A wall-mounted fresh air host machine is characterized by comprising a wall-mounted shell (1), an upper mounting plate (2), upper mounting holes (3), a lower mounting plate (4), lower mounting holes (5), a fresh air fan (6), an L-shaped lead-in pipe (7), a fresh air filter frame structure (8) convenient to disassemble, a noise reduction device (9) for an air inlet/outlet pipe, a lead-out pipe (10), an upper connecting pipe (11), a beam splitting reinforcing pipe structure (12), a transverse conveying pipe (13), a lower connecting pipe (14) and an adjustable lead-in frame structure (15), wherein the wall-mounted upper mounting plate (2) is welded on the left side and the right side of the upper part of the shell (1); the upper side mounting hole (3) is formed in the middle of the upper side mounting plate (2); the lower side mounting plates (4) are welded at the left side and the right side of the lower part of the wall-mounted shell (1); the lower side mounting hole (5) is formed in the middle of the lower side mounting plate (4); the fresh air fan (6) is arranged on the upper part of the inner side of the wall-mounted shell (1) through bolts; the L-shaped lead-in pipe (7) is arranged at the air inlet of the front side of the fresh air fan (6) through a bolt; the easy-to-detach fresh air filter frame structure (8) is arranged on the left lower side in the wall-mounted shell (1) and is also arranged on the left side of the L-shaped lead-in pipe (7); the noise reduction device (9) of the air inlet and outlet pipe is arranged on the left side of the easy-to-disassemble fresh air filter frame structure (8) and the left side of the transverse conveying pipe (13); the delivery pipe (10) is arranged at the upper part of the right side of the fresh air fan (6) by a screw; the upper connecting pipe (11) is mounted on the upper part of the right side of the wall-mounted shell (1) through a screw and is connected with the right side of the delivery pipe (10) through a screw; the beam splitting reinforcing pipe structure (12) is arranged on the right side of the upper connecting pipe (11); the transverse conveying pipe (13) is embedded in the lower part of the wall-mounted shell (1); the lower connecting pipe (14) is arranged on the right side of the transverse conveying pipe (13) through a screw; the adjustable lead-in frame structure (15) is arranged on the right side of the beam splitting reinforcing pipe structure (12); the air inlet and outlet pipe noise reduction device (9) comprises a noise reduction pipe (91), a connecting cover (92), a longitudinal partition net (93), a left connecting ring (94), a right connecting ring (95) and a sound absorption cotton layer (96), wherein the left connecting ring (94) is arranged on the left side inside the noise reduction pipe (91); the right connecting ring (95) is arranged on the right side inside the noise reduction pipe (91); the sound absorption cotton layer (96) is arranged on the inner sides of the left connecting ring (94) and the right connecting ring (95) through screws.
