connected to the top of the fume collecting hood 2, specifically, a detachable connection is formed between the bottom of the casing 1 and the top of the fume collecting hood 2. For example, a sliding fit connection along the front-rear direction is formed by providing mutually matched sliding grooves and sliding rail structures between the bottom of the casing 1 and the top of the fume collecting hood 2.
Based on the above structure, when the top-draft range hood is installed, the auxiliary assembly part, the fume collecting hood 2 and the shell 1 are required to be installed in sequence, so that the load of a single person during installation can be reduced, and the installation efficiency is further improved. In addition, because casing 1 and collection petticoat pipe 2 can dismantle, both can mutually independent package, compare with current complete machine packaging mode, reduced about 40% space waste, especially when transporting in batches, obviously reduce the transportation space waste, disposable transportation volume increases to greatly reduced transportation cost.
When the top-suction type range hood is a fully concealed type range hood, the bottommost end of the fume collecting hood 2 should not be lower than the bottommost end of the lateral side wall of the cabinet 9, the foremost end of the fume collecting hood 2 should be flush with the foremost end of the lateral side wall of the cabinet 9, or the foremost end of the fume collecting hood 2 should be located behind the foremost end of the lateral side wall of the cabinet 9, so that the top-suction type range hood is ensured to be fully concealed in the range hood installation cavity of the cabinet 9.
Because the installation position is not measured when the auxiliary assembly part is adopted, if the fully concealed installation is to be realized, the position condition of the installation slide rail 10 after being fixed with the range hood is considered in advance in the design process so as to meet the fully concealed installation requirement.
With continued reference to fig. 13 to 26, a fourth exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a cabinet-built-in mounting method of a top-suction type range hood (applicable to the aforementioned top-suction type range hood), the cabinet-built-in mounting method comprising:

pushing the fume collecting hood 2 of the top-draft fume exhauster into a fume exhauster mounting cavity from the front side opening of a cabinet 9, wherein the fume collecting hood 2 is mounted on a mounting sliding rail 10 through a fume collecting hood sliding groove on the transverse outer side wall; and
the shell 1 of the top-draft range hood is arranged on the top of the fume collecting hood 2.
In one embodiment, the cabinet insert mounting method further comprises: after the auxiliary fitting is fixedly installed, the end edge auxiliary positioning plate 11 and the bottom edge auxiliary positioning plate 12 are detached from the auxiliary fitting.

disassembling the redundant auxiliary positioning plate according to the installation direction;
the utility auxiliary positioning plate and the bottom edge auxiliary positioning plate 12 are pre-positioned, wherein the end edge positioning flange 11a of the utility auxiliary positioning plate is abutted against the front end face of the transverse side wall of the cabinet 9, and the bottom edge positioning flange 12a of the bottom edge auxiliary positioning plate 12 is abutted against the bottom end face of the transverse side wall of the cabinet 9.
In one embodiment, the cabinet insert mounting method further comprises: after the secondary assembly is fixedly installed, the utility and bottom edge secondary positioning plates 12 are removed from the secondary assembly.
The technical effects of the embedded cabinet installation method in the embodiment are completely described when auxiliary assembly parts are described, and are mainly reflected in that an installer can accurately position and install without measuring the actual installation position of the top-draft range hood, so that single person installation can be realized, the number of installers is effectively reduced, the installation efficiency is improved, the cost is reduced, and the rest is not repeated.
