Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
The ticket holding test method provided by the application can be applied to an application environment shown in figure 1. The recorder 102 communicates with the terminal 104 via a network, and the terminal 104 communicates with the server 106 via a network. When the user triggers the capturing operation of the recorder in the terminal 104, the terminal 104 can determine the target personnel identifier of the user according to the triggering operation of the user, and send the target personnel identifier to the server 106, so that the server 106 screens out the target test ticket number from the candidate test ticket number set, and returns the target test ticket number to the terminal 104. The terminal 104 correspondingly displays the target test ticket number to trigger the user to scan the target test ticket number through the acquired recorder 102, and when the successful scanning is confirmed, the recorder identifier of the recorder 102, the target personnel identifier and the target test ticket number are associated to obtain an association relationship, and the association relationship is sent to the server 106. When the server 106 receives the test video uploaded by the recorder 102, the target personnel identification and the target test ticket number are stored in association with the test video according to the association relation. The recorder 102 may be, but is not limited to, a camera, a video capturing device, the terminal 104 may be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices, and the server 106 may be implemented by a stand-alone server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers.
In the ticket holding test method, when the picking operation of the recorder is triggered, the target personnel identification of the target test personnel for picking the recorder can be determined according to the triggering operation; the target personnel identification is determined, and the corresponding target test ticket number can be queried based on a preset test work order, so that a target experimenter can be triggered to scan the target test ticket number through a target recorder to obtain a target recorder identification of the target recorder; by acquiring the target recorder identifier, an association relationship among the target recorder identifier, the target personnel identifier and the target test ticket number can be established, so that the server stores the target personnel identifier, the target test ticket number and the test video in association according to the association relationship. Because the target personnel identification and the target test ticket number can be stored in association with the test video, when the specific test video is required to be multiplexed, the corresponding test video can be quickly queried through the personnel identification and/or the test ticket number, and the multiplexing efficiency of the test multiplexed is greatly improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a ticket holding test method is provided, and the method is applied to the terminal in fig. 1 for illustration, and includes the following steps:
Step S202, when the picking operation of the recorder is triggered, determining the target personnel identification of the target test personnel triggering the picking operation.
The test personnel are personnel for performing nuclear power tests on nuclear power equipment in the nuclear power plant. The nuclear power test is a process of executing preset test procedures item by item and recording results. Because of the complexity of nuclear power equipment in a nuclear power plant, in the process of testing nuclear power equipment by a tester, a recorder is required to be erected on a test site, and the test operation process of the site operator is recorded by the recorder to obtain a test video, so that the test process of the tester can be repeated through the recorded test video.
In particular, before a tester performs a nuclear power test, a recorder needs to be taken in order to be able to record the test course of the nuclear power test according to the taken recorder. When the target tester needs to get the recorder, the terminal can correspondingly display the getting control, and when the target tester is determined to trigger the getting control, the target tester identifier of the target tester is obtained.
In one embodiment, before performing a nuclear power test, a target tester may go to a warehouse to get the recorder, and click on a get control in the recorder management terminal when the recorder is obtained, so as to trigger the recorder management terminal to call a camera of the computer to collect a face image of the target tester, and perform face recognition on the face image to determine the target person identification.
In one embodiment, when the recorder management terminal determines that the target tester clicks the pick-up control, the recorder management terminal can correspondingly display a picture uploading interface so that the target tester uploads the certificate photo of the recorder management terminal, and therefore the server can accurately conduct face recognition based on the standard certificate photo.
In one embodiment, the target test person can also input his own person identification through the terminal, i.e. the target person identification is input in the terminal.
Step S204, based on the target personnel identification and a preset test work order, a target test ticket number is obtained, wherein the target test ticket number is obtained by screening from a candidate test ticket number set, and the candidate test ticket number set comprises test ticket numbers corresponding to nuclear power tests to be executed.
The test ticket number is an identification code for determining a nuclear power test. In the embodiment of the application, the test ticket number may specifically be a two-dimensional code or a bar code generated according to test information of a nuclear power test. The test information refers to information related to a nuclear power test, and the test information can specifically include execution time of the nuclear power test, test identification of the nuclear power test, test equipment to be tested and the like. The test worksheet is a sheet recorded with a test identifier of a nuclear power test and process information of each test process in the nuclear power test; the process information may include, in particular, a person identifier of a tester performing the test process, an executable step of the test process, a device part keyword corresponding to the test process, and the like.
Specifically, before executing the nuclear power test, the server may acquire test information of the nuclear power test to be executed, generate a corresponding test ticket number according to the test information, and store the test ticket number and a test identifier of the nuclear power test in a corresponding manner. It is easy to understand that in a period of time with a certain duration, there may be a plurality of nuclear power tests to be performed, and therefore, a corresponding test ticket number may be generated for each nuclear power test to be performed, and the generated plurality of test ticket numbers may be combined to obtain a candidate test ticket number set.
Similarly, before the nuclear power test is executed, the server can acquire a test identifier of the nuclear power test to be executed and process information of each test process in the nuclear power test to be executed, and a test work order is generated according to the test identifier and the process information.
When the target personnel identification is obtained, the terminal pulls each test work order corresponding to each nuclear power test to be executed from the server, queries the test work orders, and performs the target test procedure corresponding to the target personnel identification. Further, the terminal inquires a target test identifier of a target nuclear power test comprising the target test procedure from the test work order according to the target test procedure, sends the target test identifier to the server, and determines a corresponding target test ticket number according to the target test identifier by the server.
For example, when the test personnel A gets the recorder and the terminal triggers the getting operation, the terminal queries the target test identification of the target test required to be executed by the test personnel A in the test work order according to the personnel identification A of the test personnel A, so that the server queries the target test ticket number of the target test required to be executed by the test personnel A according to the target test identification.
In one embodiment, the terminal may also pull the candidate test ticket number set from the server, and screen the target test ticket number from the candidate test ticket number set. The present embodiment is not limited herein.
Step S206, when the scanning operation for the target test ticket number is triggered, determining a target recorder that scans the target test ticket number.
Specifically, when the terminal obtains the target test ticket number, the target test ticket number can be correspondingly displayed in the local screen, so that a target tester can scan the target test ticket number through the acquired target recorder, and further when the success of scanning is confirmed, the terminal can obtain the target recorder identification of the target recorder through scanning operation.
In one embodiment, when the target recorder scans the target test ticket number, the target recorder may transmit its own identification to the corresponding terminal through the scanned target test ticket number, that is, transmit the target recorder identification of the target recorder to the corresponding terminal.
Step S208, establishing an association relationship among the recorder identification of the target recorder, the target personnel identification and the target test ticket number, wherein the association relationship is used for storing the target personnel identification and the target test ticket number in association with the test video when the test video which is uploaded by the target recorder and shot for the nuclear power test is obtained.
Specifically, when the target recorder identifier, the target personnel identifier and the target test ticket number are obtained, the terminal establishes an association relationship among the target recorder identifier, the target personnel identifier and the target test ticket number, and sends the association relationship to the server, so that when the server receives the test video uploaded by the target recorder, the target personnel identifier and the target test ticket number associated with the target recorder identifier can be determined according to the association relationship, and the target personnel identifier and the target test ticket number are stored in association with the test video. By way of example, when the target tester records the video of the nuclear power test process through the target recorder to obtain the test video, the target tester can upload the test video recorded by the target recorder to the server, so that when the server receives the test video, the corresponding target tester identifier and the target test ticket number can be stored in association with the test video according to the target recorder identifier of the target recorder.
In one embodiment, the target tester can be connected with the target recorder and the server through the data transmission line, so that the server can acquire the target recorder identification of the target recorder and the test video uploaded by the target recorder through the data transmission line, and further, the server can store the corresponding target tester identification and the target test ticket number in association with the test video according to the target recorder identification and the association relationship.
In one embodiment, the target recorder may establish a communication link with the server through wireless WIFI (wireless internet surfing), and send its own identification and test video to the server through the established communication link, that is, send the target recorder identification and test video to the server.
In one embodiment, the server may establish an association relationship among the target recorder identifier, the target person identifier, and the target test ticket number by means of a key-value pair (key), for example, the target recorder identifier is used as a key, and the target person identifier and the target test ticket number are used as values (value).
In one embodiment, when a pickup operation of the recorder is triggered, determining a target person identification of a target test person triggering the pickup operation includes: when the acquisition operation of the recorder is triggered, acquiring a face image of a target test person triggering the acquisition operation; inputting the face image into a pre-trained face authenticity detection model, outputting an artifact image corresponding to the face image through the face authenticity detection model, and determining an authenticity detection result of the face image based on the artifact image; and when the face image is determined to be true according to the true-false detection result, determining the target personnel identification corresponding to the face image based on a preset face library.
With the development of image editing technology at present, people can edit contents in images at will, for example, people can shoot faces through a face-beautifying camera, so that a decorated face image is obtained. The edited face image often seriously affects the accuracy of face recognition, so that it is necessary to detect the authenticity of the input face image before determining the face identification based on the face image.
Specifically, when it is determined that the target test person triggers the retrieval operation of the retrieval recorder, the terminal can correspondingly display the face image acquisition page, so that the target test person can upload the face image of the target test person through the face image acquisition page, such as uploading the certificate of the target test person. Further, when the terminal obtains the face image of the target test person, the terminal inputs the face image into the pre-trained face authenticity detection model so that the face authenticity detection model carries out authenticity detection on the input face image. The true and false detection result of the face image may include that the face image is a false image and that the face image is a true image. When the face image is a false image, representing that part or all of the image content in the face image is edited; when the face image is a real image, it means that the image content in the face image is not edited.
Further, when the face image is received by the face authenticity detection model, the face authenticity detection model extracts image features in the face image, and based on the image features, a false area corresponding to edited image content in the face image is determined. Further, the face authenticity detection model generates a corresponding artifact map according to the false region. Wherein the image features are data that can reflect the authenticity of the image. The image characteristics can reflect one or more characteristic information of color value distribution, brightness value distribution, association relation among the pixel points of the image to be detected and the like. The false area refers to an image area corresponding to the edited image content in the image.
For example, an experimenter can beautify and adjust the face in the face image to obtain the edited face image. The face authenticity detection model may determine that the edited image content in the face image is a face based on the image features extracted from the face image, and accordingly, may determine that a false area corresponding to the edited image content is a face area. Further, the face authenticity detection model obtains a preset full-black image, and adjusts pixel values of all pixel points in a target area corresponding to the false area in the preset full-black image to obtain an artifact image corresponding to the face image.
Further, the face authenticity detection model counts the area of the false area in the artifact image, and determines the authenticity detection result of the face image based on the area. For example, determining the area of the false area according to each pixel point which is not completely black, judging the face image to be more false when the area of the area is larger than a preset area threshold, and judging the face image to be false when the area of the area is smaller than or equal to the preset area threshold.
Further, when the face image is determined to be true according to the true-false detection result, the terminal determines the target personnel identifier corresponding to the face image based on a preset face library. The face database is preset, and face images of test persons and person identifications corresponding to the face images are stored in the face database. When the face image is determined to be false according to the true-false detection result, the terminal acquires corresponding prompt information and displays the prompt information correspondingly so as to inform target test personnel of re-inputting the face image.
In this embodiment, the authenticity of the face image is detected before the person identifier is determined based on the face image, so that the accuracy of face recognition can be greatly improved, and the accuracy of the established association relationship is further improved.
In one embodiment, the step of generating the test ticket number corresponding to the nuclear power test to be performed includes: determining a test ticket number of a nuclear power test to be executed within a preset time from the current moment through a server; traversing the test ticket number through the server; determining the time difference between the generation time of the test ticket number of the current traversal sequence and the current moment through a server; and when the time difference is greater than or equal to a preset duration threshold, regenerating the test ticket number through the server according to the test information corresponding to the test ticket number of the current traversal sequence.
Specifically, before executing the nuclear power test, the server may generate a corresponding test ticket number for each nuclear power test to be executed, and update the test ticket number according to the generation time of generating the test ticket number. More specifically, the server determines a nuclear power test to be performed within a preset period of time from the current time, for example, determines the nuclear power test to be performed within 12 hours from the current time, and obtains a test ticket number of the nuclear power test to be performed. The server traverses the acquired test ticket numbers to be subjected to the nuclear power test, and determines the generation time of the test ticket numbers in the current traversal sequence. The server counts the time difference between the generation time of the test ticket number of the current traversal sequence and the current time, acquires the test information corresponding to the test ticket number of the current traversal sequence when the time difference is greater than or equal to the preset duration threshold value, and regenerates the test ticket number according to the test information.
In this embodiment, since the test information of the nuclear power test may be changed along with the lapse of time, the accuracy of the test ticket number may be effectively improved by determining the time difference between the generation time of the test ticket number and the current time and regenerating the test ticket number when the time difference is greater than or equal to the preset duration threshold.
In one embodiment, regenerating, by the server, the test ticket number according to the test information corresponding to the test ticket number of the current traversal order, including: acquiring test information corresponding to test ticket numbers of the current traversal sequence; dividing the test information based on a preset identifier to obtain at least one information fragment; determining the respective corresponding coding mode of each information fragment, and coding the corresponding information fragment according to the coding mode to obtain a corresponding test sub-identification code; determining the total number of the identification codes of the test sub-identification codes, and regenerating the test ticket number according to the total number of the identification codes and each test sub-identification code.
Specifically, when generating a corresponding test ticket number according to test information of a nuclear power experiment, the server can determine component parts of the test information, encode each component part by using different encoding modes to obtain test sub-identification codes corresponding to the component parts, and combine the test sub-identification codes and the total number of the test sub-identification codes to obtain the test ticket number. For example, when the test information comprises a test name of a nuclear power test and a work order identifier of a test work order, the server encodes the test name according to an A encoding rule, and adds an analysis serial number corresponding to the A encoding rule to the encoded test name to obtain a first test sub-identifier code; the server encodes the work order identifier according to the B encoding rule, and adds the analysis serial number corresponding to the B encoding rule to the encoded work order identifier to obtain a second test sub-identifier code; the server combines the total number of the test sub-identification codes, the first test sub-identification code and the second test sub-identification code to obtain an intermediate result, and converts the intermediate result into a graphic code or a bar code to obtain a corresponding test ticket number.
In this embodiment, different components of the test information are encoded by using different encoding modes to obtain test ticket numbers, so that the difference between the generated test ticket numbers can be effectively increased.
In one embodiment, the association relationship is used for storing the target personnel identifier and the target test ticket number in association with the test video when obtaining the test video which is uploaded by the target recorder and shot for the nuclear power test, and the association relationship comprises the following steps: when a test video which is uploaded by a target recorder and shot for a nuclear power test is obtained, determining a target personnel identifier and a target test ticket number corresponding to the target recorder according to the association relation by a server; and setting the target personnel identification and the target test ticket number as the video name of the test video through the server.
Specifically, when the server receives the test video uploaded by the target recorder, the server determines a target personnel identifier and a target test ticket number corresponding to the target recorder identifier of the target recorder according to the association relationship, and takes the target personnel identifier and the target test ticket number as the video name of the test video.
In this embodiment, by using the target personnel identifier and the target test ticket number as the video names of the test videos, when video playback is required, the corresponding target test videos can be quickly queried according to the target personnel identifier and/or the target test ticket number.
In one embodiment, the nuclear power test includes at least one test procedure; the ticket holding test method further comprises the following steps:
step S302, when the nuclear power test compound disc operation is triggered, a test ticket number of a nuclear power test to be compound disc is obtained, and a target test video of the nuclear power test to be compound disc is determined according to the test ticket number of the nuclear power test to be compound disc.
Step S304, traversing at least one video frame in the target test video, and identifying the current operation equipment part in each traversed video frame.
Step S306, when the current operation equipment part in the traversed video frame belongs to the target equipment part of the nuclear power test of the disk to be multiplexed, determining the traversed video frame as a target video frame.
Step S308, determining the acquisition time of each target video frame;
and step S310, dividing the target test video according to the acquisition time and the current operation equipment part in the target video frame to obtain at least one video segment, and displaying the video segment correspondingly.
Wherein each test procedure corresponds to a target equipment part. The target equipment part refers to a key part in nuclear power equipment to be tested in a nuclear power test, one nuclear power equipment can comprise a plurality of key parts, each test procedure of the nuclear power test can be respectively tested for one key part, for example, when the current nuclear power test is to be tested for the A test equipment, the A1 key part in the A test equipment can be tested through the a test procedure, the A2 key part in the A test equipment can be tested through the b test procedure, and when the key part needs to be tested, a tester is required to operate the key part necessarily, so that a test video can be segmented based on the current operation equipment part in a video frame, and each test segment is a segment tested for one key part.
Specifically, when a tester needs to multiplex the nuclear power test, a test ticket number of the nuclear power test to be multiplexed can be input into the terminal, so that the terminal can send the test ticket number to the server, the server can inquire a corresponding target test video based on the test ticket number, and the target test video is returned to the terminal. Further, when the terminal obtains the target test video, traversing a plurality of video frames in the target test video, and identifying the current operation equipment parts in each traversed video frame. The current operating equipment part refers to the equipment part which is operated by the tester. The terminal can detect the current operation equipment part in the video frame based on a preset equipment part detection algorithm, so as to determine the equipment part operated by the tester. The equipment part detection algorithm can be customized according to requirements, for example, the current operation equipment part can be identified based on an image identification algorithm in matlab, or the current operation equipment part can be identified based on an image identification algorithm in OpenCV.
Further, the terminal judges whether the current operation equipment part in the currently traversed video frame belongs to a target equipment part corresponding to the nuclear power test to be reworked, if so, the currently traversed video frame is used as a target video frame, and if not, the currently traversed video frame is suspended to be used as the target video frame. In the process of recording the nuclear power test by the recorder, the recorder can acquire the current time point in real time, takes the current time point as the acquisition time and embeds the acquisition time point into a video frame acquired at the current time point, so that when the target test video needs to be segmented based on the target video frame, the terminal can read the embedded acquisition time from the target video frame, takes the acquisition time of the target video as the segmentation time point and segments the target test video based on the segmentation time point to acquire at least one video segment. For example, when the acquisition time of the target video frame 1 is 10:03, the acquisition time of the target video frame 2 is 10:05, the acquisition time of the target video frame 3 is 10:15, and the acquisition time period of the target test video is 10:00-10:30, the server divides the target test video according to 10:03, 10:05, and 10:15, so as to obtain a video segment of 10:00 (including) -10:03 (including), a video segment of 10:03 (excluding) -10:05 (including), a video segment of 10:03 (excluding) -10:15 (including), and 10:15 (excluding) -10:30 (inclusive) video clips.
Further, the terminal sorts the video clips according to the ascending order of the collection time of the video clips to obtain a video clip sequence, traverses the video clips in the video clip sequence according to the sorting, determines whether the current operation equipment part in the target video frame in the video clip in the current traversal order is consistent with the current operation equipment part in the target video frame in the next traversal order, and if so, merges the video clip in the current traversal order with the video clip in the next traversal order. For example, in the above example, when the target video frame 1 coincides with the current operation device part in the target video frame 2, the server merges the video segment of 10:00 (including) -10:03 (including) with the video segment of 10:03 (excluding) -10:05 (including), resulting in the video segment of 10:00 (including) -10:05 (including).
Further, the terminal determines the current operation equipment part in the target video frame contained in the video fragment, and takes the part identification of the current operation equipment part as the fragment name of the corresponding video fragment, so that a nuclear power tester can quickly inquire the video fragment of the to-be-multiplexed disk according to the fragment name.
In the embodiment, the target test video is segmented, so that a nuclear power test person can quickly inquire the video segment of the disc to be multiplexed, and the whole test video does not need to be checked from head to tail.
