Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of door tools, in particular to a multiple airtight door.
Background
A gas tight door is a door that has certain requirements on pressure. It is generally required that a certain pressure difference exists between the inside and the outside of the door and a certain pressure value is maintained for a certain time. The existing airtight door generally adopts a single airtight sealing pressing strip structure, and the structure is complex because pneumatic structures such as an air pressure valve, an air pipe and the like are required to be configured to keep the airtightness of the door body.

As a further improvement of the above technical solution, the second sealing strip is disposed on the annular recess.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the surface of the annular pressure plate is provided with a rubber sealing gasket which is abutted with the second sealing strip.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the front end of the door frame is provided with the abutting ring platform, the abutting ring platform is provided with the first sealing strip, the rear side of the door frame is provided with the annular concave platform, the back surface of the door leaf is provided with the annular pressing plate extending towards the circumferential side of the door leaf, one side of the back surface of the door leaf is provided with the plurality of hinges connected with the back surface of the door frame, the annular pressing plate can abut against the annular concave platform, the inner surface of the annular pressing plate or the surface of the annular concave platform is provided with the second sealing strip, the front surface of the door leaf can abut against the first sealing strip, so that when the door leaf is closed, a two-way sealing system is formed between the door leaf and the door frame through the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip, when the door leaf is closed, air between the door leaf and the side wall of the door frame can be extruded due to the swinging action of the door leaf, meanwhile, the combination of the door leaf and the door frame with the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip is tighter, the sealing effect is better, and the air tightness of the door can be kept under the condition that an air pressure valve is not needed.

The front end of the door frame 10 is provided with an abutting annular table, the abutting annular table is provided with a first sealing strip 40, the rear side of the door frame 10 is provided with an annular concave table 12, the back side of the door leaf 20 is provided with an annular pressing plate 21 extending towards the peripheral side of the door leaf 20, one side of the back side of the door leaf 20 is provided with a plurality of hinges 30 connected with the back side of the door frame 10, the annular pressing plate 21 can abut against the annular concave table 12, the inner surface of the annular pressing plate 21 or the surface of the annular concave table 12 is provided with a second sealing strip 50, the front side of the door leaf 20 can abut against the first sealing strip 40, so that when the door leaf 20 is closed, two sealing systems are formed between the door leaf 20 and the door frame 10 through the first sealing strip 40 and the second sealing strip 50, when the door leaf 20 is closed, air between the door leaf 20 and the side wall of the door frame 10 can be extruded due to the swinging action of the door, therefore, a negative pressure state is formed between the door leaf 20 and the side wall of the door frame 10, the door leaf 20 and the door frame 10 are combined with the first sealing strip 40 and the second sealing strip 50 more tightly, the sealing effect is better, and the air tightness of the door can be kept under the condition that an air pressure valve is not needed.
In the above-described embodiment, it is preferable that three hinges 30 are provided, two hinges are provided on the upper half of the door 20, and the remaining hinge is provided on the lower half of the door 20.
Further, it is preferable that the second sealing strip 50 is disposed on the annular recess 12 for the door leaf 20 to be opened and closed continuously.
In order to improve the air-tight fit, it is preferable that the annular pressure plate 21 is provided with a rubber packing 60 on the surface thereof, which abuts against the second weather strip 50.
In a further improvement, in the above solution, in order to better mount the first sealing strip 40 and prevent the first sealing strip 40 from deviating from the fit between the door leaf 20, preferably, the abutment collar surface is provided with a mounting groove 11, and the first sealing strip 40 is disposed in the mounting groove 11.

Further, it is preferable that a reinforcing frame layer is provided in the door 20 and the door frame 10 in consideration of impact resistance, the door 20 and the door frame 10 are both made of fireproof materials in consideration of fireproof property, and a heat insulating layer is provided in the door 20 and the door frame 10 in consideration of heat insulation property.
