wherein, fabric hinge location and heating device are used for carrying out location and heating to the fabric, fabric hinge location and heating device includes: the device comprises a group of guide rails arranged on a main platform along the horizontal direction, a sliding block connected to the guide rails in a sliding way, a bottom supporting plate arranged on the sliding block, a bottom supporting plate displacement cylinder arranged on the bottom supporting plate, a fabric positioning assembly, a heating assembly and a pressure maintaining assembly; the piston rod of the bottom support plate displacement cylinder is fixedly connected with a connecting push plate through a floating joint, the connecting push plate is arranged on the main frame, and the bottom support plate displacement cylinder drives the bottom support plate to slide on the guide rail through a sliding block; the fabric positioning assembly is vertically arranged in the middle of the bottom supporting plate, a group of two pressure maintaining assemblies are symmetrically arranged on the bottom supporting plates on two sides of the fabric positioning assembly, and the pressure maintaining assemblies are used for bending and shaping fabrics on the fabric positioning assembly; the two heating assemblies are symmetrically arranged on bottom supporting plates at two sides of the fabric positioning assembly in a lifting mode, and the heating assemblies are used for heating fabrics on the fabric positioning assembly;
wherein, pre-compaction turn-ups subassembly is used for carrying out heating pre-compaction and heating back turn-ups to the fabric on the fabric hinge location and the heating device, pre-compaction turn-ups subassembly includes: the device comprises an inserting sheet lifting cylinder, an inserting sheet pressing plate, a pre-pressing plate, two pre-pressing plates, two pre-pressing lifting cylinders, an inserting sheet pressing plate and an inserting sheet pressing plate, wherein the inserting sheet lifting cylinder is arranged at the top of a main platform of a main frame through an inserting sheet cylinder mounting plate, the pre-pressing lifting cylinder is arranged at the top of the main platform of the main frame through a pre-pressing cylinder mounting plate, the inserting sheet pressing plate is arranged on a piston rod of the inserting sheet lifting cylinder, the pre-pressing plates are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the inserting sheet lifting cylinder, the inserting sheet pressing plate is positioned above the pre-pressing plate, the two pressing strips vertically extend downwards, and two strip-shaped penetrating holes are formed in the pre-pressing plate corresponding to the two pressing strips;

the pressure maintaining assembly comprises two pressure maintaining assemblies which are symmetrically arranged, and the pressure maintaining assemblies comprise: the device comprises a multi-position clamping cylinder, a pressure maintaining clamping plate, guide rods, a pressure maintaining support and support columns, wherein the pressure maintaining support is fixedly connected to the bottom support plate through a group of support columns, the pressure maintaining clamping plate is connected to the pressure maintaining support through a group of guide rods in a sliding mode, the multi-position clamping cylinder is arranged on the pressure maintaining support, a piston rod of the multi-position clamping cylinder pushes the pressure maintaining clamping plate to slide in the horizontal direction of the pressure maintaining support, and the pressure maintaining clamping plate is used for clamping fabrics on a fabric positioning assembly;
the pressure maintaining clamping plate is L-shaped, and the clamping end of the pressure maintaining clamping plate is propped against the fabric on the side face of the fabric positioning component.

The airbag case fabric hinge heating bending fixture of claim 1, wherein a set of heating assemblies comprises two symmetrically arranged heating assemblies, the two heating assemblies being respectively arranged between a fabric positioning assembly and two pressure maintaining assemblies, the heating assemblies comprising: the heating device comprises a heating lifting cylinder, a thermocouple mounting frame, a heating plate, a thermocouple, a heating plate fixing frame and a heating rod, wherein the heating plate fixing frame is fixedly connected to a piston rod of the heating lifting cylinder in the horizontal direction, the heating lifting cylinder drives the heating plate fixing frame to do lifting motion, the heating plate is mounted on the heating plate fixing frame, the heating rod is inserted inside the heating plate, the thermocouple mounting frame is mounted at the bottom of the heating plate fixing frame, and the thermocouple is mounted on the thermocouple mounting frame.

The airbag cassette fabric hinge heating and bending fixture of claim 1, wherein the fabric positioning assembly comprises: the positioning seat is vertically arranged on the bottom supporting plate, two groups of positioning pins are arranged on the positioning seat, heating lifting cylinder cushion blocks are arranged on two sides of the positioning seat, and the heating lifting cylinders are arranged on the heating lifting cylinder cushion blocks.

step S1: preparing a fabric to be bent, placing the fabric with the bending on a positioning seat on a fabric positioning assembly, and positioning four positioning pins on the positioning seat through positioning holes on the fabric;
step S2: the bottom supporting plate is driven by the bottom supporting plate displacement cylinder to be transferred to the lower part of the pre-pressing flanging component; the pre-pressing plate is driven to be pressed on the positioning seat by utilizing two pre-pressing lifting cylinders, and at the moment, the fabric is clamped between the pre-pressing plate and the positioning seat;
step S3: the heating lifting cylinder of the heating component is utilized to drive the heating plate fixing frame to lift to a position where the positioning seat is close to the fabric, the thermocouple on the heating plate fixing frame is utilized to control the heating rod to heat the fabric, and the heating component retracts after the fabric is heated;
step S4: the multi-position clamping cylinder of the pressure maintaining assembly is utilized to perform a first action to drive the pressure maintaining clamping plate to move to a position close to the positioning seat, but the pressure maintaining clamping plate is not propped against the side surface of the positioning seat; then, the inserting sheet lifting cylinder drives the inserting sheet pressing plate to descend, and a wing plate on the inserting sheet pressing plate penetrates through a strip-shaped penetrating hole on the pre-pressing plate to downwards squeeze and bend the fabric on the positioning seat;
step S5: the multi-position clamping cylinder of the pressure maintaining assembly performs a second action to drive the pressure maintaining clamping plate to prop against the side surface of the positioning seat, and the bending part of the fabric is positioned between the pressure maintaining clamping plate and the side surface of the positioning seat to perform pressure maintaining shaping;
