本发明涉及一种耐压型瓦楞纸箱，包括箱体和纸板，箱体由纸板折叠而成，箱体内设有空腔，纸板包括内板层、外板层、瓦楞纸芯层以及加强层，瓦楞纸芯层呈折弯状并构成折弯纹路，瓦楞纸芯层分别粘接于内板层两侧，两侧瓦楞纸芯层内的折弯纹路相互交错，外板层粘接于瓦楞纸芯层背向内板层的一侧，加强层粘接于外板层背向瓦楞纸芯层的一侧，加强层内设有隔片，隔片为多个并相互垂直，空腔内设有第一加强板，第一加强板粘接于相邻纸板间的连接处。本发明具有以下优点和效果：能够增强瓦楞纸箱的耐压性能，防止变形。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸箱技术领域，具体涉及一种耐压型瓦楞纸箱。
背景技术
瓦楞纸是由挂面纸和通过瓦楞辊加工而形成的波形的瓦楞纸粘合而成的板状物，相对环保且硬度较高，通过瓦楞纸折叠而成的瓦楞纸箱相较于普通的纸箱具备更高的硬度，已被广泛应用于物品外包装行业中。
虽然瓦楞纸箱具有较高的硬度，但在运输以及使用的过程中，瓦楞纸箱还是会因为受到外力的挤压而产生形变，严重时会导致瓦楞纸箱内运输的物件受到损坏。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种耐压型瓦楞纸箱，能够增强瓦楞纸箱的耐压性能，防止变形。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供了如下技术方案：一种耐压型瓦楞纸箱，包括箱体和纸板，所述的箱体由纸板折叠而成，所述的箱体内设有空腔，其特征在于：所述的纸板包括内板层、外板层、瓦楞纸芯层以及加强层，所述的瓦楞纸芯层呈折弯状并构成折弯纹路，所述的瓦楞纸芯层分别粘接于内板层两侧，所述的两侧瓦楞纸芯层内的折弯纹路相互交错，所述的外板层粘接于瓦楞纸芯层背向内板层的一侧，所述的加强层粘接于外板层背向瓦楞纸芯层的一侧，所述的加强层内设有隔片，所述的隔片为多个并相互垂直，所述的空腔内设有第一加强板，所述的第一加强板粘接于相邻纸板间的连接处。
本发明进一步设置为：所述的折弯纹路上设有加强筋条，所述的加强筋条为多个并间隔粘贴于折弯纹路。
本发明进一步设置为：还包括第二加强板，所述的第二加强板位于相邻纸板的连接处并分别与相邻隔板相抵构成限位配合，所述的第二加强板呈直角三角形状，所述的第二加强板的直角边向外凸出作为安装部，所述的纸板上设有安装槽，所述的安装部形状与安装槽形状相适配。
本发明进一步设置为：所述的纸板上设有封边，所述的封边粘贴于纸板四周侧壁。
本发明进一步设置为：所述的纸板上设有通孔，所述的通孔为多个并间隔设置，所述的通孔贯穿纸板与空腔联通。
本发明进一步设置为：所述的纸板上设有腰型孔，所述的腰型孔贯穿纸板并与空腔联通。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果在于：
1、由于纸板由内板层、外板层、瓦楞纸芯层以及加强层组成，使得纸板整体厚度加厚，提高了纸板的耐压性能，所以有效解决了现有瓦楞纸箱在受外力挤压时容易产生形变的问题，进而提高了纸板整体的强度，使得折叠成的瓦楞纸箱耐压性能更高。
2、由于箱体内设有第一加强板，当箱体顶部受到挤压时能对箱体顶部进行支撑，所以有效解决了现有瓦楞纸箱在受外力挤压时容易产生形变的问题，进而防止瓦楞纸箱被压塌，提高了耐压性能。

具体实施方式
如图1至图5所示，本发明公开了一种耐压型瓦楞纸箱，包括箱体1和纸板2，箱体1由纸板2折叠而成，箱体1内设有空腔3，纸板2包括内板层4、外板层5、瓦楞纸芯层6以及加强层7，瓦楞纸芯层6呈折弯状并构成折弯纹路61，瓦楞纸芯层6分别粘接于内板层4两侧，两侧瓦楞纸芯层6内的折弯纹路61相互交错，外板层5粘接于瓦楞纸芯层6背向内板层4的一侧，加强层7粘接于外板层5背向瓦楞纸芯层6的一侧，加强层7内设有隔片71，隔片71为多个并相互垂直，空腔3内设有第一加强板31，第一加强板31粘接于相邻纸板2间的连接处。
通过采用上述技术方案，纸板2依次由加强层7、外板层5、瓦楞纸芯层6、内板层4、瓦楞纸芯层6、外板层5、加强层7粘接而成，大大提高了纸板2整体的厚度，从而提高了由该纸板2折叠而成的瓦楞纸箱的抗压强度，瓦楞纸芯层6呈折弯状并构成折弯纹路61且两侧瓦楞纸芯层6内的折弯纹路61相互交错呈90°，该折弯纹路61在纸板2受到挤压时能更全面的对纸板2进行支撑，防止形变，并且该折弯纹路61截面为依次相连的三角形，利用三角形结构的稳定性，在受力时不易发生形变，能进一步提高纸板2的抗压强度，加强层7内设有隔片71，该隔片71为多个并相互垂直，当纸板2受压时，能够对纸板2进行支撑防止产生形变，从而提高了纸板2的抗压强度，使折叠而成的瓦楞纸箱强度更高，空腔3内底部的第一加强板31，当箱体1顶部受到挤压时能对箱体1顶部进行支撑，从而防止瓦楞纸箱被压塌，提高了抗压性能。
折弯纹路61上设有加强筋条62，加强筋条62为多个并间隔粘贴于折弯纹路61。
通过采用上述技术方案，当纸板2受压时加强筋条62能够对纸板2进行支撑，能够先吸收部分加压于折弯纹路61上的外力，防止折弯纹路61损坏，从而提高了纸板2整体的抗压强度。
还包括第二加强板8，第二加强板8位于相邻纸板2的连接处并分别与相邻隔板相抵构成限位配合，第二加强板8呈直角三角形状，第二加强板8的直角边向外凸出作为安装部81，纸板2上设有安装槽9，安装部81形状与安装槽9形状相适配。
通过采用上述技术方案，当箱体1受力时，第二加强板8能够对相邻纸板2进行支撑，防止产生形变，利用直角三角形状的稳定性，能防止第二加强板8在进行支撑时损坏，从而进一步提高箱体1的抗压性能，且纸板2上的安装槽9与第二加强板8的安装部81形状相适配，从而便于第二加强版在相邻纸板2上的拆装，当箱体1内未装满物品时，由于箱体1内呈空心结构，因此通过在位于空心处的相邻纸板2之间装入第二加强板8能提高箱体1整体的抗压性能，当箱体1内需装满物品时，可将第二加强板8拆除，从而不影响物品装入箱体1内，进而使得第二加强板8的使用更加灵活，提高适用范围。
纸板2上设有封边10，封边10粘贴于纸板2四周侧壁。
通过采用上述技术方案，封边10粘贴于纸板2四周侧壁，从而能够防止纸板2内部结构之间裸露在外，使得由该纸板2折叠成的瓦楞纸箱更加美观。
纸板2上设有通孔11，通孔11为多个并间隔设置，通孔11贯穿纸板2与空腔3联通。
通过采用上述技术方案，通孔11贯穿纸板2与空腔3联通，当箱体1处于潮湿环境时，该通孔11能使箱体1内与外界进行空气交互产生空气循环，从而能防止箱体1变潮湿。
纸板2上设有腰型孔12，腰型孔12贯穿纸板2并与空腔3联通。
通过采用上述技术方案，腰型孔12贯穿纸板2并与空腔3联通，在手动搬运箱体1时，双手能够伸入腰型孔12产生着力点，便于箱体1的搬运。
