The invention discloses a coil panel and a pot liner of an IH electric cooker, which comprise: a bobbin and at least two coils located within the bobbin; wherein the current directions of any two adjacent coils in the at least two coils are opposite.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to household electrical appliances, in particular to a coil panel and a pot liner of an IH electric cooker.
Background
The inner container of the electromagnetic heating (IH) electric cooker has magnetic conductivity, and a high-frequency alternating current power supply is heated by the heating coil, so that the inner container can generate eddy current to Heat, and the rice cooking work is carried out. The electromagnetic heating wire coil generally comprises a coil rack, a coil and a magnetic strip; the coil rack is generally in a circular disc shape, one surface of the coil rack is provided with a magnetic strip, and the other surface of the coil rack is provided with a mounting groove for mounting and fixing a coil; the coils are uniformly wound, the density of magnetic lines of force generated by the inductance coil at the bottom is high, the heat at the bottom of the pot is high, the temperature at the center of the pot is high, and the convection of water in the pot from the center to the sides can cause uneven heating of rice grains during cooking and influence on the taste of rice.

Detailed Description
In various embodiments of the invention, a coil panel includes a coil form and at least two coils positioned within the coil form; wherein the current directions of any two adjacent coils in the at least two coils are opposite.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings of the embodiments of the present invention. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the described embodiments of the invention, belong to the scope of protection of the invention.
FIGS. 1 and 2 are top and side views, respectively, of a prior art coil disc; the conventional coil disk is generally a uniform winding, and its top view is shown in fig. 1, and its side view is shown in the right view of fig. 2, where "x" indicates current inflow, and "once" indicates current outflow.
By adopting the coil panel, the center of the coil panel is taken as the origin, and the magnetic flux transformation quantity of the coil panel is smaller along with the increase of the distance from the center, so that the peripheral eddy current is smaller, the corresponding heating power is lower, and the pot bottom of the IH electric cooker is heated unevenly, namely the center temperature is high and the peripheral temperature is low; and the power is more obvious, so that the rice grains are heated unevenly during cooking, the taste of the rice is influenced, and the customer experience is influenced.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a distribution of coils on a coil former according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 3, the coil disk includes: a bobbin 001 and at least two coils 002 located within the bobbin; the current directions of any two adjacent coils in the at least two coils are opposite.
Here, the current directions of any two adjacent coils are opposite, and electromagnetic downward penetration can be prevented, thereby affecting the coil disc operation and heating effect.
In particular, the coil is based on electromagnetic induction. The number of coils in the coil former is even. In connection with fig. 3, the coil panel includes n coils, where n is a positive even number.
Specifically, when the coil panel works in a first period, the first group of coils is in a clockwise current direction, and the second group of coils is in a counterclockwise current direction; when the coil panel works in a second period, the first group of coils is in a counterclockwise current direction, and the second group of coils is in a clockwise current direction;
here, the first set of coils includes at least one coil having the same current direction; the second group of coils comprises at least one coil with the same current direction and the current direction different from that of any coil in the first group of coils.
In connection with fig. 3, assuming that 12 coils are included in the coil panel (which is equivalent to 12 small coil panels included in the coil panel, and each small coil panel corresponds to one coil), that is, n is 12, and the coils in the coil panel are coil 1 and coil 2 … … coils 12, respectively, the first group of coils may include, according to the position distribution in fig. 3: coil 1, coil 3, coil 5, coil 8, coil 10, coil 12; the second set of coils may include: coil 2, coil 4, coil 6, coil 7, coil 9, coil 11; the first group of coils and the second group of coils have different current directions, and the current directions of the adjacent coils are different according to the distribution.
The coil panel works alternately in the first period and the second period so as to realize the same magnetic flux transformation amount right above the coil panel (which means the direction of heating the pot body close to the pot body), thereby forming uniform vortex under the pot bottom of the IH electric cooker applied by the coil panel, realizing the balanced heating under the cooker and avoiding uneven heating.
The specific values of the first period and the second period can be preset by developers according to requirements during product design. The first and second periods may be first and second half periods of a complete heating cycle, respectively. Alternatively, the first period and the second period may be specific values such as 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, and the like, and when the specific values are adopted, it is required to ensure that the first period and the second period are less than a half period of the heating period.
In the present embodiment, the coil disk includes a first region (specifically, a right center region) located in the middle of the coil disk; the first region includes: at least two coils; the current of at least two coils in the first area is smaller than the current of the coils in other areas except the first area in the coil panel.
In particular, in connection with fig. 3, assuming that n is 12, the first region may include: coil 4, coil 5, coil 8, coil 9; the other region except the first region in the coil disk includes: coil 1, coil 2, coil 3, coil 6, coil 7, coil 10, coil 11, coil 12; the current of the coil 4, the current of the coil 5, the current of the coil 8 and the current of the coil 9 can be the same, and specifically the current is the first current; the current of the coil 1, the coil 2, the coil 3, the coil 6, the coil 7, the coil 10, the coil 11 and the coil 12 can be the same, and specifically is a second current; and the first current is smaller than the second current, namely the coils in the first area adopt low power, and the coils in other areas adopt high power, so that the water in the pot is convected from the edge to the center, the problems of high temperature in the center of the pot and convection of the water in the pot from the center to the edge are solved, and uneven heating is avoided.
In another embodiment, the magnitude of the current in each of the at least two coils is the same. In particular with reference to fig. 3, the current magnitudes of the coils in fig. 3 may be the same. In the scheme of the embodiment, the coil panel works alternately in the first period and the second period, so that the coil panel can form uniform eddy current under the bottom of the IH electric cooker, the uniform heating under the cooker is realized, and the uneven heating is avoided.
In this embodiment, the shape of the coil may be polygonal.
In this embodiment, the bobbin loader may be disk-shaped.
In this embodiment, a winding slot is formed in the coil frame, and the coil is wound in the winding slot. It should be noted that, a plurality of winding slots may be disposed on the bobbin, and since each coil is wound in a corresponding winding slot to complete the coil installation, the number of the winding slots is the same as the number of the coils, or the number of the winding slots is greater than the number of the coils.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a pot liner, which comprises: the coil panel is fixedly connected with the pot body; wherein, the pot body is fixedly connected with the coil rack of the coil panel.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of the coil distribution on another bobbin provided by the embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 4, the coil rack comprises 12 coils, which are distributed as coil 1, coil 2 … … and coil 12; wherein, the current directions of the coil 1, the coil 3, the coil 5, the coil 8, the coil 10 and the coil 12 are the same; the current directions of the coils 2, 4, 6, 7, 9 and 11 are the same, and are different from the current directions of the coils 1, 3, 5, 8, 10 and 12. By adopting the distribution structure, the same magnetic flux transformation amount can be realized right above each coil panel, and uniform eddy current can be formed below the bottom of the IH electric cooker, so that the uniform heating below the cooker can be realized.

when the coil panel works in a first period, the first group of coils are in a clockwise current direction, and the second group of coils are in a counterclockwise current direction;
when the coil panel works in a second period, the first group of coils is in a counterclockwise current direction, and the second group of coils is in a clockwise current direction;
wherein the first set of coils comprises at least one coil with the same current direction; the second group of coils comprises at least one coil which has the same current direction and the current direction is different from that of any coil in the first group of coils;
the coil panel alternately works in a first period and a second period so as to realize the same flux transformation amount right above the coil panel;
the coil disk includes a first region located in the middle of the coil disk; the first region includes: at least two coils; the current of at least two coils in the first area is smaller than the current of the coils in other areas except the first area in the coil panel.
2. Coil disc according to claim 1, characterized in that the number of coils in the coil former is even.
3. Coil disc according to claim 1, characterized in that the shape of the coil is polygonal.

7. A pot liner is characterized by comprising: the coil disc comprises a pot body and the coil disc which is fixedly connected with the pot body and is in any one of the claims 1 to 6; wherein, the pot body is fixedly connected with the coil rack of the coil panel.
