Description

Neck protecting ring
Technical Field
The invention relates to a neck guard ring.
Background
The neck protecting ring is used for fixing the injured cervical vertebra to reduce the burden of the neck and avoid secondary injury during movement. In order to adapt the neck guard to the neck of different users, the chin rest of the neck guard can usually swing relative to the neck sleeve to meet the requirements of different users.
The chin rest of conventional cervical collars is usually adjusted by means of a cord-actuated adjustment. For the convenience of operation, the rope belt is connected to the chin piece around a steering pivot, and when the rope belt is pulled downwards by a user, the rope belt can drive the chin piece to swing upwards. However, the aforementioned structure is complicated, inconvenient to assemble, and inconvenient to repair and replace when the parts are damaged. In addition, the rope belt is directly connected with the chin rest sheet in a single point manner, and the operation is not smooth easily due to the fact that the stress position is too small.
Therefore, there is a need for a new and improved collar to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a neck protection ring which is simple in structure and smooth in operation.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a neck ring, comprising: a neck sleeve; a chin rest which can be relatively arranged on the neck sleeve in a pivot way; the adjusting mechanism comprises at least one linkage piece and at least one driving piece capable of driving the at least one linkage piece, each linkage piece is movably connected with the neck sleeve and movably abutted with the chin rest piece, and the at least one driving piece can be externally adjusted to drive the at least one linkage piece to simultaneously move between a first position and a second position relative to the neck sleeve and the chin rest piece; when the at least one linkage member moves from the first position to the second position, the at least one linkage member actuates the chin rest to swing upward relative to the neck sleeve.
The invention has the advantages that:
the neck guard provided by the invention has a simple structure and smooth action.

Thus, the neck guard ring 1 has a simple structure and smooth operation.
The at least one linking member 31 is disposed between the neck cover 10 and the chin rest 20 and can swing between the first position and the second position relative to the chin rest 20, so that the structure is simple and the adjustment is convenient. However, the at least one linking member may also be, for example but not limited to, a guiding mechanism (e.g., a wedge structure, an inclined surface, etc.) to abut against the chin rest, so as to push the chin rest to swing up and down. The chin rest 20 is preferably further provided with a marking portion 21 on a side facing the neck cover 10, the marking portion 21 is, for example, a scale mark for facilitating comparison and adjustment; each of the linking members 31 is a plate body, a plurality of grooves 311 and a plurality of ribs 312 respectively extending between two adjacent grooves 311 are formed on one side of the plate body facing the chin rest 20, the plurality of grooves 311 can reduce the friction between the plate body and the chin rest 20 to facilitate pivoting, and the plurality of ribs 312 can increase the structural strength of the plate body.
The neck sleeve 10 is provided with at least one guide slot 11, and the at least one driving member 32 is slidably disposed in the at least one guide slot 11 and pivotally connected to the at least one linking member 31. In this embodiment, each of the linking members 31 extends toward the at least one driving member 32 to form a protruding connection portion 313, the at least one driving member 32 is sleeved on the connection portion 313 and pivotally connected to the at least one linking member 31, and the at least one linking member 31 can stably rotate relative to the at least one driving member 32 and is not prone to swing. The neck cover 10 includes at least one thickened edge 12 surrounding the at least one guide groove 11, the thickened edge 12 can be integrally protruded from the neck cover 10 or attached to the periphery of the at least one guide groove 11, so as to increase the structural strength and gain to abut against and actuate the at least one driving member 32.
The adjusting mechanism 30 further includes at least one elastic member 33 disposed between the at least one driving member 32 and the peripheral wall of the at least one guide slot 11, and the at least one elastic member 33 is configured to push the at least one driving member 32 to drive the at least one connecting member 31 to move toward the first position. In detail, each driving member 32 includes a head portion 321 and a body portion 322 connected to the head portion 321, each guiding groove 11 includes a wide section 111 and a narrow section 112 communicated with each other, the body portion 322 is slidably disposed on the wide section 111, the at least one elastic member 33 is extended and disposed on the narrow section 112, and a radial dimension of the body portion 322 is smaller than the wide section 111 and larger than the narrow section 112 so as to limit a slidable range of the at least one driving member 32.
Preferably, the at least one driving member 32 and the at least one guide slot 11 are respectively provided at inner peripheral walls thereof with two oppositely extending engaging portions 113,323, and the at least one elastic member 33 elastically engages between the two engaging portions 113,323. In this embodiment, each of the engaging portions 113,323 is a convex pillar, the body 322 extends radially toward the narrow section 112 to form one convex pillar, and an inner peripheral wall of the narrow section 112 extends toward the wide section 111 to form another convex pillar, so as to facilitate assembly and positioning of the at least one elastic element 33. In other embodiments, each of the engaging portions may also be a concave hole, which can achieve the positioning effect.
The neck ring 1 further includes a winding device 40 disposed on the neck sleeve 10, wherein the linking member 31 and the driving member 32 are disposed on two opposite sides of the neck sleeve 10, the winding device 40 includes a winding member 41 and a tying member 42 wound around the winding member 41, two ends of the tying member 42 are respectively disposed with a first engaging portion 421, and each driving member 32 is disposed with a second engaging portion 324 detachably connected to the first engaging portion 421. In this embodiment, the first engaging portion 421 is a engaging post, and the second engaging portion 324 is an engaging recess capable of receiving the engaging post, so as to engage stably and facilitate maintenance and replacement.
