Abstract
The invention discloses a novel liquid drainage system, which comprises a hollow tube, wherein the top of the hollow tube is provided with a connecting part, and the bottom of the hollow tube is sleeved with a collecting bottle; a detector including a battery and a wireless transmitter mounted at opposite positions on both sides of the exterior of the hollow tube; and the floating buoy can slide up and down along the inner wall of the hollow pipe, and the two groups of electromagnetic conducting sheets are connected through a conducting wire. The novel liquid drainage system has the advantages that firstly, the floating buoy is arranged in the hollow pipe, so that the floating buoy can rise along with the rise of the liquid level in the collection bottle; secondly, the batteries and the wireless transmitters are arranged on the two sides of the hollow pipe, so that whether the liquid collected in the collecting bottle reaches a specified height can be detected, and the liquid can be conveniently and timely cleaned; thirdly, the movable disc is arranged at the bottom of the floating buoy, so that liquid can be prevented from flowing reversely in the hollow pipe; fourthly, an oil-water separation plate is arranged at the bottom of the collecting bottle, so that oil and liquid can be separated from the collected liquid.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a baffle ring 8 with a funnel-shaped section is installed inside the float bowl 5, and the bottom of the baffle ring 8 is connected with a movable plate 7 through a spring.
Referring to fig. 3, a sealing plug in a truncated cone shape is installed at the center of the top of the movable disk 7, and the movable disk 7 is connected with the bottom of the spring through a retraction slot opened at the top thereof.
Referring to fig. 3, the movable disk 7 and the baffle ring 8 are filled with a foam plate, and the outer diameter of the floating cylinder 5 is equal to the inner diameter of the hollow pipe 1.
Referring to fig. 4, a conical oil-water separation plate 10 is installed on an inner bottom surface of the collection bottle 9, and a sealing cap 11 for sealing the bottom of the collection bottle 9 is screwed to the bottom of the collection bottle 9.
Referring to fig. 4, the distance between the top of the oil-water separating plate 10 and the bottom of the hollow tube 1 is 0.5-1.5 cm.

the detector comprises a battery 3 and a wireless transmitter 4 which are arranged at opposite positions on two sides outside the hollow tube 1, wherein a positive electrode pin of the wireless transmitter 4 is connected with a positive electrode of the battery 3 through a lead, iron sheets are arranged on the inner walls of two sides of the hollow tube 1, one of the iron sheets is connected with a negative electrode of the battery 3 through a lead, and the other iron sheet is connected with a negative electrode pin of the wireless transmitter 4 through a lead; and
Referring to fig. 1, the outside of the hollow tube 1 is connected with a turnbuckle nut through a thread, and the top of the connecting part 2 is provided with a U-shaped groove.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a baffle ring 8 with a funnel-shaped section is installed inside the float bowl 5, and the bottom of the baffle ring 8 is connected with a movable plate 7 through a spring.

Referring to fig. 4, the distance between the top of the oil-water separating plate 10 and the bottom of the hollow tube 1 is 0.5-1.5 cm.

When the device is used, along with the increase of the liquid stored in the collecting bottle 9, the liquid gradually moves upwards and enters the hollow tube 1, the liquid entering the hollow tube 1 firstly contacts with the movable disk 7 below the floating buoy 5, and the floating buoy 5 and the movable disk 7 are both filled with foam plates, so when the liquid contacts with the movable disk 7, the movable disk 7 and the floating cylinder 5 are pushed upwards together, when the floating cylinder 5 moves upwards to a position between the battery 3 and the wireless transmitter 4, the conductive magnetic sheets 6 at two sides of the floating cylinder 5 contact with the iron sheets at two sides of the inner wall of the hollow tube 1, the negative electrode of the battery 3 is communicated with the negative electrode of the wireless transmitter 4, and because the positive electrode of the battery 3 is connected with the positive electrode of the wireless transmitter 4 all the time, when the negative electrode of the battery 3 is communicated with the negative electrode of the wireless transmitter 4, the battery 3 supplies power to the wireless transmitter 4, so that the wireless transmitter 4 transmits signals outwards, the staff is informed to replace, and the accuracy and the timeliness of the replacement of the collecting bottle 9 are improved.
When the liquid rises again, the movable disk 7 continues to rise, the floating barrel 5 does not move upwards, therefore, the movable disk 7 is under the action of the liquid, and the sealing plug at the top of the movable disk 7 is inserted into the bottom of the retaining ring 8 to prevent the collected liquid from flowing out.
