Background
The cross-product sharing operation platform is supported by the middle platform structure and is divided into three large models of clients, products and channels, the large data are utilized to classify the clients, the potential demands of the clients are explored, personalized product matching is carried out aiming at various clients, and under different product application scenes, cross marketing is realized for each channel, and the whole operation flow line is standardized.
Because the client information among the channels is opaque and the data cannot be shared, the marketing mode is single, the client data is difficult to acquire, the operation efficiency is low, the personalized requirements of clients are difficult to meet, and the value of the stock clients is not deeply mined.

According to the technical scheme, the high response speed is ensured while mass data processing is supported, so that daily operation lines of clients are diversified and operation modes are diversified.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the product operation platform system is based on Hadoop technology, integrates Spark stream processing capability, and processes unstructured and semi-structured data, complex ETL flow, complex data mining and calculation model and the like aiming at storage and calculation of unstructured data.
Fig. 2 shows a block diagram of a framework module of the present invention. The frame module 1 has four layers in total.

the upper layer 3 includes: mapReduce, impala, spark, etc.; the MapReduce technology is adopted to support the processing of a very massive data set, the data of a client is analyzed in a coarse granularity mode, the client data is classified in groups, and a data base is provided for Spark micro-processing; and integrating Spark to realize micro batch processing, and carrying out refined analysis on the coarse-grained data to obtain factors such as customer data integrity, transaction ranking, grade, cooperative products and the like, thereby providing a data base for marketing activities, product popularization and daily operation.
Top layer: advanced packaging and tools based on MapReduce, spark, etc. computing engines, such as Hive, pig, mahout, etc.
By adopting the technical framework, the stock customer data is analyzed and classified, corresponding labels are marked, and strategies and customer basis are provided for daily marketing activities.
In addition, the product operation platform system of the invention realizes the full-flow line of customer service by embedding activiti workflow engines, can select automatic or manual approval according to different rules, can butt joint WeChat public numbers and applets, and can initiate self-service through the public numbers and the applets, and can also regularly push marketing activities to customers in the two modes, meanwhile, butt joint enterprise WeChat, realize mobile terminal approval and improve the internal operation efficiency of the company.
By adding a monitoring program in the front of each flow node, the monitoring program is configured according to the visualized variable in the console and then is combined with the client elements, so that the manual intervention of the daily operation business flow and the automatic auditing and flexible switching of the system can be realized, and the service quality is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, a complete business process includes: nodes, inputs/outputs, variables, thresholds, and permissions. The business process is configurable to include nodes, node rules and node authorities, the rules are configurable to include client elements and variable values.
Fig. 4 and fig. 5 show node authority configuration and node rule configuration schematic diagrams respectively, and the approval roles, approval rules, auditing modes, rule states and the like are configured through the product operation platform system.
Fig. 6 shows a schematic diagram of node snoop routing rule calculation starting from business process initiation through business process end based on the variable configuration described above in combination with customer elements.
