Abstract

The roadbed 1 on two sides of the top ends of the first cooling water channel 3 and the second cooling water channel 4 is provided with a connecting groove, a supporting steel plate 6 is embedded in the connecting groove, and the thickness of the supporting steel plate 6 is not less than 3 cm; the supporting steel plate 6 is provided with a plurality of air holes 601 which longitudinally penetrate through the supporting steel plate 6, and the air holes 601 are communicated with the first cooling water channel 3 or the second cooling water channel 4; an asphalt layer 7 is laid on the upper end face of the roadbed 1 and the upper end face of the supporting steel plate 6, and the thickness of the asphalt layer 7 is 10-15 cm.
The supporting steel plates are arranged above the first cooling water channel and the second cooling water channel, so that the gravity of passing vehicles is directly transmitted to the roadbed through the supporting steel plates, the first cooling water channel and the second cooling water channel cannot be damaged, the structural stability of the roadbed can be improved, and the condition that the roadbed supporting structure is influenced due to the arrangement of the first cooling water channel and the second cooling water channel on the roadbed is avoided; the using effect of the invention is further improved.
A plurality of water spraying assemblies 5 are arranged in the water storage tank 2, and the plurality of water spraying assemblies 5 are arranged at equal intervals along the length directions of the first cooling water channel 3 and the second cooling water channel 4; the water spraying assembly 5 comprises a stand column 501, a water pump and a spray head 502, the bottom end of the stand column 501 is fixedly connected in the water storage tank 2, the spray head 502 is connected to the top end of the stand column 501, the water pump is arranged inside the stand column 501, and the water pump is connected with the spray head 502 through a pipeline.

The water spraying assembly comprises a first water inlet pipe 503 and a second water inlet pipe 504, a first water control electromagnetic valve is arranged on the first water inlet pipe 503, a second water control electromagnetic valve is arranged on the second water inlet pipe 504, one ends of the first water inlet pipe 503 and the second water inlet pipe 504 are both connected with a water pump, the other end of the first water inlet pipe 503 is communicated with a water supply pipeline, and the other end of the second water inlet pipe 504 is positioned at the bottom end inside the water storage tank.
The design of the first water inlet pipe and the second water inlet pipe enables the water pump to carry out water taking operation from a water supply pipeline and also carry out water taking operation from the water storage tank, so that water resources in the water storage tank can be effectively utilized for continuous recycling, the situation of water resource waste is avoided, and the using effect of the water pump is further improved.
The water spraying assembly further comprises a controller, and the controller is connected with the water pump, the first water control electromagnetic valve, the second water control electromagnetic valve and a water level sensor arranged inside the water storage tank 2 through lines.
The controller can detect whether water exists in the water storage tank or not through the water level sensor, when water exists in the water storage tank, the controller can control the second water control electromagnetic valve to be opened, the first water control electromagnetic valve is closed, and the water pump is enabled to take water from the water storage tank and supply water to the spray head for spraying and cooling; when the water level sensor detects that no water exists in the water storage tank, the controller controls the second water control electromagnetic valve to be closed, the first water control electromagnetic valve is opened, the water pump carries out water taking from the water supply pipeline and supplies the spray head to spray water for cooling, and when the water level sensor detects that water flows are refilled in the water storage tank, the controller controls the water pump again to replace the water taking pipeline; the water resource can be saved to the maximum extent, and the use effect of the invention is further improved.
