Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco preparation, in particular to a tobacco section for heating non-combustible cigarettes and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The cigarette is not combusted by heating (such as an electric heating cigarette and a carbon heating cigarette), because the tobacco shred is heated at a lower temperature, the release amount of harmful substances is obviously lower than that of the traditional cigarette, and the low-temperature cigarette has less sidestream smoke volume and less influence on the environment. Therefore, low-temperature cigarettes of the heat non-combustion type are sought after by more and more consumers.
At present, tobacco sections in a cigarette which is not combusted by heating are generally formed by shredding and filling tobacco sheets, wherein the tobacco sheets are also called recombined tobacco leaves and homogenized tobacco leaves and mainly comprise tobacco powder, fragments, tobacco stems or inferior tobacco leaves added with adhesives and other additives. However, the tobacco shreds filled in the traditional cigarette mode have poor heat conductivity, so that the heating temperature of the tobacco shreds of the heating non-combustion cigarette is easily insufficient, the release rate of flavor components in the tobacco shreds is greatly reduced, and the aroma concentration and the aroma fullness of the heating non-combustion cigarette are far inferior to those of the traditional cigarette.
Aiming at the problem of poor heat conductivity, the improvement method in the prior art comprises the steps of additionally arranging heat conduction materials outside the cigarette paper or inside the tobacco section or adding an atomizing agent, an adhesive and the like into the tobacco shreds, but the production process is complicated by the methods, and the addition amount of the heat conduction materials is difficult to control.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a tobacco section for heating a non-burning cigarette and a preparation method thereof.
The tobacco section of the non-burning cigarette comprises a plurality of tobacco sheets which are stacked along the axial direction of the tobacco section.
In contrast to the conventional method, the tobacco sheets are not cut into tobacco shreds and are filled in a conventional cigarette mode, but the tobacco sheets are directly stacked along the axial direction of the tobacco sections (namely the vertical direction of the tobacco sheets), so that each tobacco sheet as a whole has better heat conductivity than the tobacco shreds with gaps and unconnected in the middle.
Preferably, one or more holes are formed in the tobacco sheets, and at least one ventilation groove is formed along the axial direction of the tobacco section after the tobacco sheets are stacked.
Because certain air circulation is needed during smoking, if the tobacco sheet is not provided with holes, special cigarette paper or a surrounding heating element with grooves (air grooves) is needed. In order to expand the application range of the tobacco section, one or more holes are arranged on the tobacco sheet, and at least one ventilation groove is formed along the axial direction of the tobacco section after the tobacco sheet is overlapped, so that the permeability in the tobacco section is kept.
The shape of the holes has no special requirement, and can be regular shapes such as circles, triangles, crosses, squares and the like, and can also be irregular shapes. The holes formed in a sheet may be the same or different and may be randomly positioned. The size and the number of the holes can be flexibly changed according to the requirements of actual conditions. The sizes, shapes and numbers of the holes formed in different sheets can be the same or different.
Preferably, the total area of the holes accounts for 5-30% of the tobacco sheet. The area ratio of the holes is controlled within the range, so that the permeability is ensured, and the sensory experience of smoking is not influenced.
Preferably, the tobacco sheet is provided with one or more holes, and at least one channel for the middle penetrating heating element to pass through is formed along the axial direction of the tobacco section after the tobacco sheet is overlapped.
The purpose of the design is to heat the non-combustible cigarette in a middle-piercing heating mode, and the heating element can be directly inserted into the hole of the tobacco sheet for heating. The specific hole shape can be adjusted according to the shape of the heating element. Thus, the tobacco segments of the present invention are suitable for both the peripheral heating type (also known as peripheral heating type) and the central piercing type.
The tobacco sheet of the invention is in regular shape such as round, square, quasi-round or triangular, and can also be in irregular shape. Preferably, each of said tobacco sheets has the same shape and size, which is advantageous for the manufacturing process and for the aesthetic appearance after packaging.
Preferably, to further increase the thermal conductivity of the tobacco sheet, the tobacco sheet is added with a thermally conductive material. The heat conducting material can be one or more of metal wires/powder such as copper, silver, aluminum and the like, high heat conducting carbon materials such as carbon fiber, carbon nano tube, graphene and the like, heat conducting high molecular polymers and heat conducting oxides (such as aluminum oxide and the like).
Furthermore, after metal wires/powder such as copper, silver, aluminum and the like and high-heat-conduction carbon materials such as carbon fibers, carbon nanotubes, graphene and the like are added, the heat conduction performance is enhanced, the electric conductivity can be enhanced to a certain degree, and the cigarette is better suitable for certain electrically-heated non-combustible low-temperature cigarettes.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the tobacco section, which comprises the following steps: and overlapping the tobacco sheets along the axial direction of the tobacco sections, and then wrapping the tobacco sheets by using cigarette paper.
Preferably, the preparation method further comprises the step of forming holes in the tobacco sheets in a mode of electrostatic drilling, laser drilling, mechanical drilling, shearing or cutting and the like.
In the present invention, when wrapping the tobacco sheet with the cigarette paper, the wrapping is not necessarily performed in accordance with the shape of the tobacco sheet. For example, when the tobacco sheet is triangular, it may be wrapped into tobacco segments that are circular in cross-section; for another example, when the tobacco sheet is round, it may be wrapped into tobacco segments having a square cross-section. This also allows for gaps between the tobacco sheet and the cigarette paper, increasing permeability within the tobacco segment.
To further enhance the thermal conductivity, the invention also includes adding a thermally conductive material to the tobacco sheet. The method of adding a thermally conductive material to a tobacco sheet comprises: directly adding heat conduction materials in the production process of the tobacco sheets, namely mixing the heat conduction materials with tobacco powder, fragments, tobacco stems or inferior tobacco leaves and the like, and then preparing the tobacco sheets;
or after the tobacco sheet is produced, the heat conduction material is added on the surface of the tobacco sheet by spraying, rolling, dipping or printing and the like.
According to the invention, tobacco sheets which are not cut into tobacco shreds are directly overlapped to form a tobacco section, so that the heat conductivity of the heating non-combustible cigarette is enhanced, the flavor components in the tobacco are released as far as possible, the heating non-combustible cigarette has less harmful substance release, and the fragrance concentration and the fragrance fullness can be comparable to those of the traditional cigarette; the preparation method of the tobacco section has simple process and low cost, and is suitable for mass production.
