背景技术
随着国家大力提倡节能环保,在建筑领域中,隔热材料大多为泡棉或无纺布类材料,易腐蚀使用寿命低,且隔热效果一般,现急需一种经济耐用新型阻燃材料。
发明专利内容
本发明专利针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种新型高阻燃保温材料。
本发明专利解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种新型高阻燃保温材料。
在本发明专利所述的高阻燃保温材料中,该高阻燃保温材料包括阻燃胶囊、第一阻燃层及第二阻燃层,该阻燃胶囊固定设置于该第一阻燃层及该第二阻燃层内。
在本发明专利所述的高阻燃保温材料中,该述阻燃胶囊内填充有氦气和氖气,该氦气和该氖气的体积比为3:1。
在本发明专利所述的高阻燃保温材料中,该第一阻燃层包括第一阻燃面及第二阻燃面。
在本发明专利所述的高阻燃保温材料中,该第一阻燃面为铝铁合金反射层,该铝铁合金反射层所含的该铝及该铁的质量比为5:1。
在本发明专利所述的高阻燃保温材料中,该第二阻燃层和该第二阻燃面为炭纤维。
在本发明专利所述的高阻燃保温材料中,该第二阻燃层外表面设置有防滑纹。
实施本发明专利的高阻燃保温材料,具有以下有益效果:在使用本发明专利的高阻燃保温材料时,该高阻燃保温材料内设置的阻燃胶囊可有提高防火及保温性,该第一阻燃层及第二阻燃层耐腐蚀且寿命长。

具体的,在使用本发明专利的高阻燃保温材料时,该高阻燃保温材料内设置的阻燃胶囊可有提高防火及保温性,该第一阻燃层及第二阻燃层耐腐蚀且寿命长。
进一步的,该述阻燃胶囊内填充有氦气和氖气,该氦气和该氖气的体积比为3:1。
具体的,当火灾发生时该氦气和氖气可有效阻止火势蔓延,且具有一定的保温效果。
进一步的,该第一阻燃层包括第一阻燃面及第二阻燃面。
进一步的,该第一阻燃面为铝铁合金反射层,该铝铁合金反射层所含的该铝及该铁的质量比为5:1。
进一步的,该第二阻燃层和该第二阻燃面为炭纤维。
进一步的,该第二阻燃层外表面设置有防滑纹。
具体的,该防滑纹可增加该第二阻燃层表面附着力。

2.根据权利要求1所述的高阻燃保温材料,其特征在于,所述阻燃胶囊内填充有氦气和氖气,所述氦气和所述氖气的体积比为3:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高阻燃保温材料,其特征在于,所述第一阻燃层包括第一阻燃面及第二阻燃面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高阻燃保温材料,其特征在于,所述第一阻燃面为铝铁合金反射层,所述铝铁合金反射层所含的所述铝及所述铁的质量比为5:1。
5.根据权利要求1或3所述的高阻燃保温材料,其特征在于,所述第二阻燃层和所述第二阻燃面为炭纤维。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高阻燃保温材料,其特征在于,所述第二阻燃层外表面设置有防滑纹。
