Abstract
The invention discloses a high heat-resistant, scratch-resistant and high weather-resistant PC/ABS high-brightness black material for automotive interior and a preparation method thereof, wherein the high heat-resistant, scratch-resistant and high weather-resistant PC/ABS high-brightness black material comprises Polycarbonate (PC), SAN resin, ABS rubber powder, a compatilizer, a light stabilizer, a heat stabilizer and color master batches; 65-80 parts by weight of PC resin; 5-10 parts of SAN resin; 5-10 parts of ABS rubber powder; 5-10 parts of a compatilizer; 0.3-1 part of light stabilizer; 0.3-1 part of heat stabilizer; 3-5 parts of color master batch. The technical scheme of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the high-brightness black PC/ABS material adopting the technical scheme has excellent heat resistance, scratch resistance and weather resistance, and can be used for automotive upholsteries.

Background

The prior automobile interior and exterior decoration products (including plastic parts) are generally sprayed by paint, the process is complicated, and the environment is greatly polluted. Because the surface of a sample piece is easy to generate weld lines and flow marks in the injection molding process of the spraying-free material, the surface hardness of the sample piece is low, and the scratch resistance of the material is poor, so that the current corresponding complete machine manufacturers mostly adopt the modes of spraying, covering, electroplating and the like on the surface of the sample piece to realize the effects of pearlescence, piano baking finish and the like, and simultaneously realize the properties of the surface hardness, scratch resistance and the like of the sample piece, but the implementation difficulty is high by adopting the spraying-free technology, such as: the defects of insufficient glossiness, weak appearance texture, poor coloring strength of the material and the like are particularly fatal defects that the surface hardness of the material is low, and the scratch resistance can not meet the use requirements of certain customers, so that the use of the spray-free material is influenced to a certain extent.
The invention provides a preparation method of a PC/ABS high-brightness black material which meets the application requirements of automotive interior and has high heat resistance, scratch resistance and high weather resistance.

A PC/ABS high-brightness black material with high heat resistance, scratch resistance and high weather resistance for automotive interior is prepared from 65-80 parts of PC resin; 5-10 parts of SAN resin; 5-10 parts of ABS rubber powder; 5-10 parts of a compatilizer; 0.3-1 part of light stabilizer; 0.3-1 part of heat stabilizer; 3-5 parts of color master batch.
The PC resin is synthesized by a phosgene method, the light transmittance of the PC resin is 87-91%, and the refractive index of the PC resin is 1.585. The PC resin is preferably LOTTE 1100 and Wanhua A1100.
The SAN resin is one or more of styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer systems. The SAN resin is preferably LG 80HF and Zhenjiang Qimei 138H.
The ABS rubber powder is one or two of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymers. The ABS rubber powder is preferably selected from Korean Jinhuu lake HR-181 and Taiwan national Qiao petrochemical PW-151.
The compatilizer is one or more of maleic anhydride grafted ABS or MBS. The compatilizer is preferably self-made ABS-g-MAH or Wen HW 102M.
The light stabilizer is one or more of benzotriazole and benzophenone light stabilizers.
The heat stabilizer is one or more of hindered phenol antioxidants and phosphate antioxidants.
The color master batch is one or more of organic black master batch, high-structure carbon black master batch and carbon nano tube black master batch. The color master batch is preferably XQB-9035 of Shanghai Xukun plastic cement raw material Co., Ltd and self-made carbon nanotube black master batch.
The preparation method of the PC/ABS high-brightness black material with high heat resistance, scratch resistance and high weather resistance comprises the following steps:
1) weighing the raw materials according to the formula;
2) after being mixed, the dried raw materials are continuously and uniformly added into a main machine cylinder of a double-screw extruder with the screw diameter of 35mm and the length-diameter ratio L/D of 40 by a double-screw feeder, the temperature of the main machine cylinder is controlled by sections from a feed inlet to a machine head outlet, the temperature is 120 ℃, 250 ℃, 245 ℃, 240 ℃ and 240 ℃, the rotating speed of the double screws is 500 revolutions per minute, and extruded strips are cooled by a water tank and then granulated to obtain the product.
The technical scheme of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the PC/ABS alloy material obtained by adopting the technical scheme can not only meet the effects of high gloss and piano black on the surface of an injection molding part, replace part of spray-painted parts, but also meet the requirements of high heat resistance, scratch resistance and high weather resistance, and can meet the application requirements of composite automotive interior materials and reduce the cost.

thermal stabilizer-2: phosphate antioxidants, produced by Ciba, switzerland, 619F;
black master batch-1: shanghai Xukun plastic cement raw materials GmbH XQB-9035
Black master batch-2: the self-made carbon nanotube black master batch takes AS AS a carrier and comprises carbon black, carbon nanotubes and other toner.
The product performance testing method comprises the following steps:

Examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 1
Mixing the dried PC resin, SAN resin, ABS high-rubber powder, compatilizer, light stabilizer, heat stabilizer, black master batch and the like according to the composition proportion in the table 1, continuously and uniformly adding the mixture into a double-screw extruder (the diameter of a screw is 35mm, the length-diameter ratio L/D is 40) main machine cylinder by using a double-screw feeder, controlling the temperature of the main machine cylinder in a segmented manner (from a feed inlet to a machine head outlet) to be 120 ℃, 250 ℃, 245 ℃, 240 ℃ and the rotating speed of the double screws to be 500 revolutions per minute, cooling extruded strips by a water tank, and then pelletizing to obtain the product. The product is dried in a forced air oven at 85 ℃ for 4 hours and then is injection molded into a standard sample strip by a plastic injection molding machine, and the injection molding temperature is 260 ℃. The injection molded bars were immediately placed in a glass desiccator for performance testing after at least 24 hours at room temperature. The test results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen by comparing example 1 with comparative example 1, the ABS high-glue powder PW-151 has better dyeing property, and the blackness value of the sample is reduced from 4.03 to 2.76. But the scratch resistance (the qualified requirement is less than or equal to 1.5) and the weather resistance of the material are not good. Examples 2 and 3 are compared with example 1, and the weather resistance of the sample plate is improved by changing the types of the heat stabilizer and the light stabilizer, but the requirement (delta E is less than or equal to 1.5) is not met. Example 4 compared with comparative example 1, the black master batch type was changed, the blackness value of the sample was reduced to 2.54, the scratch resistance effect was improved, and the Delta L was reduced from 4.59 to 1.65. After the performance of all aspects is integrated, the sample plate manufactured in the embodiment 5 achieves the effects of high heat resistance, scratch resistance and high weather resistance, and can be widely applied to automotive interior trim parts to replace painted parts, so that the cost is reduced.
