Abstract
本发明涉及用于沥青外包装的一种新型可溶沥青包装袋,特征在于形状是长方形,结构包括:纤维布、防渗层、上下缝合线、系带抽绳、钢丝、固定帽。在纤维布上涂盖封闭式聚氨酯涂料,其下端缝合,上端开口,有抽绳,钢丝,及固定钢丝的固定帽。本发明在沥青从生产单位运输至拌合站时,在不影响沥青性能的情况下是可以直接使用的,可以直接与沥青混溶。若对沥青进行检测,此发明与沥青易于剥离,操作方便。本发明制作简单、使用便捷、运输方便的优点,具有不易渗漏、不易断裂的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于道路材料包装技术领域,具体是一种新型可溶沥青包装袋及制备方法
背景技术
目前市面上沥青包装一般用桶装,或者牛皮纸装。桶装占地面积大,运输不便,造成场地资源浪费,并且旧桶没有回收价值,浪费成本。桶装沥青使用时需要再次融化,再脱桶,施工程序繁琐,势必会造成资源浪费。早期使用多层牛皮纸,而牛皮纸与沥青难剥离,在运输过程中易出现裂缝,发生渗漏。近几年研究者相继提出了沥青包装袋的发明。例如,吕波利用聚乙烯材料发明的一次性沥青包装袋减少工人的劳动强度;宋有盛,宋涛发明了能够回收利用的沥青包装袋,降低运输成本。然而,国内外能将沥青包装袋制作的即可利用又能防渗的还有待发明,因此研发一种可用的沥青包装袋尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明目的是克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种可用的沥青包装袋及制备方法,能减少工人的劳动时间,提高工作效率。
本发明所述的是用于沥青外包装的一种可用包装袋,特征在于形状是长方形,结构包括:纤维布、防渗层、上下缝合线、系带抽绳、钢丝、固定帽。在纤维布上涂盖封闭式聚氨酯涂料,其下端缝合,上端开口,有抽绳,钢丝,及固定钢丝的固定帽。
所述的新型可溶沥青包装外层是用纤维布,内层是防渗层,在袋体的上下设缝合线,在上缝合线上1cm处设有系带抽绳,与抽绳上方相邻处设有一圈钢丝,在钢丝两端分别有一个固定帽。
所述的新型可溶沥青包装纤维布是采用玄武岩纤维材料,防渗层采用封闭式聚氨酯涂料,缝合线、系带抽绳均采用玄武岩纤维制作,钢丝直径为3mm。
所述的新型可溶沥青包装纤维布形状为长方形。
所述的新型可溶沥青包装纤维布的长为1-1.2m,高为1.2-1.5m,涂料的厚度为2-3mm。
所述的新型可溶沥青包装纤维布采用的是编织方式为一层经纱与一层纬纱重叠在一起的。
本发明所述的一种新型可溶沥青包装的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备玄武岩纤维布,裁剪成长为1-1.2m,高为1.2-1.5m;
(2)在纤维布内侧涂盖2-3mm的防渗层涂料,因包装袋是长方形的袋体,采用长方形制作的,在包装袋的一侧会缝合线,在此缝合线处多涂盖1mm的防渗涂料;
(3)所述的纤维布侧边缝合完后,包装袋成一个椭圆柱体,再呈椭圆柱体的纤维布下端设置缝合线;
(4)在呈椭圆柱体的纤维布上端5-8cm处留有缝合线的位置;
(5)在所述(4)的缝合线处向上1cm处设有系带抽绳,与抽绳上方相邻处设有一圈钢丝,钢丝的作用是将包装的开口处撑开,易把沥青倒入,并且钢丝是可以抽出的,可循环利用;
(6)在包装袋的两侧,与钢丝同高度处,分别有一个固定帽,固定帽采用薄钢片制作。
本发明目的是解决目前沥青包装袋存在的缺陷问题,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)涂料固化后不会与沥青产生吸附力,易于与沥青剥离。
(2)具备一定的强度和延展性。
(3)不影响沥青性能的情况下是可以直接使用的,高温下能够与沥青混溶。
(4)减轻工人的劳动时间。

具体实施方式
具体实施结合附图做进一步说明。
1.新型可溶沥青包装,其特征在于外层是用纤维布(1),内层是防渗层(2),在袋体的上下端部分别设有缝合线(3)、(4),在上缝合线(3)上1cm处设有系带抽绳(5),与抽绳(5)上方相邻处设有一圈钢丝(7),在钢丝两端分别有一个固定帽(6)。
2.新型可溶沥青包装,其特征在于纤维布(1)是采用玄武岩纤维材料,防渗层(2)采用封闭式聚氨酯涂料,缝合线(3)(4)、系带抽绳(5)均采用玄武岩纤维制作,钢丝(7)直径为3mm,固定帽(6)采用钢片制作,大小根据钢丝(7)直径来确定。
3.新型可溶沥青包装,其特征在于纤维布(1)形状为长方形。
4.新型可溶沥青包装,其特征在于纤维布(1)的长为1-1.2m,高为1.2-1.5m,涂料的厚度为2-3mm。
5.新型可溶沥青包装,其特征在于纤维布(1)采用的是编织方式为一层经纱与一层纬纱重叠在一起的。
6.新型可溶沥青包装制作方式,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)准备玄武岩纤维布,裁剪成长为1-1.2m,高为1.2-1.5m;
(2)在纤维布内侧涂盖2-3mm的防渗层涂料,因包装袋是长方形的袋体,在包装袋的一侧会缝合线,在此缝合线处多涂盖1mm的防渗涂料;
(3)所述的纤维布侧边缝合完后,包装袋成一个椭圆柱体,再呈椭圆柱体的纤维布下端设置缝合线;
(4)在呈椭圆柱体的纤维布上端5-8cm处留有缝合线的位置;
(5)在所述(4)的缝合线处向上1cm处设有系带抽绳,与抽绳上方相邻处设有一圈钢丝,钢丝的作用是将包装的开口处撑开,易把沥青倒入,并且钢丝是可以抽出的,可循环利用;
(6)在包装袋的两侧,与钢丝同高度处,分别有一个固定帽,固定帽采用薄钢片制作。
7.新型可溶沥青包装,其特征在于在上端封口处的钢丝(7)和固定帽(6)可以取下,多次利用。
8.使用过程:
使用前期,包装袋的下端是缝合的,包装前,先将钢丝固定在固定帽中,可将包装袋的上端撑开,沥青生产单位将生产的沥青从上端倒入,由钢丝的支撑作用,避免沥青的倾撒,易倒入包装袋内。在进行上端的缝合,缝合完成后将钢丝取出,固定帽取下,可循环利用。再将系带抽绳系紧,进行二次密封,沥青的包装完成。长方形袋体方便存储,方便运输。使用后期,沥青运送至拌合场后,可根据需要是否直接将包装袋与沥青混溶,不在需要倾倒沥青。
Claims (7)
1.新型可溶沥青包装,其特征在于外层是用纤维布,内层是防渗层,在袋体的上下设缝合线,在上缝合线上1cm处设有系带抽绳,与抽绳上方相邻处设有一圈钢丝,在钢丝两端分别有一个固定帽。
2.如权利要求1所述,新型可溶沥青包装,其特征在于纤维布是采用玄武岩纤维材料,防渗层采用封闭式聚氨酯涂料,缝合线、系带抽绳均采用玄武岩纤维制作,钢丝直径为3mm。
3.如权利要求1所述,新型可溶沥青包装,其特征在于纤维布形状为长方形。
4.如权利要求3所述,新型可溶沥青包装,其特征在于纤维布的长为1-1.2m,高为1.2-1.5m,涂料的厚度为2-3mm。
5.如权利要求3所述,新型可溶沥青包装,其特征在于纤维布编织方式由一层经纱与一层纬纱重叠在一起。
6.如权利要求3所述,新型可溶沥青包装,其特征在于在上端封口处的钢丝和固定帽可以取下,多次利用。
7.如权利要求1-5所述,新型可溶沥青包装制作方式,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)准备玄武岩纤维布,
(2)在纤维布上涂盖防渗层涂料,
(3)在纤维布下端设置缝合线,
(4)在纤维布上端留有缝合线的位置,
(5)在上缝合线上向1cm处设有系带抽绳,
(6)与抽绳上方相邻处设有一圈钢丝,
(7)在钢丝两端分别设置一个固定帽,使用时,将钢丝按放到固定帽内。
