Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a vehicle alarm method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where this embodiment is applicable to a situation where a vehicle user is subjected to an attack by a lawbreaker, so that a behavior is limited and an alarm button cannot be triggered, or the alarm button is damaged and an alarm cannot be given, and this method may be executed by a vehicle alarm device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the device may be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner, as shown in fig. 1, where the method specifically includes the following steps:
and S110, acquiring the operation information of the user in real time.
The operation information of the user refers to the operation of the user on any key in the vehicle cabin, and includes but is not limited to the triggering operation on a steering wheel shortcut control key, the triggering operation on a light control key and the triggering operation on an air conditioning system control key.
Specifically, after the vehicle is started, the operation information of the user is acquired in real time, and the operation information of the user can be uploaded to the cloud for monitoring so as to analyze whether the operation information of the user is alarm information.
And S120, if the operation information in the preset time is matched with the alarm information set by the user, alarming.
The alarm information set by the user refers to an alarm operation flow defined by the user, and the user can select one or more trigger operations for the alarm information from target trigger operations provided by the system.
Specifically, after the user successfully sets the alarm information, the set alarm information is remembered. When the user runs into danger, if the operation information of the user in the preset time is matched with the alarm information set by the user, the alarm is carried out, so that the secret alarm is realized, and the hidden alarm is not easy to be found by other people. The preset time can be determined by a system developer according to the actual requirement of a user. The alarm information set by the user may include at least one target triggering operation, a sequence of the target triggering operations, and an interval time between adjacent operations. The alarm mode may be that for a vehicle, such as a taxi, having a display screen outside the vehicle body, alarm information, such as "meet a danger and please alarm" is displayed on the display screen, or the alarm information is notified to an administrator, the administrator performs analysis and verification according to the alarm information of the vehicle and takes follow-up measures, and a system developer can develop the alarm according to the type of the vehicle and the user requirement, which is not limited in the embodiment of the invention.
For example, the alarm information set by the user can be a mute shortcut key and an air conditioner control key on the orderly-triggered dial; the mute shortcut key on the steering wheel can be triggered for three times continuously; or sequentially triggering a mute shortcut key and an air conditioner control key on the steering wheel and then triggering the mute shortcut key. And if the operation information of the user is monitored to be matched with the alarm information set by the user within the preset time, alarming.
It should be noted that if the operation information within the preset time is matched with the alarm information set by the user, the application scenario for alarming may be to alarm by matching user-defined alarm information when the alarm key is damaged; or when the driver is affected by lawless persons and cannot trigger the alarm button due to limited behaviors, the alarm is given by matching with user-defined alarm information; or the alarm key is not arranged in the vehicle, and the alarm is given by matching with user-defined alarm information.
As shown in fig. 1a, a specific step of the embodiment of the present invention is that a user sets alarm information through a mobile phone APP or a car APP, and sends the alarm information to a cloud system, and obtains operation confidence of the user on a car device through a car networking terminal, and sends the operation information to the cloud system, and if the operation information of the user matches the alarm information set by the user, an administrator is notified to perform manual audit processing.
According to the technical scheme, the alarm information is defined by the user, so that the automobile user can alarm in a concealed mode under the condition that the alarm button cannot be triggered due to limited behaviors or is damaged when the driver is attacked by lawbreakers, and the personal safety and property safety of the automobile user are guaranteed.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a vehicle alarm method in a second embodiment of the present invention, which is optimized based on the second embodiment, in this embodiment, before obtaining operation information of a user in real time, the method further includes: acquiring historical vehicle information; determining at least two target triggering operations according to the historical vehicle information, and sending the at least two target triggering operations to target equipment for selection by a user; and when the selection operation of the user on at least two target trigger operations is detected, alarm information is set according to the selected target trigger operation.
As shown in fig. 2, the method of this embodiment specifically includes the following steps:
and S210, acquiring historical vehicle information.
The historical vehicle information includes, among other things, the driving condition of the vehicle, the operation performed by the user over the historical time, and the frequency.
Specifically, historical vehicle information is obtained, and the historical vehicle information can be sent to a cloud end for the cloud end to analyze and arrange.
S220, determining at least two target trigger operations according to the historical vehicle information, and sending the at least two target trigger operations to target equipment for selection by a user.
The target device can be a vehicle-mounted terminal, a mobile phone, a tablet computer and other terminal devices, and a user can select a target trigger operation through an application program on the target device.
Specifically, the operation which is easy to trigger and can be used for alarming by a user is identified according to historical vehicle information, at least two target triggering operations are determined from the operation, and the at least two target triggering operations are sent to target equipment to be used as preset operations for the user to select.
And S230, after the selection operation of the user on at least two target trigger operations is detected, alarm information is set according to the selected target trigger operation.
Specifically, the user may select at least two triggering operations for alert information from the target triggering operations provided by the system. And after the user selects the target triggering operation, alarm information is set according to at least two target triggering operations selected by the user.
And S240, acquiring the operation information of the user in real time.
And S250, if the operation information in the preset time is matched with the alarm information set by the user, alarming.
Optionally, after detecting a selection operation of the user on at least two target trigger operations, setting alarm information according to the selected target trigger operation, including:
when the selection operation of a user on at least two target trigger operations is detected, a target trigger operation sequence is determined according to the at least two target trigger operations, and the target trigger operation sequence is set as alarm information.
Specifically, after the selection operation of the user on at least two target trigger operations is detected, a target trigger operation sequence is determined according to the at least two target trigger operations and operation indexes corresponding to the target trigger operations, such as operation cycle time, duration cycle number, trigger interval time between the operations and the like set by the user, and the target trigger operation sequence is set as alarm information. The operation index corresponding to the target trigger operation can be set by a system developer according to user requirements, and the specific numerical value of the operation index can be self-defined by the user in a preset selectable range according to self requirements and set by the system developer in the preset selectable range.
For example, if the target trigger operation selected by the user is a mute shortcut key and an air conditioner control key, it may be determined that the target trigger operation sequence is to continuously and sequentially trigger the mute shortcut key and the air conditioner control key on the steering wheel within a period of 1 minute and lasts for at least two periods; if the target trigger operation selected by the user is a mute shortcut key and an air conditioner control key, the target trigger operation sequence can be determined to be that the mute shortcut key and the air conditioner control key on the steering wheel are sequentially triggered once within a period of 2 minutes, and then the mute shortcut key is triggered once again, wherein the interval time between each trigger operation is 3 seconds to 20 seconds; if the target trigger operation selected by the user is a mute shortcut key, an air conditioner control key and a dipped headlight control key, the target trigger operation sequence can be determined to be that the mute shortcut key, the air conditioner control key and the dipped headlight control key on the steering wheel are triggered in sequence within a period of 1 minute, the interval time of each operation is 5 seconds to 10 seconds, and the operation lasts for at least two periods.
Optionally, setting the target trigger operation sequence as alarm information includes:
acquiring the complexity of the target trigger operation sequence;
and if the complexity of the selected target trigger operation sequence is greater than or equal to the set complexity threshold, setting the selected target trigger operation sequence as alarm information.
Specifically, after a target trigger operation sequence is determined according to the at least two target trigger operations, the complexity of the target trigger operation sequence is obtained according to a calculation strategy of the target trigger operation complexity preset by the system, the complexity of the target trigger operation sequence is detected, and if the complexity of the selected target trigger operation sequence is greater than or equal to a set complexity threshold, the selected target trigger operation sequence is set as alarm information, so that the error touch of a driver on the target trigger operation sequence is reduced, and the accuracy of vehicle alarm is improved. The calculation of the complexity of the target trigger operation can be realized by a custom algorithm of a system developer, and the embodiment of the invention does not set any limit to this.
It should be noted that, the user may modify and delete the set alarm information. And if the user modifies the set alarm information, the complexity of the modified target trigger operation sequence needs to be acquired again, and if the complexity is greater than or equal to a set complexity threshold, the alarm information is determined.
For example, if the complexity of the target trigger operation sequence set by the user is less than or equal to the set complexity threshold, a prompt message is sent to the user end, for example, "alarm message is too simple, please reset". Various indexes of the target trigger operation sequence can be limited to determine that the complexity of the target trigger operation sequence set by the user reaches a complexity threshold set by a system. In order to avoid false alarm caused by the triggering operation performed by the user during driving, the target triggering operation can be limited to be performed at least three times within a preset time and/or lasting for at least two cycles.
Optionally, the target triggering operation includes: at least one of a triggering operation of a steering wheel shortcut control key, a triggering operation of a light control key, a triggering operation of a multimedia control key, a triggering operation of an air conditioning system control key and a triggering operation of a driving control key.
Specifically, the target triggering operation provided by the system developer may include at least one of a triggering operation on a quick steering wheel control key, a triggering operation on a light control key, a triggering operation on a multimedia control key, a triggering operation on an air conditioning system control key, and a triggering operation on a travel control key, and may also include a triggering operation that is easily performed by other drivers, and vehicles of different models may be configured with an appropriate target triggering operation according to different models and in-vehicle functions.
Specifically, the triggering operation of the shortcut control key of the steering wheel includes, but is not limited to, a left key, a right key, a confirmation key and volume adjustment; the triggering operation of the light control key comprises but is not limited to an interior lighting lamp, a dipped headlight, a high beam, a front fog light and a rear fog light; the triggering operation of the multimedia control key comprises but is not limited to on-off control, volume control and control of a display screen of the vehicle-mounted terminal; the triggering operation of the control key of the air conditioning system comprises but is not limited to on-off control, wind direction control, air quantity control and temperature control; the triggering operation of the travel control key includes driving mode control and cruise setting control.
Optionally, if the operation information in the preset time matches the alarm information set by the user, then an alarm is given, including:
acquiring the matching times of the operation information and preset alarm information within preset time;
and if the times are greater than or equal to a set time threshold value, alarming.
Specifically, the system matches the uploaded user operation information with alarm information set by the user, if the operation information in the preset time is matched with the alarm information set by the user, the alarm count is increased by one, and if the alarm count in the preset time is greater than or equal to a set time threshold, the alarm is given. The preset time may be set by a system developer. Preferably, the threshold number of times is set to 2 times.
Illustratively, the system matches according to the uploaded user operation information and alarm information set by the user, and the method for analyzing whether an alarm exists may be: and analyzing the operation data within 1 minute of the vehicle, determining that a target trigger operation sequence matched with the alarm information set by the user exists, adding one to the alarm count, and marking the target trigger operation sequence. And continuously analyzing the operation data of the vehicle within 10 minutes, updating the alarm count if a target trigger operation sequence matched with the alarm information exists, and determining that a suspected user gives an alarm when the alarm count is greater than or equal to 2. If the alarm count of the vehicle is 1 time in the time of exceeding 10 minutes and does not reach the set time threshold, the alarm count of the vehicle is cleared, and false alarm caused by overdue data is prevented. If the user is suspected to be alarming, the system can automatically inform an administrator of manual examination, and if the administrator confirms that the user is alarming, the system informs a public security department.
As shown in fig. 2a, the technical solution of this embodiment includes the following specific steps: obtaining historical vehicle information, determining at least two target triggering operations according to the historical vehicle information by a system, and sending the at least two target triggering operations to target equipment; the method comprises the steps that a user selects at least two target trigger operations on target equipment and determines operation indexes corresponding to the target trigger operations, and the target trigger operations selected by the user and the operation indexes corresponding to the target trigger operations form a target trigger operation sequence. And if the complexity of the target trigger operation sequence is greater than or equal to the set complexity threshold, setting the selected target trigger operation sequence as alarm information, and if the complexity of the target trigger operation sequence formed by the target trigger operations selected by the user is less than the set complexity threshold, prompting the user to reselect at least two target trigger operations and operation indexes corresponding to the target trigger operations on the target equipment. And acquiring the operation information of the user in real time, and adding one to the alarm times if the operation information of the user is matched with the alarm information set by the user. If the alarm times in the preset time are larger than or equal to the set threshold, the administrator is informed to carry out manual review processing, and if the alarm times in the preset time are smaller than the set threshold, the overdue alarm times are cleared, so that false alarm caused by overdue data is prevented.
According to the technical scheme, through user-defined alarm information, if the user operation information acquired within the preset time is matched with the alarm information set by the user, alarm is given, the problem that the driver cannot give an alarm in time due to the fact that the behavior of the driver is limited and the alarm button cannot be triggered or damaged is solved, and the effect of secret alarm of an automobile user is achieved. And a threshold value is set for the complexity of alarm information set by a user, so that the occurrence of unnecessary trouble conditions brought to automobile users and related responsible department personnel due to false alarm caused by mistaken touch of an alarm key is reduced.
