Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of automobile seat application, in particular to a soft cushion for an automobile seat headrest.

Background

There are already cushions on the market for car seat headrests that are bound to the headrest body by straps. The existing cushions have the defects that the relative positions of the cushions and a seat headrest are fixed, the existing cushions only have the function of supporting the head, or the cushions cannot change the shapes of the existing cushions, and the thicknesses (hardness) or the shapes of the cushions are fixed, so that the existing cushions have single functions or insufficient comfort.

For example, the prior art discloses a composite foam pad for the neck or lumbar region that can be used in office seating or car seating to relieve fatigue in the neck or lumbar region from extended periods of time. The composite foam pad, when changing its position of use, merely rotates itself 180 ° and is strapped in place in a fixed position, and therefore it does not match well to the different human body contours of the head, neck and waist.

In addition, the prior art also discloses a vehicle pillow which is provided with a pillow case, fillers, a fixing band and supporting bars, wherein the supporting bars are arranged on the bottom and the back of the pillow and are round in appearance. The support bars are made of elastic bamboo strips, wood strips or hard plastic strips, so that the filler in the pillow can be prevented from falling down, and the pillow is kept not to deform. Disclosure of Invention

The invention is based on the object of specifying an upholstery for a headrest of a motor vehicle seat, which upholstery can be attached to the headrest of the seat in a plurality of positions and can be used either separately or separately, and can be used as a head support, a neck support or removed for use, and can also be placed on the backrest of the seat as a lumbar support. Preferably, the strap at least semi-encloses the cushion, in which case the cushion faces the seat headrest on the side not enclosed by the strap, so that the cushion is able to support the head.

Preferably, the fasteners are arranged on both ends of the strap, respectively, where the fasteners are arranged in different positions or change the form of the cushion by different engagement means. For example, when the cushion is used for supporting the head, the fixing pieces at the two ends of the binding band are respectively matched with the corresponding fixing pieces at the upper side and the lower side of the seat headrest, and at the moment, the shape of the cushion is attached to the seat headrest like the common cushion of the vehicle seat in the market; when the cushion is used for neck support, the fixing parts at the two ends of the binding band are matched with the corresponding fixing parts at one side of the seat headrest, and at the moment, the cushion is curled by the binding band, so that the shape of the cushion is suitable for neck support; when the soft cushion is not needed, the fixing piece at one end part of the binding band is matched with the corresponding fixing piece on the seat headrest, and the fixing piece at the other end part of the binding band is loosened, so that the soft cushion can be thrown to the rear side of the seat headrest; when the cushion is used for lumbar support, the fasteners at both ends of the strap are loosened from the corresponding fasteners on the seat headrest and the fasteners are fastened to each other, where the cushion is curled by the strap so that its shape is suitable for lumbar support.

Furthermore, the cushion can preferably also have a further strap, i.e. the cushion has a first strap and a second strap. The cushion also has a fastening element arranged on the two straps, wherein the first strap is arranged on the side of the cushion facing the seat headrest and the second strap is arranged at the upper or lower end of the cushion.

Preferably, one end portion of the second strap is connected to an upper end portion or a lower end portion of the cushion, and the other end portion is provided with a plurality of fixing pieces capable of respectively engaging with corresponding fixing pieces on the headrest of the seat. The thickness of the cushion can be varied by the cooperation of different fasteners on the second strap with corresponding fasteners on the seat headrest. For example, when the fixing part of the second strap far away from the cushion main body is matched with the corresponding fixing part on the seat headrest, the cushion is adjusted to be a thick cushion; and when the fixing part of the second binding belt close to the cushion main body is matched with the corresponding fixing part on the seat headrest, the cushion is adjusted to be a thin cushion. The hardness of the cushion can also be changed by adjusting the thickness of the cushion to match the individual requirements of the user. Preferably, the other end portion of the second strap can have more than two fasteners to enable more than two thickness adjustments.

Preferably, a first strap is arranged on the side of the upholstery facing the seat headrest, whereby the first strap is arranged between the seat headrest and the upholstery, the first strap being arranged such that the upholstery can be adjusted in height up and down on the seat headrest by means of the first strap. Preferably, the fixing of the cushion according to the invention and the corresponding fixing on the seat headrest may be fixing buttons or other fixing elements capable of connecting a strap with the seat headrest, said fixing being capable of interacting with the corresponding fixing, or said fixing being capable of interacting with each other.

Furthermore, the cushion according to the invention preferably also comprises at least one of the following elements:

-a heating module, in particular a heating mat, which is preferably energizable by an energy supply means within the headrest;

a cushion strip for restraining the cushion in a rolled, compressed shape and/or for ensuring effective support of the cushion on the seat headrest, for example, arranged on the side of the at least one strap facing the seat headrest or the seat back for more effective support on the seat headrest or the seat back during up-down height adjustment of the cushion;

-a skin forming an exterior of the cushion;

-a filling located inside the cushion.

The padding according to the invention can have at least one of the above-mentioned features, which a person skilled in the art can combine as desired within the framework of the padding according to the invention to achieve different solutions. Compared with other headrest cushions, the cushion provided by the invention realizes the shape change of the cushion under the condition of extremely low cost increase so as to realize head support, neck support and lumbar support. Meanwhile, the air bag is inflated and deflated on the premise of ensuring the safety function of the headrest body, so that the comfort requirements of different passengers on the head, the neck and the waist are met, and the heating function can be expanded. The soft cushion has simple operation and multiple functions.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and exemplary embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and do not limit the scope of the invention.

Fig. 1 schematically shows an upholstery for a headrest of a seat of an automobile according to a first exemplary embodiment of the present invention. In fig. 1, the cushion 1 is mounted on a seat headrest 2. For clarity, fig. 2 shows only the straps 11 of the cushion 1 according to one exemplary embodiment of the present invention.

As can be seen in fig. 1-2, the cushion 1 may have: a binding band 11, fixing

members

21, 22 respectively disposed on both end portions of the binding band 1, a cushion pad 40, a heating pad 50, an air bag 60, and an inner packing 80. The straps 11 at least partially enclose the cushion 1.

In the first position of the cushion 1 of the first embodiment, the anchor 21 at one end of the strap 11 engages with the corresponding anchor 31 on the upper side of the seat headrest 2, and the anchor 22 at the other end of the strap 11 engages with the corresponding anchor 33 on the lower side of the seat headrest, whereby the cushion is fixed to the seat headrest. In this state, the side of the cushion not surrounded by the strap 11 faces the seat headrest 2, so that the cushion 1 can support the head. The cable 70 in the seat back supplies energy to the cushion 1 through the cooperation of the anchor 22 and the corresponding anchor 33, and the strip-shaped air bag 60 faces the seat headrest 2, and the strip-shaped air bag 60 can be sucked or exhausted by the supplied energy to change the thickness or hardness of the cushion 1, thereby adapting to the needs of different users.

In the second position of the cushion 1 of this first embodiment, the fixing 22 is still engaged with the corresponding fixing 33 of the underside of the seat headrest 2, while the fixing 21 is released from the corresponding fixing 31 and then engaged with the other corresponding fixing 32 of the underside of the seat headrest 2, at which time the cushion is curled by the binding band so that its outer shape is suitable for neck support. In this state, the cushion pad 40 faces the seat back, and can restrain the rolled and compressed shape of the cushion 1 and/or ensure that the cushion 1 is effectively supported on the seat back, and at the same time, can be more effectively supported on the seat back at the time of up-down height adjustment of the cushion. In the cushion 1 of the second embodiment, the harness 11 is disposed between the seat headrest 1 and the cushion 2, and as can be seen from fig. 3, the harness 11 has a cushion pad 40, by which cushion pad 40 the up-down height adjustment of the cushion 1 on the seat headrest 2 by the harness 11 can be achieved. Therefore, the height adjustment of the cushion is realized with extremely low cost increase, and the comfort requirements of different passengers on the head and the neck are met.

Claims

1. An upholstery (1) for a headrest (2) of a vehicle seat, the upholstery (1) having a fastening assembly for fastening to the headrest (2) of the vehicle seat, wherein the fastening assembly comprises at least one strap (11) and fastening means (21, 22) arranged on the at least one strap (11), wherein the fastening assembly is configured such that the upholstery (1) can change its form and/or change its position on the headrest (2) of the seat by means of the fastening assembly.

2. The cushion (1) according to claim 1, wherein the fixing (21, 22) is arranged on at least one end of the strap (11), the fixing (21, 22) being able to cooperate with a corresponding fixing on the seat headrest (2).

3. An upholstery (1) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said strap (11) at least semi-encloses said upholstery (1), said upholstery (1) being adapted to be directed towards said seat headrest (2) at the side not enclosed by said strap (11), such that said upholstery (1) is capable of supporting a head.

4. The cushion (1) according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the fixing pieces (21, 22) are arranged on both ends of the strap (11), respectively, and the fixing pieces (21, 22) can have at least one of the following forms:

-said fixing elements (21, 22) cooperate with said corresponding fixing elements on the upper and lower sides of said seat headrest (2), respectively;

-said fixing (21, 22) cooperating with said corresponding fixing of the seat headrest (2) side;

-the fixing (21, 22) of one end of the strap (11) cooperates with the corresponding fixing on the seat headrest, while the fixing (21, 22) of the other end is loosened;

-said fixing means (21, 22) are loose from said counter-fixing means and mutually cooperate, so that the two ends of said tie (11) are mutually fixed.

5. The cushion (1) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the cushion (1) comprises a first strap and a second strap and a fixing arranged on the first strap and the second strap, wherein the first strap is arranged on the side of the cushion (1) facing the seat headrest (2) and the second strap is arranged at the upper end or the lower end of the cushion (1).

An upholstery (1) according to claim 5, wherein one end of the second strap is connected to an upper or lower end of the upholstery (1), while the other end is provided with a plurality of fasteners, which are capable of cooperating with corresponding fasteners on the seat headrest (2), respectively.

7. An upholstery (1) according to claim 5 or 6, wherein said first strap is arranged such that said upholstery (1) can be adjusted in height up and down on said seat headrest (2) by said first strap.

8. An cushion (1) according to any of claims 2-7, wherein the cushion (1) can be supplied with energy by an energy supply device in the seat headrest (2) when the fixture cooperates with the corresponding fixture on the seat headrest.

The cushion (1) according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein the cushion (1) further comprises an inflatable air bag (60), the air bag (60) being arranged on the side of the cushion (1) not enclosed by the strap (11) or being arranged inside the cushion (1), the air bag (60) being in particular a strip-like air bag.

10. The cushion (1) according to any one of claims 1-9, wherein the cushion (1) further comprises at least one of:

-a heating module, in particular a heating mat;

-a cushioning strip (40), said cushioning strip (40) being adapted to constrain the shape of said cushion (1) after being crimped and/or to ensure effective support of said cushion (1) on said seat headrest (2);
