The stainless steel cutting and grinding device of claim 1, wherein: the polishing structure comprises a disc (34), a polishing disc (36), a plurality of elastic rods (37) and a plurality of springs (35), the disc (34) and the bottom end of a polishing shaft (29) are fixedly mounted, a plurality of elastic grooves are formed in the bottom of the disc (34), the elastic rods (37) are respectively connected with the elastic grooves in a sliding mode, the elastic rods (37) are fixedly connected with the polishing disc (36), and the springs (35) are respectively arranged in the elastic grooves.

The stainless steel cutting and grinding device of claim 1, wherein: one end of the linkage shaft (32) is fixedly provided with a second bevel gear (31), the top end of the grinding shaft (29) is fixedly provided with a first bevel gear (30), and the first bevel gear (30) is meshed with the second bevel gear (31).
