Technical Field

Background
In the production and processing process of meat food, two cooking processes, namely high-temperature high-pressure sterilization and low-temperature normal-pressure sterilization, exist all the time. If the meat food sterilized at high temperature is made of high-barrier packaging materials, the meat food not only can be stored at normal temperature for a long time, but also is convenient to transport, store and sell, and is very suitable for the consumption requirements of the modern society. Therefore, the development of meat products which are storage-resistant at normal temperature is a great development direction for the meat food industry. The packaging industry conforms to the development trend, and the packaging industry is innovative, can meet the needs of the food industry and can win a wide market for the packaging industry.
The easy-to-tear material of the steam-resistant film is more popular in the market as a packaging material convenient to use, and the easy-to-tear products in the current market have the condition of large difference of longitudinal and transverse easy-to-tear strength, so that the problems of bag breaking, leakage and the like exist in the actual use.
In order to obtain a high-barrier cooking-resistant easy-open film with better performance for meat packaging, further research and improvement on the structure and production process of the packaging film are necessary.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of a high-barrier steaming-resistant easy-uncovering film and the easy-uncovering film, which aim to meet the requirements of meat packaging on related performance, and particularly have small longitudinal and transverse easy-uncovering strength difference.
