5. The physical nondestructive destruction method for anti-counterfeit chip as claimed in claim 1, wherein the identifiable label in step (1) is one-dimensional code, two-dimensional code, picture, number or combination of two or more kinds.
6. The physical nondestructive destruction method for security chips according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
(1) the marking equipment sends the consumption certificate exchange center address to the anti-counterfeiting chip;
(2) the anti-counterfeiting chip receives and stores the consumption certificate exchange center address from the marking equipment;
(3) the anti-counterfeiting chip executes digital signature on the identity of the consumer and the address of the exchange center of the consumption certificate by using the signature private key to generate a consumption certificate and sends the consumption certificate to the consumer identifier;
(4) the consumer identifier displays a consumption credential exchange confirmation interface to the consumer and requests the consumer to confirm execution of the consumption credential exchange operation;
(5) after the consumer confirms to execute the consumption credential exchange operation, the consumer identifier sends a consumption credential exchange request attached with the consumption credential to the consumption credential exchange center;
(6) after receiving the consumption credential exchange request in the step (5), the consumption credential exchange center extracts the consumption credential from the consumption credential exchange request, verifies the digital signature of the consumption credential, and if the digital signature passes the verification, executes the step (7); if the digital signature verification fails, the consumption certificate exchange center generates a consumption certificate exchange response containing a consumption certificate digital signature verification failure prompt and sends the response to the consumer identifier;
(7) the consumer credential exchange center extracts the consumer identity from the consumer credential, further verifies whether the consumer identity is consistent with the consumer identity submitted in the consumer credential exchange request, if the two identities are consistent, the consumer credential exchange request is verified to be passed, generates a consumer credential exchange response containing a consumer credential exchange success prompt, and sends the response to the consumer identifier; and if the two identity identifications are not consistent, the authentication of the consumption certificate exchange request is not passed, the consumption certificate exchange center generates a consumption certificate exchange response containing a prompt of the authentication failure of the identity identification of the consumer, and sends the response to the consumer identifier.
7. A physical nondestructive destruction system for anti-counterfeiting chips is characterized by comprising: marking device, the distinguishable label of the consumption code of bore a mark, anti-fake chip, consumption voucher exchange center and consumer recognizer, wherein:
the marking device is used for forming an identifiable label inside a product package with an anti-counterfeiting chip; or for generating a first consumption code;
the identifiable label bearing the consumption code is arranged inside the anti-counterfeiting product package and is in the form of a one-dimensional code, a two-dimensional code, a picture, a number or a combination of two or more than two;
the anti-counterfeiting chip is arranged on the outer surface of the product package and comprises a storage module and a nondestructive destruction response module, wherein the storage module is used for storing a first consumption code and a consumption certificate exchange center address; the nondestructive destruction response module is used for verifying the physical nondestructive destruction request of the anti-counterfeiting chip in the physical nondestructive destruction stage of the anti-counterfeiting chip, generating the physical nondestructive destruction response of the anti-counterfeiting chip and sending the response to the consumer identifier; the anti-counterfeiting chip can also comprise a consumption code generation module which is used for generating a first consumption code;
the consumption credential exchange center comprises a consumption credential verification module and a consumption credential exchange response module; the consumption credential verifying module is used for verifying the validity of the consumption credential in the consumption credential exchange request in the consumption credential exchange stage; the consumption credential exchange response module is used for exchanging prizes to the consumer identifier in a consumption credential exchange stage;
the consumer identifier comprises a scanning module, a storage module, a nondestructive destruction request module and a consumption credential exchange request module, wherein the scanning module is used for scanning an identifiable label bearing a first consumption code at the physical nondestructive destruction stage of the anti-counterfeiting chip to obtain the first consumption code; the storage module is used for storing the first consumption code acquired by the scanning module in the physical nondestructive destruction stage of the anti-counterfeiting chip and storing the consumption credential in the physical nondestructive destruction response of the anti-counterfeiting chip in the physical nondestructive destruction stage of the anti-counterfeiting chip; the nondestructive destruction request module is used for sending an anti-counterfeiting chip physical nondestructive destruction request attached with a second consumption code to the anti-counterfeiting chip in the anti-counterfeiting chip physical nondestructive destruction stage and receiving an anti-counterfeiting chip physical nondestructive destruction response; the consumption credential exchange request module is used for sending a consumption credential exchange request to a consumption credential exchange center in a consumption credential exchange stage and receiving a consumption credential exchange response from the consumption credential exchange center.
