技术领域
本发明涉及帐篷面料技术领域,具体为一种新型高耐晒户外涤纶布。
背景技术
聚酯纤维,俗称“涤纶”。是由有机二元酸和二元醇缩聚而成的聚酯经纺丝所得的合成纤维,简称PET纤维,属于高分子化合物。于1941年发明,是当前合成纤维的第一大品种。聚酯纤维最大的优点是抗皱性和保形性很好,具有较高的强度与弹性恢复能力。其坚牢耐用、抗皱免烫、不粘毛。
现有的涤纶耐晒效果相对较差,长时间的暴晒,会对涤纶造成一定的影响,同时,现有的涤纶防水效果相对较差,无法满足实用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型高耐晒户外涤纶布以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型高耐晒户外涤纶布,包括聚酯纤维层,所述聚酯纤维层的底端固定连接有内纤维层,所述聚酯纤维层的顶端固定连接有增韧层,所述增韧层的顶端固定连接有防水层,所述防水层的顶端固定连接有防晒层。
优选的,所述内纤维层包括玉米纤维层和竹纤维层,所述玉米纤维层的顶端固定连接有竹纤维层。

2、本发明通过防水层的设置,防水层其成份由的高分子防水透气材料PTFE膜与布料复合而成,具有防水、透湿、透气、绝缘和保暖的优点,使的涤纶在具有防水效果的同时,具有一定透气效果,满足实用需求。

工作原理:玉米纤维具有玉米纤维轻柔滑顺,强度大,吸湿透气,加工的产品有丝绸般的光泽及舒适的肌肤触感和手感,悬垂性佳,良好的耐热性及抗紫外线功能,竹纤维具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性等特性,具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能,无纺布具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点,氨纶丝具有很好的弹性和弹性回复率,还具有纤度细、强度高、比重小、染色性和牢度较好的特点,聚丙烯腈纤维具有柔软、膨松、易染、色泽鲜艳、耐光、抗菌、不怕虫蛀等优点,遮阳面料具有遮阳、透光、通风,既可消除多达86%的太阳辐射的效果。

Claims (7)
1.一种新型高耐晒户外涤纶布,包括聚酯纤维层(1),其特征在于:所述聚酯纤维层(1)的底端固定连接有内纤维层(2),所述聚酯纤维层(1)的顶端固定连接有增韧层(3),所述增韧层(3)的顶端固定连接有防水层(4),所述防水层(4)的顶端固定连接有防晒层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高耐晒户外涤纶布,其特征在于:所述内纤维层(2)包括玉米纤维层(201)和竹纤维层(202),所述玉米纤维层(201)的顶端固定连接有竹纤维层(202)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高耐晒户外涤纶布,其特征在于:所述增韧层(3)包括无纺布层(301)和氨纶弹力丝层(302),所述无纺布层(301)的顶端固定连接有氨纶弹力丝层(302)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高耐晒户外涤纶布,其特征在于:所述防晒层(5)包括聚丙烯腈纤维层(501)和遮阳层(502),所述聚丙烯腈纤维层(501)的顶端固定连接有遮阳层(502)。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型高耐晒户外涤纶布,其特征在于:所述玉米纤维层(201)的材料为玉米纤维,所述竹纤维层(202)的材料为竹纤维。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型高耐晒户外涤纶布,其特征在于:所述无纺布层(301)的材料为无纺布,所述氨纶弹力丝层(302)的材料为氨纶弹力丝。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型高耐晒户外涤纶布,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯腈纤维层(501)的材料为聚丙烯腈纤维,所述遮阳层(502)的材料为遮阳面料。
