When the fuel gun is hung back, a switching signal in an off state is received between the pair of signal input ends (No. 1 and No. 2 pins of the joint J2), namely the No. 1 pin of the J2 is disconnected with a power supply VCC, a control coil between the No. 1 and No. 2 pins of the acquisition relay K1 loses power, so that the switch between the No. 3 and No. 5 pins of the normally open contact of the acquisition relay K1 is changed from a closed state to an off state, the connection (joint J3) of the pair of fuel gun state signal output ends is controlled by the states of the No. 3 and No. 5 pins of the normally open contact of the acquisition relay K1, the pair of fuel gun state signal output ends (joint J3) output a switching signal in an off state to output the same type signal of the fuel gun to a fuel dispenser mainboard, namely the same type switching signal after processing, and the fuel dispenser mainboard closes fuel dispensing equipment to stop fuel; meanwhile, because the No. 1 pin of the pair of signal input ends (No. 1 and No. 2 pins of the joint J2) is a low level signal, the low level signal is transmitted to the base pin of the first switch triode Q1 through the upper biasing resistor R1, the first switch triode Q1 is cut off at the moment, the input port S _ OG of the main control unit is pulled up to a high level signal from the original low level, the main control unit judges that refueling is finished, relevant information is transmitted to the monitoring system through the communication unit and the data transmission interface J8, the monitoring system stably obtains a gun hanging signal of the refueling gun, and judges that refueling is finished once.
The working principle of the control device for the oil filling function of the alarm oil gun is as follows:
the monitoring system monitors whether the frequency that the effective gas-liquid ratio (the continuous oil filling amount is greater than 15L and recorded as one time) of the oil filling gun is less than 0.9 or greater than 1.3 exceeds 25% of the total frequency of oil filling of the gun in real time, and if the frequency does not exceed 25% of the total frequency of oil filling of the gun, the monitoring system sends a normal signal or releases an alarm signal to the main control unit; if the number of times of refueling by the gun exceeds 25% after 7 days, the monitoring system sends out a refueling gun alarm signal to the main control unit, the refueling function of the refueling gun is stopped during alarming, and the refueling function cannot be stopped during refueling.

(3) when the main control unit receives an alarm signal for the first time and the oil gun is in a gun lifting state, the main control unit controls the signal control unit to keep opening the oil gun state signal transmission channel, and the main control unit receives a real-time oil gun state signal sent by the oil gun signal acquisition unit in real time;
(4) when the main control unit receives that the fuel truck is in a gun hanging state, the main control unit controls the signal control unit to seal the fuel truck state signal transmission channel and keep the closed state, and the main control unit receives signals sent by a monitoring system in real time;
(5) and when the main control unit receives the normal signal again, the main control unit controls the signal control unit to open the oil gun state signal transmission channel.
