Referring to fig. 1 and 2, one embodiment of the present invention provides an electric counter key including a key head 300, a key handle 100, and a reversible ratchet mechanism 200.
The key handle 100 comprises a handle 120 and a head 110 connected with the handle 120, wherein the head 110 is provided with a chamber 111; the direction-changeable ratchet mechanism 200 is arranged in the accommodating chamber 111, and the direction-changeable ratchet mechanism 200 comprises a ratchet wheel 210, a switching piece 240, a first elastic piece 221 for preventing the ratchet wheel 210 from rotating in the forward direction and a second elastic piece 222 for preventing the ratchet wheel 210 from rotating in the reverse direction; a key head connecting part 250 extending out of the accommodating chamber 111 is arranged in the axial direction of the ratchet 210, and the key head connecting part 250 is connected with the key head 300; outer ratchet teeth 211 are arranged on the ratchet wheel 210 in the circumferential direction; the first elastic abutting piece 221 and the second elastic abutting piece 222 are abutted with the outer ratchet teeth 211; the switching member 240 is rotatably connected in the accommodating chamber 111, and the switching member 240 is used for separating one of the first abutting member 221 and the second abutting member 222 from the outer ratchet teeth 211.
In this embodiment, when the first abutting member 221 and the second abutting member 222 abut against the outer ratchet teeth 211, the ratchet 210 cannot rotate, and the key head 300 and the key handle 100 rotate synchronously. When the position and angle of the key handle 100 need to be adjusted, the switch member 240 is rotated, and the first abutting member 221 or the second abutting member 222 of the switch member 240 is separated from the outer ratchet teeth 211, so that the key handle 100 can rotate in the direction opposite to the unlocking direction with respect to the key head 300, and at this time, the ratchet 210 cannot rotate in the unlocking direction. When the key handle 100 is rotated to an angle convenient for exerting force, the key handle 100 is rotated according to the unlocking direction, and the key head 300 and the key handle 100 rotate synchronously, so that the effect of labor saving during unlocking is achieved.
Referring to fig. 1, specifically, in a state that the ratchet 210 can only rotate in the forward direction but cannot rotate in the reverse direction, the switching member 240 abuts against the first abutting member 221 so that the first abutting member 221 does not abut against the outer ratchet teeth 211 any more, that is, the first abutting member 221 is separated from the outer ratchet teeth 211; the second elastic member 222 abuts against the outer ratchet teeth 211.
In this embodiment, when the electrical cabinet key is rotated reversely to open the electrical cabinet, the switching member 240 is rotated to make the switching member 240 abut against the first abutting member 221 so as to separate the first abutting member 221 from the outer ratchet teeth 211. When the key handle 100 rotates to an angle not convenient for force application, the key handle 100 is rotated in a forward direction, and when the ratchet 210 rotates in a forward direction, the key head 300 does not rotate and the key handle 100 rotates until the key handle 100 rotates to an angle convenient for force application, and then the key head 300 and the key handle 100 rotate in the reverse direction. Thereby achieving the effect of saving labor.
Referring to fig. 2, in a state that the ratchet 210 can only rotate in the reverse direction but cannot rotate in the forward direction, the switching member 240 abuts against the second abutting member 222 so that the second abutting member 222 does not abut against the outer ratchet teeth 211 any more, that is, the second abutting member 222 is separated from the outer ratchet teeth 211; the first elastic member 221 abuts against the outer ratchet teeth 211. The use method is the same as above and is not detailed.
Further, the first elastic member 231 for pushing the first elastic member 221 toward the ratchet 210 is connected to the first elastic member 221; one end of the first elastic member 231 is connected to one side of the first elastic member 221 away from the ratchet wheel 210, and the other end of the first elastic member 231 is connected to the chamber wall of the accommodating chamber 111; the second elastic member 232 is connected to the second elastic member 222 for pushing the second elastic member 222 to the ratchet 210; one end of the second elastic member 232 is connected to a side of the second elastic member 222 away from the ratchet 210, and the other end of the second elastic member 232 is connected to a chamber wall of the accommodating chamber 111. The first elastic member 231 and the second elastic member 232 are both springs.
In this embodiment, the switch 240 is rotated to make the switch 240 abut against the first elastic member 221, and make the first elastic member 221 move away from the ratchet 210. When the switching member 240 is no longer abutted against the first elastic member 221, the first elastic member 221 is reset to the position abutting against the outer ratchet teeth 211 under the action of the first elastic member 231. Similarly, the switch 240 is rotated to make the switch 240 abut against the second elastic member 222, and the second elastic member 222 moves away from the ratchet 210. When the switching member 240 is no longer abutted against the second elastic member 222, the second elastic member 222 is reset to the position abutting against the outer ratchet teeth 211 under the action of the second elastic member 232.
Further, the switching member 240 is rotatably connected in the accommodating chamber 111 through a rotating shaft 241, and a distal end of the rotating shaft 241 extends out of the accommodating chamber 111. The switching member 240 can be conveniently operated by rotating the rotating shaft 241, so that the switching member 240 is switched between a state of abutting against the first elastic member 231 and a state of abutting against the second elastic member 232.
Further, the key head connecting portion 250 is magnetically connected to the key head 300. A plurality of different key heads 300 can be assembled by one key handle 100. The key head 300 is convenient to replace by magnetically connecting the key head connecting part 250 arranged on the key handle 100 with the key head 300, the key head 300 only needs to be aligned with the key head connecting part 250, the replacement time is saved, and the key head connecting part 250 is not threaded, so that the key head connecting part 250 is not easy to wear in the rotating process.
In addition, the reversible ratchet mechanism 200 can save more labor in the rotary unlocking process of the electric cabinet key, so that the key head 300 and the key head connecting part 250 which are connected in a magnetic attraction manner are not easy to separate due to excessive force in the unlocking process.
Referring to fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the key head attachment portion 250 is provided with a permanent magnet 251, and the tail portion of the key head 300 is made of a magnetic material, particularly, steel.
Referring to fig. 4, of course, in other embodiments, the tail portion of the key head 300 may be provided with a permanent magnet 251, and the key head connection portion 250 may be made of a magnetic material, specifically, steel.
Referring to fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the tail portion of the key head 300 is provided with a first cavity 310, and the key head connection portion 250 is inserted into the first cavity 310. Specifically, the key bit attachment portion 250 is prismatic such that the key bit attachment portion 250 becomes lodged in the first chamber 310 during rotational unlocking of the electrical counter key.
Referring to fig. 4, of course, in other embodiments, a second chamber 320 is disposed at an end of the key head connecting portion 250 away from the accommodating chamber 111, and the key head 300 is inserted into the second chamber 320.
Referring to fig. 5, in addition, the electric cabinet spoon may further include an extension handle 400, a first connection portion 121 is disposed at an end of the grip handle 120 away from the head portion 110, and a second connection portion 410 matched with the first connection portion 121 is disposed at an end of the extension handle 400. The first connection portion 121 and the second connection portion 410 may be connected by a screw connection, a snap connection, or the like, so that the extension handle 400 is connected to the grip handle 120.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and the present invention shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention as long as the technical effects of the present invention are achieved by the same means.
