The invention discloses a cable pay-off reel, which belongs to the field of electricians and can solve the problems that the existing cable pay-off reel is difficult to carry and cannot move after being placed on a cable reel, and particularly the cable reel is easy to deflect when being paid off on an unstable road surface for a long time, and the efficiency is low; the distances from the central axis of the rotating column to the universal wheels are equal.

The cable is usually a cable similar to a rope formed by twisting a plurality of groups of conducting wires, the cable pay-off reel is equipment for winding and unwinding the cable so as to facilitate transportation, storage and use of the cable, and most common cable winding reels are hand-operated cable pay-off reels.
The existing cable pay-off reel generally comprises a rotary column capable of rotating and a base connected with the rotary column in a rotating mode, the rotary column can be further connected with a crank, and the rotary column is used for splicing finished cables.
The inventor finds that the existing cable pay-off reel is difficult to carry, the existing cable pay-off reel cannot move after being placed on a cable reel, the cable reel is prone to shifting when being paid off on an unstable road surface for a long time, the gravity center shifting friction force of the pay-off reel is increased, and cable pay-off efficiency is low. This design is through optimizing original cable drum structure, realizes that the cable drum is portable, the adjustable function of high low level nature.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a cable pay-off reel, which can solve the problems that the existing cable pay-off reel is difficult to carry, cannot move after being placed on a cable reel, is easy to cause cable reel deviation particularly on an unstable road surface for paying off for a long time, and is low in efficiency.

the technical scheme of the invention provides a cable pay-off reel, which comprises a chassis, a rotating column, a pull rod, a plurality of universal wheels and a plurality of supporting rods, wherein the supporting rods and the universal wheels are both arranged on one end surface of the chassis; the distances from the central axis of the rotating column to the universal wheels are equal.
The universal wheel is used for ensuring the moving performance of the pay-off reel, and meanwhile, the supporting rod is used, when the supporting rod extends out relative to the chassis, the universal wheel can be suspended in the air, so that the contact between the universal wheel and the ground or other working surfaces is relieved, the chassis does not depend on the universal wheel to roll, the chassis can be completely supported by the supporting rod, and the chassis can be stably placed on the ground or other working surfaces.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) according to the pay-off reel, the universal wheels are used for guaranteeing the moving performance of the pay-off reel, meanwhile, the supporting rods are used, when the supporting rods extend out relative to the chassis, the universal wheels can be suspended in the air, so that the contact between the universal wheels and the ground or other working surfaces is eliminated, the chassis does not depend on the universal wheels to roll, the chassis can be completely supported by the supporting rods, and the chassis can be stably placed on the ground or other working surfaces.
2) According to the invention, the drawing type pull rod connected with the chassis in a sliding manner is used, so that the space is saved, and the moving speed of the pay-off reel is increased conveniently during moving.
3) The invention has simple structure and convenient processing, and is suitable for large-scale popularization and use.

In a typical embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment discloses a cable drum, which includes a chassis 2, a rotating column, a pull rod 4, a plurality of universal wheels 1 and a plurality of support rods 3, wherein the support rods 3 and the universal wheels 1 are both mounted on one end surface of the chassis 2, the support rods 3 can extend and retract relative to the chassis 2, the rotating column is mounted on the other end surface of the chassis 2, the pull rod 4 is slidably connected to the chassis 2, and the pull rod 4 can slide relative to the chassis 2 in a radial direction; the distances from the central axis of the rotating column to the universal wheels 1 are equal.
More specifically, the application scenario of this embodiment is when unwrapping wire or receipts line, requires that the drawing drum remains motionless, and when unwrapping wire or receipts line finish the back, requires the drawing drum to remove again, therefore, in this embodiment, the universal wheel 1 that uses guarantees the mobility ability of drawing drum, simultaneously, still uses bracing piece 3, at bracing piece 3 for when stretching out of chassis 2, can make universal wheel 1 is unsettled to remove the contact between universal wheel 1 and ground or other working faces, chassis 2 no longer relies on universal wheel 1 to roll, chassis 2 can be supported by bracing piece 3 completely, and then chassis 2 can be stable place in ground or other working faces.

At least one section of the surface of the support rod 3 is provided with threads, and the support rod 3 is connected with the chassis 2 in a threaded manner. It can be understood that, a section of the supporting rod 3 with threads is a threaded section, a section at the lower end of the threaded section is named as a lower section of the supporting rod 3, and a section at the upper end of the threaded section is named as an upper section of the supporting rod 3, so that the sum of the lengths of the threaded section and the lower section of the supporting rod 3 is greater than the height of the universal wheel 1 in order to ensure that the supporting rod 3 can support the chassis 2.
In order to adjust the height, the screw threads on the support rods 3 have the same screwing direction, so that the telescopic directions of the support rods 3 are the same when the support rods 3 are rotated in one direction at the same time.
In another embodiment, the support rod 3 is a screw rod, and the overall length of the support rod 3 is greater than the height of the universal wheel 1.
In another embodiment, the support rod 3 only has a threaded section and a lower section of the support rod 3, and the overall length of the support rod 3 is greater than the height of the universal wheel 1.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 1, the support rod 3 is located outside the universal wheel, so as to better support the universal wheel 1, and the increased stability of the support rod 3 when supporting the pay-off reel is increased.
The pull rod 4 comprises a first rod piece for holding and a second rod piece for connecting the chassis 2, and the first rod piece is connected with the second rod piece; it is understood that the first rod may be vertically connected to the second rod to facilitate a user's grip of the first rod.
In another embodiment, the second rod member includes two, and both of the two second rod members are perpendicularly connected to the first rod member.
At least one section of the second rod piece has a smooth surface, and the second rod piece is inserted into the chassis 2. The tail end of the second rod part is provided with an expanded part, or a blocking part connected with the tail end of the second rod part; the chassis 2 is provided with a hole for inserting the second rod piece; the chassis 2 also has a cavity therein sufficient to accommodate the reciprocal movement of the bulb or barrier.
In this embodiment, the first rod and the second rod are round rods and have the same diameter, and the enlarged portion or the blocking member is spherical and has a diameter larger than that of the second rod.
In this embodiment, the opening is a circular hole, and the cavity is a cylindrical cavity.
The opening is in clearance fit with the second rod piece main body; the projection size of the swelling part or the blocking part on the vertical plane is larger than that of the opening hole on the vertical plane; it is understood that the size herein means the maximum size of the projected pattern.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment, the pull rod 4 is used for facilitating the manual pulling transfer of the cable drum.
In this embodiment, the chassis 2 is disk-shaped.
In a further embodiment, the chassis 2 is a hollow structure.
The rotary post is vertically connected to the chassis 2.
The sliding connection, for example, the shaft hole is matched, or the sliding rail is matched with the sliding block, or the groove is matched with the sliding block, and the like, can be selected according to actual needs.
The chassis 2 and the rotating column in the invention can be integrally formed, or can be combined and connected together, and preferably are combined and connected.
It should be understood that, assuming that the main structure of the chassis 2 is a disk shape, the centripetal side is the inner side, and the centrifugal side is the outer side, based on the basic orientation, the inner and outer sides in the present invention are accurately defined.
It should be understood that the pivot post and chassis 2 are of the up and down configuration and are used as the up and down orientation reference frame in the present invention.

A cable pay-off reel is characterized by comprising a chassis, a rotating column, a pull rod, a plurality of universal wheels and a plurality of supporting rods, wherein the supporting rods and the universal wheels are both arranged on one end face of the chassis; the distances from the central axis of the rotating column to the universal wheels are equal.
2. The cable drum of claim 1, wherein the length of the support rod is greater than the height of the caster wheel.
3. A cable drum according to claim 1 or 2 wherein at least one section of the support rod is threaded and the support rod is threaded onto the base plate.
4. A cable drum according to claim 1, 2 or 3 wherein the support rod is a threaded rod.
5. The cable drum as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pull rod comprises a first rod for holding and a second rod for connecting to the chassis, the first rod being connected to the second rod.
6. The cable drum of claim 5, wherein at least a section of the second bar member has a smooth surface, and the second bar member is inserted into the chassis.
7. The cable drum as claimed in claim 5, wherein the end of said second rod member has a flared portion or a stop member to which the end of said second rod member is connected; the chassis is provided with a hole for inserting the second rod piece.
8. The cable drum of claim 7, wherein said opening is a clearance fit with said second rod body; the projection size of the bulge part or the blocking part on the vertical plane is larger than that of the opening hole on the vertical plane.
9. The cable drum as set forth in claim 1, wherein said bottom disc is disc-shaped.
10. The cable drum of claim 1, wherein the rotating post is vertically attached to the chassis.
