Background
Electric hair clippers are common tools for hair cutting, hairdressing, and trimming hair for animals. The blade of the electric hair clipper generally comprises a fixed blade and a movable blade, and the movable blade is driven by a power source to cut relative to the fixed blade in a reciprocating manner. When the electric hair clipper is used for high-speed shearing, a large amount of heat is generated due to the contact friction of the two blades, and the tool bit of all the electric hair clippers has the defect of serious heating.
The existing problem of generating heat is that a small fan is added between two blades and an electric hair cutter main body to reduce the temperature, but the electric hair cutter structure is complex, the cost is increased, the reliability is reduced, and the cooling effect is very limited. And the other method is to carry out oil dripping cooling lubrication on the cutter head so as to lubricate the contact surface of the fixed blade and the movable blade, thereby solving the problems of heating and overlarge resistance of the cutter head. However, the lubricating oil is volatilized quickly in the sliding process of the blade, the retention time is extremely short, and secondary lubrication is needed quickly.
