本发明涉及一种密封式制冷压缩机,特别是涉及一种用在家用制冷设备中的压缩机。
上述类型的密封式制冷压缩机通常被装在一个容器或外壳内,在该容器或外壳的壁上通过一个焊接到所述外壳的外壁上的安装托架固定有压缩机本身的控制和连接装置。这种装置包括:一个设有保护性支撑件和电气接点的过载开关装置;一个电起动器;一个用于与电力电缆连接的接线盒;一个应变消除装置;和一个适于装入并保护所有上述装置的可移开的封闭盖。
这种现有解决方案的一个例子在本申请人的欧洲专利公告No.0313024中被公开。
该方案虽然能以正确的方式实现其任务,但由于应首先预先组装各种零件,然后再将其连接到支撑托架上,因此要求一个相当复杂且成本高的组件。此外,封闭盖沿着椭圆形外壳的长轴方向以卡扣装接的方式连接到托架上。这种卡扣装接的连接方式要求支撑结构有相当的精度,以便确保精确、牢固和可靠的安装。所述轴向的组装需要在制冷设备内有较大的空间,这是因为压缩机本身的整体尺寸较大的缘故。
一种类似的解决方案公开于EP-A-0793068和FR-A-2541831中,其中一个密封式制冷压缩机设有成单个整体结构的保护性支撑件,电起动器和接线盒。但是,总装过程依然复杂和烦琐。
因此,本发明的一个主要目的是简化和合理化构成密封式制冷压缩机的控制和连接装置的零件的结构和组装,以便消除现有技术解决方案中的典型缺陷,同时进一步得到技术和经济两方面的益处。
具体地说,该新的技术方案有利于减少需要组装的零件的数量,减小压缩机所需的总的空间,更易于将封闭盖固定到规定的位置并更易于接近压缩机的控制和电力连接装置。
根据本发明,如技术方案中所记载的那样,上述目的特别是通过安装电接点的接线盒与附加的压缩机马达的过载开关装置的支撑件结合成一整体而实现的。本发明的技术方案如下:
一种特别用于家用制冷设备的密封式制冷压缩机,它被装在一个外壳内并且包括带有一个设有保护性支撑件的马达过载开关装置、一个电机起动器、一个用于连接电力电缆线的接线盒和一个用于连接电力电缆线的应变消除装置以及一个封闭盖的控制和连接装置,其中,所有的所述零件都安装在一个被焊接到压缩机的外壁上的托架上,并且所述保护性支撑件,所述电起动器和所述接线盒被制成一单个整体结构,其特征在于,所述封闭盖是沿与外壳相切的方向可滑动地安装在一个设在托架上的第一导向件和一个设在应变消除装置上的第二导向件上。

如图1所示,密封式制冷压缩机的外壳10设有一个具有适当形状的托架11,该托架11被焊接到外壳的外侧表面上,并且部件12从其上凸出一个用于将压缩机马达连接到一个过载开关装置13上的终端。过载开关装置布置于一个设在一整体结构15中的支撑件14中,所述整体结构15还成一体地包括电起动器16(通常为一个PTC,即,一个正温度系数电阻器)和一个用于连接马达电力电缆的接线盒17。
电力电缆线借助于一个应变消除装置18被固定,所述装置18设有可弹性弯曲的附件19和20,它们适于将电缆线(未示出)保持在相应的贯通支座上。应变消除装置18通过将附件21、22分别插入相应的孔23、24中并使边缘25位于翼板26下方而固定在托架11上。
然后,将盖27插在托架11上,以便封装上述所有的零件。
根据本发明,这一改进技术方案的第一个重要特征是马达过载开关装置13的支撑件和接线盒15被制成了一个整体结构15,从而不必使用用于将所述两个零件彼此连接起来的电缆,而这种情况在现有技术中通常会出现。因此,这不仅能有效地减少零件的数目,而且还使整个装置的组装大为简化。
支撑件14本身当然可以被制造成能够有选择地容纳各种不同类型的过载开关装置,例如象在本申请人的专利公开GB-A-2258499中所描述的那样。
根据本发明的技术方案的进一步特征在于以下事实,即,托架11设有一个第一导向件28,并且应变消除装置18也设有一个第二导向件29,所述导向件可以与盖27的对应折边接合。这些导向件28和29是直的,彼此相互平行地延伸并且在两个不同的高度上水平设置。这种导向件还基本上与通常为椭圆形的压缩机外壳10的长轴垂直。因此,通过简单地使之在导向件28和29上相应地滑动而安装或取下盖27。
与前述的卡扣装接的组装方案相比,这一技术方案确保了更高的组装精度和可靠性。此外,它能够减少用于容纳制冷设备中的压缩机所需的空间。实际上,盖的组装/拆卸是沿一个平行于外壳10的短轴的方向而进行的,即,从外壳的妨碍较少的一侧进行。换言之,通过在外壳10的切向上而不是径向地打开盖27,可接触到压缩机的控制和连接装置。
最后,将指出根据本发明的技术方案的一个进一步的特征。托架11在其与外壳10的壁正交的部分30的上端设有用于辅助托架31的连接装置。该辅助托架31在其自由端上设有一个孔,一个电容器32的螺纹端子可插入该孔中并通过一个相应的螺母而连接到所述托架31上。电容器32是压缩机马达的一个运行电容器(running capacitor),由于空间和故障等原因,该电容器实际上经常与相关的马达本身分开地布置,因此需要相对较长的电缆线连接到接线盒17上。
辅助托架31也可以与托架11制成一体,或与之牢固地相连,但优选方案是使该辅助托架是可拆卸的,以便可以根据用户的实际需要以不同的方式布置电容器32。总之,本发明提供的技术方案有益于进一步地整体化密封式制冷压缩机的控制和连接装置,从而在应用中更为有效和便利。

Claims (3)

1.一种特别用于家用制冷设备的密封式制冷压缩机,它被装在一个外壳(10)内并且包括带有一个设有保护性支撑件(14)的马达过载开关装置(13)、一个电机起动器(16)、一个用于连接电力电缆线的接线盒(17)和一个用于连接电力电缆线的应变消除装置(18)以及一个封闭盖(27)的控制和连接装置,其中,所有的所述零件都安装在一个被焊接到压缩机的外壁上的托架(11)上,并且所述保护性支撑件(14),所述电起动器(16)和所述接线盒(17)被制成一单个整体结构(15),其特征在于,所述封闭盖(27)是沿与外壳(10)相切的方向可滑动地安装在一个设在托架(11)上的第一导向件(28)和一个设在应变消除装置(18)上的第二导向件(29)上。
