Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a related part of a sewing machine, in particular to a stitch line pre-stressing device of the sewing machine.
Background
A thread pre-force providing device is provided in a general sewing machine, and the thread pre-force providing device is used to provide a proper pre-force to a thread to keep the thread in a proper tension for subsequent sewing operation, and the thread pre-force device of a general prior art sewing machine is shown in fig. 11 and comprises:
a base 70 having at least one groove 71;
a sponge 81 disposed in the groove 71;
the propping piece 82 is arranged on the sponge 81 and used for propping the sponge 81;
the top cover 83 is disposed on the supporting member 82, a threading space 84 is further formed between the top cover 83 and the supporting member 82, the threading space 84 is provided for the penetration of a knitting thread 90, one side of the top cover 83 facing the supporting member 82 is convexly provided with two convex portions 831, and the two convex portions 831 are supported on the other side of the supporting member 82 facing the sponge 81.
Therefore, when the suture line 90 passes through the threading space 84, the sponge 81 provides an upward force to the abutting member 82 to move the abutting member 82 toward the top cover 83, so as to clamp the suture line 90 in the threading space 84, thereby achieving the purpose of providing proper tension to the suture line 90.
However, the sponge 81 is easily fatigued and deteriorated after a period of time, and thus cannot provide a proper propping force, and further cannot provide a proper tension.
In addition, the two convex portions 831 of the top cover 83 easily interfere with the extension of the sewing line 90, and there is a risk of reaching the sewing line 90.
Further, if the size of the second protrusion 831 of the top cover 83 is too large, the width of the threading space 84 may be too wide to provide a sufficient tension of the stitch line 90, whereas if the size of the second protrusion 831 of the top cover 83 is too small, the protrusion 831 may be restored by a restoring force of metal, and thus a corresponding effect may not be generated.
