The invention discloses a method and a device for premixing thick slurry and dry powder.A dry powder in a powder hopper is stirred by a forward-inclined pusher dog and falls to a plane orifice plate below the powder hopper through a plane screen; after the thick slurry with pressure enters the material cavity through the thick slurry feeding pipe, a thick slurry strip is formed by extending out of a slurry outlet of the plane orifice plate; the dry powder scattered and falling through the plane screen is coated on the surface of the thick slurry strip, the thick slurry strip is scraped by the rotary scraping claw wheel which is attached to the plane pore plate and is thrown out towards the periphery, and the thick slurry particles with the dry powder adhered to the surface finally fall into a collecting hopper to be collected and discharged, so that the premixing of the dry powder and the thick slurry is completed. Because the dry powder is a loose particle system and the thick slurry is a sol or a more complex solid-gel-liquid mixing system, the dispersibility and the flowability of the two materials are different greatly, when the two materials cannot be mixed by the measures of thick slurry dilution atomization, dry powder size mixing atomization or dry powder airflow atomization and the like, the mixing of the two materials is generally completed by the actions of repeated shearing dislocation, extension dispersion and the like during stirring or kneading operation, the mixing uniformity is not easy to ensure, the time-consuming long-acting rate is low, and the original texture and physical properties of the thick slurry are often damaged by long-time and repeated shearing and extension actions, so that the normal operation of the subsequent process is influenced. If proper premixing measures can be configured for stirring and kneading, preliminary and macroscopic uniformity in proportion and spatial distribution of components of dry powder and thick slurry can be ensured before shearing, dislocation and extension dispersion are carried out, so that the damage to material texture characteristics is reduced, and the microscopic uniformity and the production efficiency of mixed materials are improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problems and defects in the prior art, the present invention aims to provide a method for premixing thick slurry and dry powder, which uniformly spreads and adheres the dry powder on the surface of thick slurry soft particles, rapidly cuts the dry powder into particles, and throws out the particles to coat the thick slurry particles with the dry powder, and performs intermittent continuous (batch) premixing of two materials, namely the thick slurry and the dry powder. Compared with the prior art, the method and the device for mixing and granulating the thick slurry and the dry powder have the beneficial effects that:
1) the powder is coated on the surface of the thick slurry particles with larger specific surface area, so that the uniform mixing of the powder and the thick slurry can be realized;
2) no dust is generated;
3) the mixing ratio of the powder and the thick slurry is adjustable;
4) when the requirement on the mixing uniformity is not high, the requirement on the mixing uniformity can be met; when the requirement on the mixing uniformity is higher, the pre-mixing can be used as the early-stage pre-mixing of kneading operation, so that the mixing uniformity and the mixing efficiency are improved.

Example 1

The falling amount of the dry powder can be regulated and controlled by the aperture of the screen mesh of the plane screen 7, the density of the screen mesh, the number of the forward-inclined pusher dogs 8 and the rotating speed.
The size of the concentrated slurry particles can be regulated and controlled by the aperture of the slurry outlet 13 of the plane orifice plate 12, the feeding pressure of the concentrated slurry, the number of claws of the backward tilting pusher dog 9 and the rotating speed.
When the particle size of the dry powder is less than or equal to the aperture of the plane screen 7 and the slurry outlet 13 adopts small aperture, dense arrangement and short thick slurry particles, the premixing uniformity is favorably improved.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a device for premixing thick slurry and dry powder comprises a powder hopper 1, a granulation nozzle 5 and a collection hopper 6, wherein the bottom edge of the powder hopper 1 is connected with the upper end of a connecting disc of the granulation nozzle 5, the lower end of the connecting disc of the granulation nozzle 5 is connected with the upper end of the collection hopper 6, the powder hopper 1 is in the shape of two bellmouthes, and a plane screen 7 with holes is arranged at the middle thin waist part; the granulation nozzle 5 consists of a material cavity 10, a thick slurry feeding pipe 11, a circular plane pore plate 12 and a connecting disc, wherein the material cavity 10 is connected with the connecting disc through a plurality of connecting rods, the center of the lower part of the material cavity is communicated with one end of the thick slurry feeding pipe 11, and the circular plane pore plate 12 is arranged at the upper part of the material cavity; the upper edge of the plane screen 7 is provided with a material distribution claw wheel 3, and the upper edge of the plane pore plate 12 is provided with a material scraping claw wheel 4; a rotating shaft 2 is arranged in the center of the powder hopper 1, one end of the rotating shaft 2 sequentially penetrates through a fixing frame at the upper end of the powder hopper 1, a cloth claw wheel 3 and a plane screen 7 to be connected with a scraping claw wheel 4, and the other end of the rotating shaft is connected with a motor; the other end of the thick slurry feeding pipe 11 is connected with a high-pressure pump; a plurality of forward-inclined pusher dogs 8 which are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction are arranged on the distributing dog wheel 3, and the forward-inclined design of the pusher dogs is beneficial to preventing the powder from being thrown to the periphery to cause a hollow phenomenon; the scraper wheel 4 is provided with a plurality of backward tilting pusher dogs 9 which are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction, the backward tilting design of the backward tilting pusher dogs 9 is beneficial to throwing the materials to the periphery to avoid the material congestion phenomenon, and the plane pore plate 12 is provided with a plurality of slurry outlets 13.
The forward-inclined pusher dogs 8 and the backward-inclined pusher dogs 9 are the same in number.
The bottom surface of the material distributing claw wheel 3 is attached to the plane screen 7, and the bottom surface of the material scraping claw wheel 4 is attached to the plane orifice plate 12.
The lower part of the free end of the backward tilting pusher dog 9 is shaped like an axe and is arranged in a concave channel formed by the mutual connection of the material cavity 10, the connecting rod and the connecting disc, which is beneficial to scraping off thick pulp strips on a plane orifice plate and throwing away the thick pulp strips at one time, and avoids the generation of the material congestion phenomenon. The concave canal is divided by tie rods into a number of equal discharge openings 14.
