Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water pollution treatment, in particular to an autonomous navigation solar nano aeration unmanned boat.
Background
China is a country with serious shortage of water resources, and the problem of water environment is very outstanding, such as the serious phenomena that COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), Oxygen deficiency in water, water eutrophication and the like exist in large-area water bodies (riverways and lakes), aerobic microorganisms cannot decompose organic matters in the water bodies, anaerobic fermentation is caused, black and odorous water bodies are formed for a long time, and the like. In order to realize the treatment of the polluted water body with low cost, meet the requirements of sustainable development of human society and realize the harmonious development of human and nature, the research and practice of polluted water body restoration become the current hotspot problem. At present, for the increasingly serious problem of river and lake pollution, water body aeration is widely adopted as a river and lake pollution treatment technology with low investment and quick effect.
In the prior art, an aeration device used in the field of water quality improvement and treatment is a blast aeration device, which consists of a pressurizing device, a diffusion device and a pipeline system, wherein the pressurizing device generally adopts a rotary blower and also adopts a centrifugal blower. The diffusion device generally has: small bubble diffusing means such as a diffusion plate, a diffusion tube, a diffusion disk, or the like; medium bubble diffusing means, such as perforated tubes; large bubble diffusion devices such as standpipe aeration and the like. The common defects of the aeration device are as follows: complex pipeline, low oxygen utilization rate (generally below 10%), long maintenance time, high maintenance cost and the like. Also, there is a technical scheme for improving the aeration equipment in the prior art, for example, chinese patent with patent application No. cn201320759235.x discloses a nano aeration equipment, which comprises an equipment support, a buoy, an electric cabinet, an air pump, a nano aeration pipe, and a nano aeration disc, and has a high oxygen utilization rate, and a good effect of adding dissolved oxygen to a water body. However, the above schemes are all fixedly arranged, the coverage area is limited, and researches show that the aeration effect is optimal when the aerator is 50-60cm below the water surface, so that the treatment efficiency is difficult to further improve by a fixed mode; in addition, because the aerator runs in sewage for a long time, the amount of microorganisms in the sewage is large, the microorganisms are easy to attach to the surface of the aerator, and cell metabolites secreted in the microbial metabolism process can cause corrosion, scaling and oxidation of the pipe wall, particularly block micropores of the aeration membrane, influence the aeration effect and oxygenation efficiency, and influence the service life of the aeration membrane.
In view of this, a nano-aeration unmanned boat is developed, which realizes the movable and floating arrangement of an aeration system, greatly improves the coverage area, ensures the distance between the aeration system and the water level, keeps the optimal range of the working effect, avoids the blockage of aeration holes caused by the long-term survival and propagation of microorganisms from influencing the aeration effect and the oxygenation efficiency, avoids frequent maintenance, and prolongs the service life.
