The working principle is as follows: firstly, a worker checks whether the air compressor is complete or not, then the mounting base 1 is mounted, then the power supply is connected with the air compressor, when the air compressor works, the dust cover 7 can filter dust in the air, meanwhile, the second motor 13 rotates to enable the cleaning brush 8 to rotate, the cleaning brush 8 cleans the outer surface of the dust cover 7, and further the holes of the dust cover 7 can be ensured not to be blocked easily, the first filter screen 10 is made of activated carbon materials, the air subjected to dust removal is filtered and adsorbed by the activated carbon, the second filter screen 11 is a biological reaction layer, the reaction and neutralization efficiency of acid gas is accelerated under the irradiation of the catalytic lamp 28, so that impurities and acid harmful gas in the air can be filtered and removed, the first screw 15 and the second screw 23 synchronously rotate due to the rotation of the first motor 6, the air in the housing 5 is compressed, the compressed air is discharged from the exhaust pipe 21, the noise generated in the exhaust process can be consumed through the silencing tile 16, and the silencing tile 16 can reduce the noise generated by the excessive speed of the air outlet, the first glass fiber plate 24 and the second glass fiber plate 27 can reduce the sound wave transmission, meanwhile, the sound absorption cotton 26 and the sound insulation felt 25 can absorb and insulate noise, thereby achieving the purposes of noise reduction and sound insulation, when the air compressor vibrates during operation, the spring 19 can be pressed by the cooperation of the connecting rod 17 and the connecting plate 18, and the positive poles of the magnets 20 in each group are opposite, according to the principle that like poles of the magnets 20 repel each other, the vibration force can be absorbed and attenuated, so that the transmission of the vibration force is effectively slowed down, the working reliability of the air compressor is improved, and the noise generated by the vibration of the air compressor is reduced.

A novel horizontal opposed air compressor comprises a mounting seat (1) and is characterized in that: the top of the mounting seat (1) is connected with a supporting plate (3) through a telescopic rod (2), the top and the bottom of the mounting seat (1) are provided with a magnet (20) and a connecting rod (17), one end of the connecting rod (17) is connected with a connecting plate (18), one side of the connecting plate (18) is fixed with a spring (19), the top of the supporting plate (3) is fixed with a casing (5) through a mounting frame (4), one side of the casing (5) is provided with a first motor (6), the inside of the casing (5) is respectively provided with a first screw rod (15) and a second screw rod (23), the first screw rod (15) and the second screw rod (23) are horizontally arranged in an opposite mode, the output end of the first motor (6) is connected with the first screw rod (15), the outer surface of the first screw rod (15) is provided with a driving gear (14), the outer surface of the second screw rod (23) is provided with a driven gear, the top of the machine shell (5) is penetrated with an air inlet (9), a first filter screen (10), a catalytic lamp (28) and a second filter screen (11) are respectively arranged in the air inlet (9), a dust cover (7) is arranged at the top of the air inlet (9), a second motor (13) is fixed in the dust cover (7) through a fixing rod (12), the output end of the second motor (13) extends to the top of the dust cover (7) and is connected with a cleaning brush (8), an exhaust pipe (21) is penetrated through one side of the machine shell (5), the exhaust pipe (21) comprises a first glass fiber plate (24), one side of the first glass fiber plate (24) is provided with an acoustic insulation felt (25), one side of the acoustic insulation felt (25) is provided with acoustic cotton (26), one side of the acoustic cotton (26) is provided with a second glass fiber plate (27), and a silencing tile (16) is fixed on the inner wall of the exhaust pipe (21).
2. A novel horizontally opposed air compressor as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the magnets (20) are arranged in a plurality of groups, two of the magnets are one group, the magnets are multiple groups in all, and the positive poles of the magnets (20) in each group are opposite.
3. A novel horizontally opposed air compressor as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the front view of the cleaning brush (8) is in an inverted U shape, and the inner side of the cleaning brush (8) is in contact with the outer surface of the dust cover (7).
4. A novel horizontally opposed air compressor as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the silencing tiles (16) are provided with a plurality of groups, and the plurality of groups of the silencing tiles (16) are obliquely arranged at equal intervals.
5. A novel horizontally opposed air compressor as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the driving gear (14) is meshed with the driven gear (22), and lubricating oil is coated on the outer surfaces of the driving gear (14) and the driven gear (22).
6. A novel horizontally opposed air compressor as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the spring (19) is provided with a plurality of groups, and the spring (19) is made of spring steel.
7. A novel horizontally opposed air compressor as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the first filter screen (10) is made of an activated carbon material, and the second filter screen (11) is a biological reaction layer.

A novel horizontally opposed air compressor as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the outer surface of the machine shell (5) is provided with an operation panel (29), and the operation panel (29) is respectively electrically connected with the first motor (6), the second motor (13) and the catalytic lamp (28).
9. A novel horizontally opposed air compressor as claimed in claim 1 wherein: mounting holes are formed in the two sides of the top of the mounting seat (1) in a penetrating mode.
