Aiming at the defects existing in the traditional operation and maintenance mode of the power distribution equipment and the problems which need to be solved urgently, the embodiment adopts big data and cloud computing technology to realize the structural design of the intelligent operation and maintenance control platform of the power distribution network based on multi-stage application penetration control, and provides support for the establishment of the operation and maintenance control system of the power distribution network; on the basis of multi-source service data of a large data platform, a power distribution network equipment state analysis technology is adopted, distribution network model management, operation and inspection service data analysis and mining are achieved, and operation and inspection service process management and control are supported; fault analysis and automatic identification are realized in a cloud system, the whole life cycle running state of the equipment and closed-loop management in the operation and maintenance process are realized, and decision support is provided for maintenance strategy optimization, equipment model selection and spare part management.

Claims (8)
1. The intelligent operation and maintenance management and control platform for the power distribution network is characterized by comprising a power distribution big data cloud platform and a terminal system;
the power distribution big data cloud platform comprises a storage system, a data acquisition system, a data processing system, a power distribution equipment operation state evaluation system and an operation and maintenance management and control auxiliary decision system;
the storage system is used for storing data of the power distribution network;
the data acquisition system is used for acquiring power distribution network data and sending the power distribution network data to the storage system;
the data processing system is used for carrying out data calculation processing on the power distribution network data stored in the storage system;
the power distribution equipment running state evaluation system is used for acquiring data analyzed and processed by the data processing system, establishing a power distribution equipment health state evaluation and prediction model, bringing current power distribution network data acquired by the data acquisition system into the power distribution equipment health state evaluation and prediction model, and performing evaluation and scoring;
the operation and maintenance management and control auxiliary decision making system is used for providing a decision making scheme according to the scoring information of the current power distribution network data in the power distribution equipment health state evaluation and prediction model;
the terminal system is used for remotely transmitting data with the storage system, and acquiring and displaying a decision scheme of the operation and maintenance management and control auxiliary decision system;
the storage system comprises a distributed file system, a distributed column database, a distributed database and a minute-form cache database;
the power distribution network data comprises power grid primary model data, power distribution equipment ledger and communication network channel information, power distribution equipment real-time running state and communication state data, alarm information, operation record information and measurement historical data;
the data processing system comprises a real-time data calculation processing unit, a historical data processing unit and a data mining analysis processing unit; the data mining analysis processing unit is used for deeply mining the fault history information, the operation state information and the insulation abnormal information of the power distribution equipment and establishing the association relation between the fault history information, the operation state information and the insulation abnormal information of the power distribution equipment.

The distribution network intelligent operation and maintenance management and control platform according to claim 1, wherein the distribution equipment operation state evaluation system collects association relations between fault history information, operation state information and insulation abnormality information of distribution equipment, and establishes a distribution equipment health state evaluation model.
3. The intelligent operation and maintenance management and control platform for the power distribution network according to claim 1, wherein the operation and maintenance management and control aid decision-making system comprises:
s1 optimizing the operation and maintenance plan: optimizing and arranging an operation maintenance plan according to the evaluation condition of the health state of the power distribution equipment;
s2 familial defect analysis: by clustering and correlating analysis on the defects of the power distribution equipment, an operation maintenance strategy and plan are provided on the basis of identifying familial characteristics in the power distribution equipment;
s3 spare part management optimization: the method comprises the steps of carrying out deep analysis on multiple dimensions on equipment, predicting the types and the quantity of spare parts required in a period of time in the future by combining state evaluation and fault prediction of the power distribution equipment, and optimally arranging a purchasing plan of the spare parts.

The intelligent operation and maintenance management and control platform for power distribution network according to claim 1, wherein the terminal system is a handheld terminal device and is used for performing data interaction with the power distribution big data cloud platform in a remote wireless manner.
5. The distribution network intelligent operation and maintenance management and control platform according to claim 1, wherein the data mining analysis processing unit employs a Spark MLlib mining algorithm package, specifically an association rule mining Apriori algorithm.
6. The distribution network intelligent operation and maintenance management and control platform according to claim 5, wherein the association rule mining Apriori algorithm specifically comprises:
s1 scans the entire data to generate a set C of candidate 1-item sets1;
S2 selecting a candidate 1-item set C according to the minimum support degree1Generating a set L of frequent 1-items1;
S3 repeatedly executes steps S4, S5, S6 for k > 1;
s4 is composed of LkPerforming join and branch-subtract operations to produce a set C of candidate k + 1-term setsk+1;
S5 selecting a set C of candidate (k + 1) -term sets according to the minimum support degreek+1Generating a set L of frequent (k + 1) -term setsk+1;
S6, if L is not equal to ∅, k = k +1, the step jumps by 4, otherwise, it ends;
and S7, generating a strong association rule from the frequent item set according to the minimum confidence coefficient, and ending.

The intelligent operation and maintenance management and control platform for the power distribution network according to claim 1, wherein the power distribution equipment ledger and communication network channel information comprises equipment types, manufacturers, models, commissioning time and the communication substations to which the equipment types, manufacturers, models and commissioning time belong; the real-time running state and communication state data of the power distribution equipment comprise a battery state, a mains supply state and an online state; the alarm information comprises feeder switch state displacement information and distribution intelligent equipment operation state alarm; the operation record information comprises operation types, time and operation results; and the measurement historical data is sampled and stored for measurement real-time data at specified time intervals by the power distribution automation master station system.
8. The distribution network intelligent operation and maintenance management and control platform according to claim 1, wherein the distribution equipment health state evaluation model further comprises an evaluation unit, and the evaluation unit is a health index table with a value range of 0-100 and is used for evaluating the current health state of equipment.
