1. A central flue air volume control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
starting an indoor range hood, and detecting whether the indoor range hood has smoke leakage in real time;
if the indoor range hood has no smoke leakage, the indoor range hood reduces the air quantity until the minimum air quantity which enables the indoor range hood to keep no smoke leakage is reached; otherwise, the indoor smoke machine increases the air quantity and reports the smoke leakage information to the outdoor control system;
and after receiving the smoke leakage information, the outdoor control system controls the outdoor main fan to start, and the outdoor main fan operates at a certain gear, so that the reported indoor smoke machine has no smoke leakage, and meanwhile, the indoor smoke machine which is not reported further reduces the air volume until the minimum air volume which ensures that the indoor smoke machine which is not reported keeps no smoke leakage is reached.
2. The method for controlling the air volume of the central flue according to claim 1, wherein the outdoor main blower is operated at a certain gear, so that the reported indoor range hood has no smoke leakage, and the indoor range hood which has not been reported further reduces the air volume until reaching the minimum air volume which can keep the indoor range hood which has not been reported to have no smoke leakage, specifically comprising:
after the outdoor main fan operates at a certain gear, if the indoor range hood still has smoke leakage, the outdoor main fan further increases the air quantity and continuously operates at the gear after the air quantity is increased, so that the reported indoor range hood has no smoke leakage, and meanwhile, the indoor range hood which is not reported further reduces the air quantity until the minimum air quantity which ensures that the indoor range hood which is not reported keeps no smoke leakage is reached;
if the outdoor main fan runs at a certain gear, and if the indoor range hood has no smoke leakage, the outdoor main fan continuously runs at the current gear, and meanwhile, the indoor range hood which is not reported further reduces the air volume until the minimum air volume which enables the indoor range hood which is not reported to keep no smoke leakage is reached.
3. The method of controlling central stack air volume according to claim 1, wherein the outdoor control system, after receiving the information of smoke leakage, further comprises:
and the outdoor control system counts the reported number of the indoor smoke machines and determines the operating gear of the outdoor main fan according to the reported number of the indoor smoke machines.
4. The central flue air volume control method according to claim 3, wherein the gears of the outdoor main fans are adjusted if the number N of reported indoor smoke machines reaches a number threshold N, wherein the number threshold N is the number of reported indoor smoke machines required when the gears of the outdoor main fans need to be adjusted.
5. The central flue air volume control method according to claim 3, wherein if the reported number of indoor smoke machines is large, the outdoor main fan operates at a high level; otherwise, the engine is operated in a low gear.
6. The central flue air volume control method according to claim 3, wherein if only one indoor range hood reports, the outdoor main fan operates at the lowest gear.
7. The method for controlling the air volume of the central flue according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein after the indoor range hood is started, whether the indoor range hood runs smoke or not is detected in real time, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
the indoor cigarette machine starts, the electric check valve of the indoor cigarette machine is synchronously opened to the maximum angle, and whether the indoor cigarette machine runs the cigarette or not is detected in real time.
8. A central flue air volume control system is characterized by comprising indoor smoke machines (1) arranged on each floor, an outdoor control system and a smoke sensing assembly (3);
the smoke sensing assembly (3) is connected with each indoor cigarette machine (1) and used for detecting whether the indoor cigarette machines (1) run smoke or not; the outdoor control system comprises outdoor main fans (2) arranged at air outlets of the common flue (4), is in communication connection with each indoor smoke machine (1) and is used for controlling the opening, closing and gear adjustment of the outdoor main fans (2) according to received information sent by the indoor smoke machines (1).

The central flue air volume control system according to claim 8, wherein the smoke sensing component (3) is installed at the bottom of the smoke collecting hood of the indoor smoke machine (1), the smoke sensing component (3) is provided with a light source transmitting end and a light source receiving end, the light source transmitting end is used for transmitting light, the light source receiving end is used for receiving light, and the light is connected end to end along the bottom edge of the smoke collecting hood to form a smoke detection area.
10. Central flue air volume control system according to claim 9, characterized in that the smoke sensing assembly (3) comprises a first connector (31), a second connector (32) and two third connectors (33);
