5. The blending apparatus of claim 2, wherein the group of base wine hoppers comprises a plurality of base wine hoppers arranged above the collection and stirring mechanism by the second fixing frame.

The blending apparatus of claim 5, wherein the wine conveying mechanism comprises a plurality of wine conveying pipelines, the inlet end of the wine conveying pipeline is connected with the base wine feed hopper, and the outlet end of the wine conveying pipeline is connected with the liquid inlet of the collecting and stirring mechanism.
7. The blending apparatus of claim 6, wherein a flow control valve is provided on the wine delivery line.
8. The wine blending device of claim 2, further comprising a lifting mechanism for lifting the first and second holders.

The wine blending device according to claim 1, wherein the two sides of the working platform are respectively provided with a support rod, a positioning rod is connected between the two support rods, and the middle part of the positioning rod is provided with a guide hole which is coaxially arranged with the liquid outlet of the collecting and stirring mechanism.
