Abstract
A breakaway passenger restraint system of a wheeled armored vehicle comprises a restraint seat (1), a fixing plate (2), an upper spring (3), a lower spring (4) and a shear pin (5); the method is characterized in that: the restraint seat (1) is fixed on the fixing plate (2) through the shearing pin (5), the fixing plate (2) is a connecting piece for connecting the whole restraint system and a vehicle body, the restraint seat (1) meets the requirements of stability and restraint of passengers under the common working condition, when the impact is larger than the tolerance limit of a human body, the shearing pin (5) is cut off, and the upper spring (3) and the lower spring (4) begin to play a role in damping and energy absorption to absorb impact energy. The separated passenger restraining system has the advantages of simple structure and convenient installation, and gives consideration to the comfort and safety of passengers.

The restraint seat 1 is fixed on the fixing plate 2 through the shearing pin 5, the fixing plate 2 is a connecting piece for connecting the whole restraint system and a vehicle body, the restraint seat 1 meets the requirements of stability and restraint of passengers under the common working condition, when the impact is larger than the tolerance limit of a human body, the shearing pin 5 is cut off, the upper spring 3 and the lower spring 4 begin to play a role in shock absorption and energy absorption, and the impact energy is absorbed.
The separated passenger restraining system is simple in structure and convenient to install, and gives consideration to both comfort and safety of passengers.
