As shown in fig. 1 to 8, an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention proposes a door assembly 100 for a laundry treating apparatus 200. The door assembly 100 includes a first door 20, a second door 30, and a holding member. Specifically, the holding member is provided on the second door 30, and the second door 30 receives the first door 20 via the holding member.
According to the door body assembly 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, it includes the first door body 20 and the second door body 30, and the second door body 30 can receive the first door body 20 through the holding member provided thereon. Therefore, the first door 20 can be opened by allowing the second door 30 to receive the first door 20, that is, the door assembly 100 is partially opened, and at this time, the user can put clothes into or take clothes out of the clothes treatment apparatus. The operation of taking and placing the clothes can be realized without opening the door body assembly 100 completely by a user, and the door opening mode of turning is avoided, so that the door opening process has a labor-saving effect.
It is understood that the laundry treating apparatus 200 may be any one of a washing machine, a dryer, and the like, which can perform a specific treatment on laundry.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the door assembly 100 further includes a door support frame 10, and an opening 101 is formed on the door support frame 10 to allow laundry to enter and exit the laundry treating apparatus 200. The holding member is provided at the bottom of the second door body 30. The door assembly 100 has a first state in which the first door body 20 and the second door body 30 are arranged side by side on the door support frame 10 and cover the opening 101, and a second state in which the door assembly 100 is in the second state in which the first door body 20 is received below the second door body 30 through a holding member so that a part of the opening 101 is exposed. In this embodiment, when the door assembly 100 is in the first state, the first door body 20 and the second door body 30 are arranged side by side on the door supporting frame 10 and cover the opening 101 on the door supporting frame 10, at this time, the door assembly 100 is in the closed state, when the door assembly 100 is in the second state, the first door body 20 is accommodated below the second door body 30 through the retaining member, so that a part of the opening 101 is exposed, at this time, the first door body 20 is in the open state, and a user can put clothes into the laundry treatment apparatus 200 or take the clothes out of the laundry treatment apparatus 200 through the exposed part of the opening 101.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the holding member is an accommodating groove 32 capable of accommodating at least a portion of the first door 20, and the first door 20 can be stably accommodated below the second door 30 through the accommodating groove 32 disposed at the bottom of the second door 30, so that the first door 20 and the second door 30 are in a vertically overlapped state.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the receiving groove 32 includes an L-shaped supporting plate 321, the supporting plate 321 is fixed to the bottom of the second door 30, and the L-shaped supporting plate 321 forms a main body of the receiving groove 32, which encloses a groove cavity for receiving at least a portion of the first door 20 with the bottom surface of the second door 30.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the receiving groove 32 further includes a guide 322 disposed on the support plate 321, the guide 322 is disposed at a distance from the second door body 30, and the distance between the guide 322 and the second door body 30 is configured to gradually narrow from the notch of the receiving groove 32 to the depth of the receiving groove 32. In this embodiment, the guide 322 is used for guiding, so that the first door 20 can easily enter the accommodating groove 32, and in addition, the distance between the guide 322 and the second door 30 is configured to gradually narrow from the notch of the accommodating groove 32 to the depth of the accommodating groove 32, so that the first door 20 can be clamped between the guide 322 and the second door 30 when entering the depth of the accommodating groove 32, and the first door 20 is stably accommodated below the second door 30.
Further, the guiding element 322 may be a plurality of guiding pieces spaced apart. In this embodiment, the guiding elements 322 are spaced apart to reduce the overall weight of the door assembly 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 6, a slide rail 11 for supporting the first door body 20 and allowing the first door body 20 to slide is formed on the door supporting frame 10, the slide rail 11 includes a first rail section 111, a second rail section 112 and a third rail section 113 connected in sequence, a rail surface of the first rail section 111 is lower than a rail surface of the third rail section 113 in a vertical direction, and the second rail section 112 is obliquely disposed between the first rail section 111 and the third rail section 113. In this embodiment, when the door assembly 100 is in the first state, the first door body 20 is located on the third track section 113, and at this time, the first door body 20 and the second door body 30 are located at the same height position, and since the track surface of the first track section 111 is lower than the track surface of the third track section 113 in the vertical direction, after the first door body 20 slides from the third track section 113 to the first track section 111, the position of the first door body 20 in the height direction is lowered, so that the first door body 20 can slide below the second door body 30. That is, the present embodiment implements a process of changing the position of the first door body 20 from being flush with the second door body 30 in height to being overlapped to the lower side of the second door body 30 by making the slide rail 11 have a height difference in the sliding direction of the first door body 20.
In addition, the second track section 112 is obliquely arranged between the first track section 111 and the third track section 113, so that the height change process of the first door body 20 can be relatively gentle, and the first door body 20 is prevented from violently colliding with the track 11 in the process of sliding from the third track section 113 to the first track section 111.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the door supporting frame 10 includes a frame body 102 and a cover plate 103 covering the frame body 102, the sliding rail 11 is formed on the frame body 102, and the cover plate 103 and the frame body 102 can be connected by a snap connection. Further, in order to enhance the connection firmness between the frame body 102 and the cover plate 103, a plurality of buckles are arranged at intervals.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a protruding portion 21 is disposed at the bottom of the first door body 20, and the protruding portion 21 contacts with the sliding rail 11 to support the first door body 20 on the sliding rail 11. In the present embodiment, the convex portion 21 is used as a contact point between the first door body 20 and the slide rail 11, so that the first door body 20 can be relatively gently changed from one track segment to another track segment. This is because, if the first door body 20 is entirely in contact with the track 11, in the process that the first door body 20 slides down from the third track section 113 to the first track section 111, one end of the first door body 20 close to the first track section 111 may be separated from the slide rail 11, and when most of the first door body 20 leaves the third track section 113, a part of the first door body 20 may be in contact with the first track section 111 again, and at this time, an impact may occur. The convex portion 21 is arranged to delay the separation of the first door body 20 from the track 11 and advance the contact of the first door body 20 with the first track section 111, so as to weaken the impact and prolong the service life of the first door body 20.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the second door body 30 is rotatably coupled to the door support frame 10 such that the second door body 30 can be opened by being turned over. Specifically, the first door 20 may be accommodated under the second door 30 through the holding member, and then the second door 30 is turned over, at this time, the second door 30 drives the first door 20 to turn over together, so as to expose all the openings 101, and maximize the entrance area and the exit area of the clothes. The present embodiment may provide more choices for the user, and if the space available for the laundry treating apparatus 200 in the user's home is small, the user may open the first door 20 to perform the laundry taking and placing operation. If the space in the user's home is relatively spacious, the user can select the door opening mode according to actual conditions, for example, when the clothes to be processed are few, the first door body 20 can be opened so as to take and place the clothes, when the clothes to be processed are many, the second door body 30 can drive the first door body 20 to turn over together, so that the opening 101 is completely exposed, and the speed of taking and placing the clothes is improved.
Further, a rotating shaft 32 (refer to fig. 3) may be provided on the second door body 30, and a mounting hole 12 (refer to fig. 6) for supporting the rotating shaft 32 and allowing the rotating shaft 32 to rotate may be provided on the door supporting frame 10, thereby achieving the rotatable connection between the second door body 30 and the door supporting frame 10.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the door assembly 100 further includes a quick-connection component for enabling the first door body 20 to be connected with the second door body 30, and when the first door body 20 is received below the second door body 30, the first door body 20 can be quickly connected with the second door body 30 through the quick-connection component, so that the attachment stability of the first door body 20 to the second door body 30 is improved, and the first door body 20 is prevented from falling off in the process of turning over along with the second door body 30. Further, the quick-connection part can be a fastening tape or a hook and the like.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the door assembly 100 further includes a handle 40, the handle 40 is disposed on the first door body 20, and the handle 40 is disposed to facilitate the position control of the first door body 20 by the user. Further, a catching groove 41 is formed in the handle 40, and when the first door 20 slides to a lower side of the second door 30, the catching groove 41 is engaged with an edge of the second door 30. In the present embodiment, the locking groove 41 provided on the handle 40 can realize the quick connection between the first door body 20 and the second door body 30, and therefore, the handle 40 also functions as a quick connection component.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 9, a locking groove 52 is formed on the door supporting frame 10, a locking protrusion 51 is formed on the first door body 20, and the locking protrusion 51 is engaged in the locking groove 52 when the door assembly 100 is in the first state, so that the first door body 20 does not slide in the closed state, thereby preventing the door from being closed untightly.
Further, the locking protrusion 51 is disposed at the bottom of the first door body 20, the notch of the locking groove 52 faces upward, and when the door assembly 100 is in the first state, the locking protrusion 51 falls into the locking groove 52, thereby achieving locking between the first door body 20 and the door support frame 10. When the first door body 20 needs to be opened, the first door body 20 needs to be lifted first, so that the locking protrusion 51 leaves the locking groove 52, and then the first door body 20 is pushed to slide along the slide rail 11 toward the second door body 30.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a flange structure 33 is disposed at the bottom of the second door 30, and the flange structure 33 supports the second door 30 on the door supporting frame 10, so that the second door 30 is stably placed on the door supporting frame 10 in a closed state.
As shown in fig. 8 to 11, the embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention proposes a laundry treating apparatus 200 including a cabinet 210 and a door assembly 100, wherein a laundry treating chamber is formed in the cabinet 210, and the door assembly 100 is the door assembly 100 of any of the above embodiments.
The laundry treating apparatus 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention is under the same inventive concept as the door assembly 100 provided in the above embodiment, and thus has the same advantageous effects as the same.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, the door supporting frame 10 is rotatably disposed on the cabinet 210, so that the door supporting frame 10, together with the first door panel 20 and the second door panel 30, can be turned over with respect to the cabinet 210, thereby expanding the entrance and exit of the laundry treating cavity to be larger, which is beneficial to taking and placing laundry when the amount of laundry is large.
Further, a damper 220 (refer to fig. 2) may be provided between the door support frame 10 and the cabinet 210 based on a case where the door support frame 10 is rotatably provided on the cabinet 210. If the door supporting frame 10 can rotate freely relative to the box 210, when the door supporting frame 10 is closed, the door supporting frame 10 is likely to collide with the box 210 due to the excessively high rotation speed of the door supporting frame 10, and once the door supporting frame 10 is provided with the first door body 20, the second door body 30 and other parts, the box 210 or the door assembly 10 is likely to be damaged by collision. In order to avoid the above situation, in the present embodiment, the damper 220 is disposed between the door support frame 10 and the box 210, so that the door support frame 10 is subjected to a certain damping effect when being closed and turned over, and the rotation speed of the door support frame 10 is reduced, so that the door support frame 10 is not easily collided with the box 210.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, the door supporting frame 10 is fixedly disposed on the cabinet 210, that is, the door supporting frame 10 does not have a degree of freedom for rotating relative to the cabinet 210, and the clothes entrance and exit are opened only by sliding the first door 20 or turning the first door 20 driven by the second door 30. In this embodiment, the damper 220 is not required to be disposed between the door supporting frame 10 and the cabinet 210, so that the door supporting frame 10 and the opening 101 can be made larger in size, thereby expanding the area of the clothes entrance/exit relative to the area of the clothes entrance/exit (the clothes entrance/exit of the existing equipment).
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
