As shown in fig. 1, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a hydraulic support leg 26 is fixedly installed on one side of the bottom surface of the grinding chamber 1 away from the discharge port 102, and a support seat 27 is arranged between the hydraulic support leg 26 and the discharge port 102; the bottom surface of the grinding cavity 1 is rotatably connected with the supporting seat 27; when collecting the water treatment agent material after grinding, the height of the hydraulic supporting legs 26 is raised, so that the grinding cavity 1 is driven to rotate around the supporting seat 27, the height of one side of the discharge port 102 is lower than that of the other side, and the water treatment agent material after grinding is convenient to collect.
