Claims (11)

1. A frying and baking machine is characterized by comprising:
a lower grill assembly (10);
the upper frying and roasting assembly (20) comprises a shell assembly (21), a handle (22) and a suspension structure (24), at least part of the suspension structure (24) is arranged in the handle (22) in a liftable way, and the bottom end of the suspension structure (24) is connected with the shell assembly (21);
the pivoting component (30) is arranged on the lower frying and baking component (10), the upper frying and baking component (20) is connected with the lower frying and baking component (10) in a pivoting way through the pivoting component (30), and the pivoting component (30) comprises a limiting part (31);
an adjustment assembly (40) slidably disposed within the handle (22), the adjustment assembly (40) including an operating structure (41), a first stop portion (42), and a second stop portion (43), the first stop portion (42) and the second stop portion (43) both disposed on the operating structure (41); the adjustment assembly (40) has a first working position and a second working position;
when the adjusting assembly (40) is in the first working position, the first stopping portion (42) and the floating structure (24) limit and stop, and the second stopping portion (43) and the limiting portion (31) are separated from each other; when the adjusting assembly (40) is in the second working position, the first stopping portion (42) is disengaged from the floating structure (24), and the second stopping portion (43) has a stopping position for stopping the limiting portion (31); when the upper frying and baking component (20) rotates to form a first preset included angle C with the lower frying and baking component (10), the second stopping portion (43) is located at the stopping position, and the upper frying and baking component (20) is in limit fit with the pivoting component (30) so that the frying and baking machine is in a cover opening clamping state.
2. The grilling machine according to claim 1, wherein the handle (22) comprises a first pivot (224) and a second pivot (225), the pivot assembly (30) further comprising:
a first support structure (32), the first pivot portion (224) being pivotably connected with the first support structure (32);
a second support structure (33), the second pivot portion (225) being pivotably connected with the second support structure (33); wherein the stop portion (31) is arranged on the first support structure (32) and/or the second support structure (33).

The frying and roasting machine according to claim 1, wherein the position-limiting portion (31) has a first surface (311) and a second surface (312), and the first surface (311) and the second surface (312) are disposed at a second predetermined included angle B; wherein the second stop (43) is in a limit fit with the second surface (312) when the second stop (43) is in the stop position; the first preset included angle C is consistent with the second preset included angle B.

The frying and roasting machine according to claim 3, wherein said second stop portion (43) is plate-shaped, and a first plate surface of said second stop portion (43) facing said first surface (311) and said first surface (311) are arranged parallel to each other; when the second stopping portion (43) is located at the stopping position, the second stopping portion (43) faces the second plate surface of the second surface (312) and is attached to the second surface (312).
5. The fry roaster of claim 1, wherein the upper fry roaster assembly (20) further comprises:
-a support structure (25) arranged in the handle (22), the support structure (25) having a support recess (251) for supporting the operating structure (41), part of the operating structure (41) being slidably arranged in the support recess (251).
6. Frying and baking machine according to claim 5, characterized in that said handle (22) has a through hole (221), said operating structure (41) comprising:
a connecting body (411), the first stopping portion (42) being disposed at a first end of the connecting body (411), the second stopping portion (43) being disposed at a second end of the connecting body (411);
the shifting part (412) penetrates through the through hole (221), and the shifting part (412) can slide along the through hole (221) so as to enable the adjusting assembly (40) to be switched between the first working position and the second working position;
a transition connection part (413) slidably disposed in the support recess (251), the toggle part (412) being disposed at one side of the transition connection part (413), and the connection body (411) being disposed at the other side of the transition connection part (413).

The frying and roasting machine according to claim 6, wherein the upper frying and roasting assembly (20) further comprises a slide structure (26), the connecting body (411) comprises a first plate segment (4111) and a second plate segment (4112), the first stopper (42) is disposed at a first end of the first plate segment (4111), a second end of the first plate segment (4111) is connected to the second plate segment (4112), the second stopper (43) is disposed at an end of the second plate segment (4112) away from the first plate segment (4111) and extends toward a side away from the first plate segment (4111), and at least a portion of the first plate segment (4111) is located in the slide structure (26) and is reciprocally slidable along the slide structure (26).

The frying and roasting machine according to claim 7, wherein the chute structure (26) has a sliding slot, the connecting body (411) further comprises a flange structure (4113), the flange structure (4113) is disposed on the first side edge and/or the second side edge of the first plate segment (4111), and the flange structure (4113) and the first plate segment (4111) are both located in the sliding slot.

The frying and roasting machine according to claim 7, wherein said connecting body (411) further comprises a third plate segment (4114), said first plate segment (4111) is connected to said second plate segment (4112) via said third plate segment (4114), said third plate segment (4114) is arranged at a third preset included angle with respect to said first plate segment (4111), said third plate segment (4114) is arranged at a fourth preset included angle with respect to said second plate segment (4112), and said first plate segment (4111) and said second plate segment (4112) are respectively located at two sides of said third plate segment (4114); wherein the second plate segment (4112) is an arc-shaped plate segment.

The grilling machine according to claim 7, wherein the handle (22) comprises a first shell (222) and a second shell (223), the first shell (222) and the second shell (223) are butted and form a mounting cavity therebetween, the suspension structure (24) is disposed on the second shell (223), and the first blocking portion (42) and the second blocking portion (43) are both located in the mounting cavity; the slide structure (26) is arranged on the second shell (223), and the upper frying and baking assembly (20) further comprises:
a first coverplate (27), the first coverplate (27) to compress the first plate segment (4111) within the ramp structure (26).
11. The fry roaster of claim 1, wherein the upper fry roaster assembly (20) further comprises:
a second cover plate (28), wherein the second cover plate (28) is covered and arranged above part of the second stopping part (43).
